Brenna was with us every step of the way, and went out of her way to make sure our needs and desires were met. We chose to do both our ceremony and reception dinner in the upstairs loft area, and it was absolutely beautiful. Another thing that sets Mount Hope apart is their onsite catering. We were able to create an entirely custom menu that fit our budget and tastes, and the quality and customization of the food was simply amazing. Not to mention, the liquors, wines, beers, and ciders that are all made on property! Lastly, the aesthetics of the location are simply gorgeous. The interior of the barn gave the perfect inviting feel we wanted, while the grounds provided amazing and unique photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I cannot sing the praises of Mount Hope loudly enough, our wedding was everything we hoped it could be and more.

Regardless, they went above and beyond in serving everything we wanted for our guests. The guests loved the food! The Mount Hope team made sure the bride and I were well fed between talking to all the guests, and that we had enough alone time in between all the happenings. Leading up to the big day, the team was great with planning, providing us with vendor recommendations, and keeping the planning stress-free. We loved how everything would turn out, and wouldn't change a thing.

Nicole and Brenna were an absolute dream team and made the planning process so easy, they answered all of my questions in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. I am so thankful that we picked Mount Hope for our venue, it allowed us to have our dream wedding!

o glad that we did. The Renaissance Faire is our favorite place and being able to get married there and attend the faire with our guests was a dream come true. The entertainment they provided was amazing and our guests LOVED every moment of it. We wanted a non-traditional wedding, and if that is something that you are looking for than I would say look no further! If you are looking for something more traditional, they have something here for you too. The people who work here are absolutely wonderful! The extras they provide truly help to make the day more magical and were worth every penny. My wedding was everything I could have hoped for and more and I cannot thank them enough for helping make that a reality.

We booked about eighteen months out and we go these sweet little gifts from the team as we got closer to our wedding date, which were always a lovely surprise. The day of the space was beautiful and looked perfect! We were even able to take some photos on the fairgrounds. On top of everything else the chef onsite was phenomenal and worked with us to create a unique and exciting menu that had all our guest talking. The wait staff was lovely and accommodating and the bartender was awesome. We couldn't ask for much more.

They were also super thoughtful in several ways, such as sending the bride a bouquet of flowers 30 days before the wedding as well as making sure we (the bride and groom) had a tray of food and drinks to enjoy from cocktail hour after the ceremony while we were busy taking pictures. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an excellent team to walk you through the whole process!

s gorgeous and there are a million unique places to take pictures. We also chose to have Divine Swine cater our wedding, the food was delicious and not you typical boring wedding food. We were also able to select the types of beer, wine, and cider we wanted to have. They made sure all of our favorites were available. Nicole and Michael went above and beyond helping us with anything and everything.

and everything was perfect. We were a little nervous about the different rooms but everything worked out well and everyone had a great time. The best part about the mansion is that half of the décor is already done for you. Each room has so much character that we didn’t want to take away from it so we didn't need to add much decor, which saves a lot of money. We even used the decor they had on each of the fireplaces, which worked out perfectly with our colors. The Billiard Room where the bar is was a big hit, and it’s at the perfect location because it’s right next to the Ballroom where the dancing is had. Guests can get drinks and still see/know what’s going on if they decide to hang out by the bar. We opted for the beer, wine, cider, and soda package and everyone enjoyed their beverages. I kept seeing them go back for more so you know Mount Hope has some great stuff. The best part was the plastic souvenir cups with lids for wine and cider. No risk of broken glass or spills and our guests got to take them home as a nice favor. Just be warned there is no A/C. The weather turned out to be perfect for our wedding with it being an actual cool fall day and an even cooler evening. I wouldn't let that deter you though because it's such a beautiful building and it's old so it's to be expected. Mount Hope was everything we hoped for. They have good wine amongst other beverages, a beautiful venue, great people to work with, and on the plus side, if you don't want the festivities to end, just go to the Renaissance Faire the next day. Taniel & Nicole are more than happy to accommodate you and your guests to make them feel welcomed. There's a hotel right across the street and down the road so there's no reason you can't spend an extra day there if you aren't local. I will say, I miss being in touch with the girls because we got to spend so much time with them via email or in person. If only we could get married all over again...
