Perfect wedding day!!!
This venue is absolutely amazing, wedding dates available to book were flexible if you do it early, their prices are extremely reasonable for what you get…w...
e discovered them by trying to look outside Sonoma County, CA where we are from and the “wine country “pricing and it was such a gem to find them. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. You get gorgeous Mount Shasta as your backdrop for ceremony and reception if you do your wedding outside, but they also offer an inside option. Rebecca Brown is your coordinator and she is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, and can adjust anything to your preference or budget. We ended up doing an open bar, the resort did everything for us, food, staffing, rehearsal dinner, bartender, they were able to do a package for us that included gratuity so that we didn’t have to worry about that. It was absolutely gorgeous. We also stayed all week at the resort in chalets as did most of our friends and family. Everyone commented positively on the venue, staff and their experience in general of our wedding. Highly recommend!!
Such an amazing location to get married in. Absolutely gorgeous. You have a view of mount Shasta in the background. Rebbeca Brown the Cordinator was so helpful to work with and so ...
accommodating and just a pleasure to work with. She made the day of flow perfectly! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a outside venue so gorgeous
I am still just glowing from our wonderful wedding day! I just want to give a big shout out THANK YOU to Rebecca and the Resort staff for allowing us to have the wedding of our dre...
ams. Rebecca never hesitated to answer all of my questions and helped us along the way. From meeting with us, to helping things run smoothly on the big day, THANK YOU for your hard work, from the bottom of our hearts. We absolutely loved working with you. We received SO many compliments about you, your staff, and the whole Resort. You not only tended to our needs, but kept our family and friend's needs as well. Your efficiency and enthusiasm was never unnoticed, and greatly appreciated as it helped create a perfect day. Thank you for allowing us to do that, AND keep everything on time and efficiently. We are just over the moon!
I am not sure how to put into words how amazing MSR is and how thankful I am. We reserve the outside patio for the reception with no tent (risky but I wanted to enjoy the beauty o...
f being at the base of Mount Shasta!). We knew it was going to be cold, but the day of my wedding, a surprise storm rolled in threatening to end the party early. 10 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, the event coordinator on site got the MSR team to move the entire reception inside! 30 minutes of ceremony and 30 of photos later, everything was inside and the party was ready to start!! The food was FANTASTIC, the service was great, and the bartender (Jacob) was amazing. I did a lot of research before we selected MSR, and it was the best for the price. 120 people, buffet dinner, hosted beer and wine only for $6,000.
i would rate the mount shasta resort as a 4.5 out of 5, they were great about communicating all information regarding planning our destination wedding. the only reason they did not...
get a 5 out of 5 was when i booked the venue they gave us food options. when it came time to ordering the food selection i was not notified about changes to the drinks portion that was included in our food selections. it was not until the day of the wedding that i learned that the drinks on the menu had changed. also the prices were high for the food, but it was good food and outside of the drink mis-communication it was worth it. its a beautiful location!
I love the Mount Shasta Resort. The view for our outdoor wedding was amazing. The food was exactly what we wanted and they even let us submit our own recipes for what we wanted. ...
Amy helped us get our tent rental at a discounted rate and the people she suggested for the DJ & Cake were perfect!! I would love to have another event here!!
The view was absolutely wonderful! The reception was held on a golf course and Mt. Shasta was the backdrop. There were also two ponds nearby that reflected the light of the full m...
oon.;The sites planner that we worked with throughout the whole planning process was not there for the actual wedding, although she said she would be.
