We had a bit of a situation on the wedding day with the department of transportation shutting down a large section of the highway getting to and from our venue, but the Mountain High team delivered my bouquet on time and in perfect condition, which made my bridal pictures even more incredible! pting to complete the order since January13th. When I call no body knows what order I’m talking about or what email and they just tell me to email it. You wrote me back Monday because I left you a bad review on google and Facebook, you don’t like that. And I know for a fact I’m not that only one who has encountered issues with your shop. You had me convinced that the event was going to be ruined because I thought I was just going to have to throw some flowers together from Sam’s and make it work but fortunately I was able to find a reliable company to squeeze me in last minute and guess what? The order was taken and paid all within one day after attempting to make one order from your shop for the time period of about a month. I hope you did reach out to the photographer so she is aware when her clients are stressed over floral arrangements from your company now and in the future. I also forwarded the message again for a final attempt and still nothing. Along with the fact you were advertising at the time for floral arrangements being available and that you guys were obviously fulfilling orders and communicating to select clients. The purpose of my review is to state facts and inform potential clients so they are aware of your delays or inability to fulfill orders. Yes you gave me countless excuses (COVID, employment issues, valentines etc) and have so adamantly attempted to reach out to me after you ignored my emails and decided after I left a review to reach out I guess everything just start flowing perfectly as soon as I got fed up. You can call my review what you want but you have to accept your wrong doings and learn from it. If I could post screenshots of the timeline we have had over the month and a half I would but it’s on your FB either way. Have a nice wedding season and try to make other brides happy. —the platform won’t let me put my March 2022 date so it has todays date.

ot of time to re-think and make adjustments, we made changes to our order several times leading up to the wedding and they were always extremely kind and accommodating - didn’t even blink when we added sweetheart table flowers one week before the wedding, a change that completely upped the entire look of our reception! Everything we received from them was fresh, beautiful and they delivered it right to our hotel room. We received so many compliments on the flowers, I would work with them again and again!

Jana with some inspiration photos, general tastes on flowers, and a few color preferences and I could not be happier with how they turned out! I really enjoyed getting to sit down with Jana and my wedding planners in the flower shop where we could bounce ideas off each other and see the selection of décor and flowers they have in person. They made beautiful bouquets, displays for our ceremony arch and sweetheart table, and three different and amazing style centerpieces for 8 tables. They even incorporated antlers my husband has found in the forest over the years and assembled everything that morning, without having worked with them before. They are incredible artists! The quality of flowers was top notch, too. We were also able to get other décor from Jana, such as votives, candles, hurricane glasses, chargers, wood slices, and lanterns. I was a little worried at first about choosing a Sedona florist for a Flagstaff wedding due to the transportation piece, but that proved to not be an issue. I highly recommend Sedona Mountain High Flowers for all your event floral needs!

And not only my bouquet, but the corsages, boutonniere's, and the flowers for our wedding cake all turned out perfectly. Once I approved that, she sent a detailed quote, and I specified which size and price worked best for me. The end result was more beautiful than I’d even imagined. d in October, outdoors, and selected a seasonal and regional theme in purple, orange and yellow. Our budget was certainly not huge but what was delivered far exceeded our expectations and all attendees were staggered at the level of care and attention paid to the decoration and arranging. Finally, we were not surprised to see that the left over flower arrangements were distributed around the hotel that hosted us, including taking pride of place in the reception where we overheard impressed staff and guests admiring them. A big shout out to Jana and the team at Mountain High Flowers in Sedona for creating such a magical setting, our guests were enchanted and we were very, very happy. Thank you.

For Sedona, we cannot believe the quality of the flowers for the price. Kris and the Mountain High Flowers team is the only way to go for a Sedona wedding, we genuinely loved her! She also coordinated with my aunt to provide us with a wedding suite surprise after the wedding and it was beautiful! Lastly, we did not have to worry about anything being left at the value past the collection time, Kris coordinated everything with our venue operator. This woman is one of a kind!

I purchased 2 grooms men boutonnieres,1 groom boutonniere,1 father of the bride boutonniere,2 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 bridal bouquet,5 hair flowers, and flowers for my cake that cost less than $200. All of my purchases included Orchids. The girls and I had Spider Mums, roses, lilacs, wax flowers and orchids. All entwined with Satin. Absolutely Beautiful.

weren't sure what time we would finish our prior appointments and she assured us that we could just come on over when we were done and someone would be able to meet with us. When we got their Kim greeted us very warmly like she'd known us for years and we got started immediately. She asked lots of details about the colors in our wedding, of my dress and they style of my dress (making sure the groom had left the room before we discussed the dress) and about the budget. When told we were on a tight budget she said it was fine and could totally work within it. We told her the wedding would be outdoors in a park and wanted a relaxed feeling, she immediately began puling flowers that she thought we would like and assembling the bouquet right there on the spot. This allowed us to change things we as we saw fit. If we asked for higher priced items she was sure to tell us how much it would raise the cost and point out alternatives that would give the same feelings while sticking in the budget. We finally picked everything exactly how we wanted it and were able to take pictures (as did she to remember how to assemble it as we saw it as well as the copious notes she took.) She made sure all the flowers were delivered to the cake place, restaurant and our hotel for one low delivery charge. When we got the flowers they were beautiful. The only reason the score is slightly lower is because some of the blooms began to droop by the end of the night, but by that point no one was looking anymore. I would definitely recommend Kim and Mountain High Flowers to anyone, their costs were much more budget friendly than other Sedona florists and the product was outstanding, we even compared her to an independent florist who didn't have a shop so the cost should have been lower but it was the same.

Kim created absolutely amazing bouquet's and centerpieces which were exactly what we wanted. She kept close to our budget and exceeded all of our expectations.

The deposit to move forward was very low, which was great, since it seemed that all the other venders wanted at least half down upfront. A month before the wedding I made a drastic change to the flowers and she was very accommodating. All the flowers turned out beautifully and exactly as I had pictures.

too far outside our budget and/or the florist was terrible about responding to calls and emails. Fortunately, we found Kim at Mountain High and it was much easier from there. Kim was great. She was quick to respond to our emails and calls and actually listened to what we were looking for in our flowers. She was also full of great ideas to get the colors and design that we were looking for and delivered the flowers on time. The good news, Amber was able to suggest a wide variety of flowers (some I'd never even heard of) that fit within my color scheme that we could use to round out the lillies and stay on budget. The most expensive items were my boquet and the swags for the ceremony arch. The swags were done in such a way that we were able to remove them after the ceremony and use them to decorate the head and cake table! The flowers arrived at the venue on time (actually a few minutes early) and looked beautiful!
