Our wedding at Mount Airy Casino resort exceeded all our expectations. We had a three day Indian wedding with them and it was everything we wanted and more. The event space was spacious and lent itself to different looks for each event. The lake, golf course, and mountains were a stunning backdrop for all our photoshoots. We had multiple outdoor events, which our guests loved. We also had a private pool party which was unique and got our guests from both sides well-acquainted with one another. During the downtime between events, our guests told us they made great use of the amenities, including the full casino, pool, and golf course. All ~180 of our guests stayed on the property and the event space was easily accessible from the rooms. All things considered, the venue was incredible. However, the Mount Airy team is what set them apart. Particularly, Brianna Wimmer, Dennis Ananiev, and Cody Stevens. If you book with Mount Airy, make sure to work with these three individuals. Brianna and Cody took great care of us in the weeks leading up, meeting with us biweekly to ensure everything was going according to plan and within our budget, and working with our day of coordinators to make sure the weekend ran smoothly, which it did. Dennis was our on-site point of contact during the weekend. We went to him for everything and he delivered above and beyond what we asked for. We could not have asked for a better team for our big weekend. Anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team should book at Mount Airy with Brianna, Dennis, and Cody.

At first, I was hesitant to book with Mount Airy since they didn’t have many reviews, but I’m so glad I went with them in the end! Nicole was an absolute dream to work with—so calming, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. Our wedding day ended up being rainy, but Nicole quickly pivoted and set us up under an overhang near the casino entrance, with the lake in the background. It wasn’t the original plan, but it turned out beautiful. She made sure we had drinks and food, and even packed some up for us in our suite, and ensured we didn’t want for anything. Her and her team executed everything exactly as we envisioned. And the food—wow! Everyone’s still raving about how good it was. The only hiccup we had was when my bridal party tried to cut through the casino to avoid the rain. We didn’t have our IDs on us (because, well… wedding gowns!), and they wouldn’t let us through. I get that it’s a security policy, but it would’ve been nice if they could’ve just escorted us instead of making us walk the long way in the rain. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and I’m so happy we chose Mount Airy!

to the point where we did not really notice them doing what they needed to do, and many of our guests had positive feedback for their service throughout the day. Nicole lead the effort for setting up our event at Mount Airy from booking through the day of and she was fantastic, professional, diligent, and helped us figure out some logistic items that just made the whole wedding weekend come together smoothly. She worked great with our vendors, which allowed for smooth execution of the stages throughout the day, especially including the smooth ride for the bride down to the ceremony area and the timing of that. In terms of the venue itself, the Maple-Pine-Hemlock room was a perfect choice for our <100 guest, intimate and elegant setting that we wanted. It was a bit of a downer that we had to ditch all the floating candles we bought after being told the venue was flameless later on, but the LED floating & regular candles still created a great ambiance with our decor. We went with the buffet option and honestly still think about how good it was (our and our guest opinions). Casino and pool lounge supporting our pre and post-wedding hangouts was an amazing bonus as well, highly recommend Mount Airy all around!

ould be our venue. Everything that we wanted was right there. You can have the ceremony there, the room blocks (which is super convenient for out of town guests) plus the casino is there for a fun after party. We had our ceremony outside at the new pavilion they just put up and it was gorgeous. There is an option for an indoor ceremony should you need it. The food and service was incredible. A lot of our guests said the steak and mushroom raviolis were outstanding. Nicole, the venue coordinator was fantastic to work with and was very attentive. We were able to have a food tasting with her a few months prior to the wedding. She helped me with the day of timeline, handled all my vendors, and helped me walk down the isle. I literally wasn't stressed at all the day of because I knew I was in good hands. The only thing I do wish was the communication through out the planning process could have been a little better. I would have to reach back out to her when I wouldn't hear back after a week. However I knew she was busy with other events there so I wasn't too upset. Overall I would highly, highly recommend Mount Airy for your wedding. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else besides Mount Airy.

Having my wedding at the resort has made me want to get married over nad over again, day after day. Thaks to all that made the day AMAZING. I can never say enough about this venue. Beautiful decor and light fixtures, beautiful flatware and dishes, warm reception upon checking in, excellent valet service and beautiful scenery. If you want a special, magical venue to get married at or have a special event that you don't know where to book, choose Mt. Airy. QUICKLY! They are always busy and you don't want to miss out.

ful scenery for pictures. After party at the casino and many people stayed at the resort for the weekend. Food was exceptional! Many of our guests commented how this was the best wedding food they ever had. Lauren, who worked as the coordinator at Mount Airy was amazing! So helpful and supportive with the whole process. Would totally recommend this venue for your wedding!

breath taking and way more than we could have ever asked for. It was affordable and well worth it. The wedding looked and felt like we spent way more than we actually did. Danielle was INCREDIBLE to work with. She made planning our entire wedding an enjoyable and stress free process. Our wedding was beyond amazing. We were the first wedding in the new expansion at Mount Airy and it was fantastic! From getting ready for the first look bright and early all the way to the sparkler lit newlywed ...

send off, every experience we had with Mount Airy was amazing. Even when we made last minute changes the day before, everyone involved (especially Danielle and Sarah!) were extremely accommodating. Half of our wedding guests were from out of state so it was perfect having the casino, golf course and pool all within walking distance. Our friends and family are still letting us know how much fun they had at our wedding two weeks later. We would give Mount Airy even more stars if possible, so if you're looking for a perfect venue for your wedding you wont go wrong with them!

utiful. The food... I am still getting compliments on it. We really felt that we got our money worth. We chose the steak and chicken options for the dinner and the steaks were huge. I couldn't even finish it although I wanted to. Everyone was a big help as well. Philip, our coordinator was always easily reached and he really helped keep my stress levels to a minimum on the day of by being involved every step of the way. We even had a last minute guest (literally 30 minutes before dinner was being served) and they were able to seamlessly accomodate. We feel proud to say we had our wedding here.
