Motor City Express VIP has over 30 yrs. experience in the luxury coach business in the Detroit metro area. We have a large fleet to choose from. We offer 12 -32 passenger luxury coaches for your special day! All coaches have bluetooth soundsystems, air ride suspensions and desert A/C units to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months!! All coaches have 30"-50" TVs. LED lighting thru out the coaches. All chauffeurs are attired in black tuxedos for Weddings. Our chauffeurs are senior in experience and knowledge of the Detroit metro area. They are drug tested and background checked! They enjoy their job and look forward to providing you a great & safe transportation experience. Wedding packages include ice, champagne, red carpet and set ups! 10% off Bach/Bachette parties.

This place is horrible. Please please go elsewhere. This past summer in August 2021, we booked a party bus for a bachelorette party. We had a lady named Connie who was our driver. She was absolutely horrible. She took 2 hours to get from Roseville-Royal Oak. She took the back ways and was questioned multiple times where she was taking us. She was very disrespectful. She told us shut up, Purposely hit curbs and slammed on her breaks to hurt us. Immediately we contacted Mike who is the owner and informed him. He told us to call tomorrow and we will deal with it then. She dropped us off and made us walk a block to our 1st location when there was other party buses upfront. At the end of the night, we called and couldn’t find her. When we found her, we went home and exceeded the time. she threatened us and said “we are paying extra for being out late” “I should of left you” “I’ll drop you off right here and leave.” The next day, mike completely blew us off. He claimed he was in Ohio for a funeral which was a lie considering others bad reviews were the same excuse. My sister drove up there to talk to him personally which he was not in Ohio like he claimed. He did not give us our money back or compensate in anyway. He said he would give us a free night out which never happened. For your family/friends/co workers safety. Please go elsewhere. I have videos of these encounters as well as photos of the girls bruises.

BEWARE of this company! I found Mike on the Knot he had pretty good reviews. He was good with us postponing our wedding. After that email confirming we were switching the dates for our TWO busses we rented he stopped communication with us. Stating he lost power so he lost all his emails and contacts. Never heard of someone losing emails due to power outage. Then every other day he would be at a funeral and could not talk. Our wedding planner spoke to Mike finally after a couple months trying to get in touch. He promised he was all set to go. Would not let us cancel without losing our money. 11 days before the wedding he sends a text message that he is no longer going to come. We had 125 people that needed a ride! The worst part is it has almost been 2 months and he is refusing to give us our money back. We paid both deposits and had almost the whole balance paid off. We now are going through the small claims court to try and resolve this. Please DO NOT use him! He is a SCAM

Motor City Express cancelled on us 3 days before our wedding. Prior to that, it took weeks for us to get ahold of them to try and confirm. They need better communication and better business running!!

This was an excellent company to work with for my daughters wedding transportation. Their customer service was fantastic . The bus was impressive. Very nice, clean and roomy, even had champagne for the wedding party. Our driver was Ken, he was very polite, professional and a lot of fun. He really made it a great experience for my daughter and son in law. I will use this company again. I highly recommend them.

I rented a 20 passenger luxury coach from Motor Express VIP Transportation for my son's Wedding. The coach arrived early and was new and clean! Champagne was on ice and red carpet was layed out when they came out of the church. The driver Ken was amazing. Super polite and helpful and knew his way around Detroit for pictures. I highly recommend this company for any of your events you might have. Mike was super helpful with setting the Transportation up! 🍾🥂👍

Mike was great to work with to set everything up. He responded to my request on the Knot within minutes on a Sunday night. He was always very responsive, and he gave us a great deal. The day of our wedding, our driver was Connie. She arrived early, and was extremely warm, friendly, and complimentary. The party bus was very clean and in great condition. Connie was a great driver and even stayed after her booked time to take us around a little extra with our bridal party. Connie even took some group photos of us! They were great to work with.

Motor City Express VIP was quick to respond, professional, and had an affordable rate! The buses are also very clean! I’m excited to have them drive mine and my fiancé’s bridal party around on our wedding day!
