Fabulous to work with. Extremely accommodating and flexible. Friendly. Professional. Quick replies. The shade and nearby river keep it cooler in summer. Very beautiful for pictures. They don't nickel and dime you like other wedding venues do. More bare bones requirements help keep costs low (ie no corkage fees).
Scott Minard was our videographer and Katelyn Servedio was our photographer, and we worked with them from 1-8pm on our wedding day, and they captured so many beautiful photos and videos! We cannot wait to see how they turn out!
I'm a wedding coordinator and I've worked several weddings at Mt Pisgah. The team there is always responsive, friendly, and professional. This is one of my favorite venues to work at in the Eugene area - it's got a stunning ceremony area, a covered reception space, gorgeous scenery, multiple clean restrooms, lots of parking, plenty of electricity outlets, a storage closet for decor boxes, a sink to rinse dishes, and it comes with tables & chairs! The only bummer is that the oak tree on the ceremony lawn was severely damaged in the Jan 2024 ice storm, but the wedding party can reposition to the left and still have a beautiful backdrop with the long low-hanging branch. I highly recommend choosing Mt Pisgah as your Eugene wedding venue!
This was such an incredible place to get married. The setting is absolutely beautiful (which meant we barely had to do any decorating!) and B and the rest of the of the team were a dream to work with. Made everything so easy. We're so grateful we got to get married at Mount Pisgah.
If you are looking for a wonderful wedding venue where you can be outdoors surrounded by the people you love the most in the world Mount Pisgah is the venue for you! My husband and I had the most magical day and had wonderful support as we choose Mount Pisgah as our venue. Plus you are supporting the Arboretum when you book this venue meaning education in the community continues. Everything about our wedding day was special. Even in the rain, the landscape gives you the best landscape for whimsical photos.
Beautiful, simple setting. We did a DYI wedding with catoring. We found it easy to plan with the help of their staff. Working with Pisgah melded well with our values. It felt good to pay for a venue that supported a non profit that provides environmental education to the community. Facilities offered recycling and compost. Only down side is no music past 10 pm and there was only one changing room.
Not only is the arboretum a budget-friendly option for a larger wedding, the staff and coordinators were extremely helpful! The location is beautiful and has everything we needed for the day (tables, chair, lighting etc.). We were able to bring in whatever vendors we wanted, all of which were familiar with the venue since it is such a great local wedding site. They are great about encouraging sustainable practices and protecting the site. I couldn't have asked for more out of a wedding venue.
Beautiful location and amazing views.
My wedding ended up being perfect, and while some parts of this venue create more work for the planning team, this was just exactly what we needed for the big day. We got a special at the beginning of the year for lighting, they only give out a few. The staff are AMAZING and non profit, they love to be there and love to help! They provided the extremely spacious White Oak Pavillion, chairs and tables (I think they service up to 250?) lighting, includes giant paper lanterns and bistro lighting on the patio (I don't remember their fee, you can check out their website to ask), a parking attendant, clean up crew, and full time staff member. This was well worth the money, as well as they included a 1 year parking pass for my husband and I to all Lane County parks. The cherry on top is all the money goes to education programs with Oregon schools to tour the Arboretum and participate in their programs. 10/10.
When we were looking for our venue for our Fall wedding, we had a few things in mind. We wanted an outdoor ceremony with a giant, beautiful tree as our altar and the ability to see the stars at night. Lovers of nature and all things magically romantic, we found just we had envisioned in Mt. Pisgah. We were married at around sunset under the Oak Grove tree. Absolutely stunning light at that time of year and time of day! Our reception was held at the Pavilion, just a stone's throw away from our ceremony, and with sliding doors and mood lighting, we were able to continue to feel profoundly connected to nature. In addition to all those lovely aspects, Mt. Pisgah Arboretum is a perfect venue for those weddings that may require a lot of space for an extended guest list or if inclement weather requires everything move indoors. There is plenty of parking, albeit without appropriate lighting at night, and a drive-up space for your drivers who require special accommodations. There is a storage space, a small bridal room and plenty of bathrooms available for guests as well. Amazing venue!
