Pamela at Mountain Flour Baking Co. was one of 2 local companies we found even willing to do mini pies, and her price was just right. Pamela had never actually made mini pies before, but she took the time to do several trial runs prior to the wedding to get them just right! And she even offered strawberry rhubarb, which is my dad's favorite! For a small fee she delivered the pies to our venue and they were a huge hit! The only criticism I received was that there could have been more filling and less crust, but overall no complaints. I would definitely work with her again!
