Pamela made the cake and deserts for our wedding and they were delicious! We ordered two small one tier cakes, cupcakes, and small personal pies. Everyone raved about how good the deserts were. The cakes and pies looked great and tasted even better. We also ordered cookies and brownie bites from her for our welcome gathering the night before our wedding. Her deserts are delicious and the prices were great!

To begin, my husband and I are not cake people, so we knew going into our wedding that we wanted something different. Our venue originally offered pie and ice cream as an option but later took it off the table. By then though my mind was made up. We were told large pies could be a bit difficult to cut and serve, so we opted to go for mini pies instead. Pamela at Mountain Flour Baking Co. was one of 2 local companies we found even willing to do mini pies, and her price was just right. Pamela had never actually made mini pies before, but she took the time to do several trial runs prior to the wedding to get them just right! And she even offered strawberry rhubarb, which is my dad's favorite! For a small fee she delivered the pies to our venue and they were a huge hit! The only criticism I received was that there could have been more filling and less crust, but overall no complaints. I would definitely work with her again!

Pamela made a vanilla cake with a custom design of a tree on it for our wedding. Pamela said that she never made something like the picture of the cake we provided for her before but it turned out even better than we thought! The cake was very very tasty!

I had a unique order for my wedding of whoopie pies, mini pies, and a cake that looked like a tree. Mountain flour accepted the task without hesitation and everything tasted and looked amazing!!!!
