Mountain Lakes Club

l and decided to invite 4 couples (not family) who were meaningful to our lives. We married on the Veranda over looking the Lake, but we had alternate plans in case of rain as there is a beautiful room which overlooks the Lake. But it turned out to be a gorgeous day with just a sprinkle of rain. Linda came up with a way to create 10 rows of four chairs across to create a little aisle for us to walk down. A good friend consented to obtain the necessary paperwork to marry us. Together we created the perfect ceremony for us. The venue is on the second floor and I worked with a local florist to make little arrangements of white flowers to guide the guests upstairs. What a surprise when we walked in as the Club added beautiful little white candles to light the way. There is also a small elevator which was able to accommodate an elderly relative who was not able to make the stairs. The cocktail hour and food for the five course dinner was bountiful and delicious! We hired a dj we had previously used for other events never expecting the small crowd to dance. What a surprise when every one danced through the entirety reception. This was not only due to the dj but the mood and the ambience set by the staff of the Mountain Lakes Club. They made sure that every one of our details were carried out to perfection! The cake of fresh strawberries and white wedding cake served on a painted plate was delicious and included in the price. We were able to go for a tasting to pick the cake out at Rudi's Bakery in Bloomfield. Our wedding was June 11, 2016 and it still seems like a wonderful dream. I know we would have had the same experience even if we had 150 guests. Thank you Mountain Lakes Club for helping us have a wonderful life time memory of this happiest of days! .

th Linda and Patricia were so easy to work with, and they were there for us every step of the way. Unlike many other wedding venues, I enjoyed the more casual, yet elegant, lakeside feel of the Mountain Lakes Club. We never once felt pressured “to sign on the dotted line”, unlike other venues that are basically wedding factories. At the Mountain Lakes Club they make you feel special, not like a statistic. The food was phenomenal, the staff was wonderful, the setting offers beautiful lake views, and the entire flow of the reception was perfect. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and we could not have asked for a better location for our wedding! All of our guests were raving about our wedding and the venue for weeks after, saying that it was the best wedding that they had been to! We truly owe it all to Patricia for helping our vision come to life! I would highly recommend the Mountain Lakes Club for a wedding!

perience was easy going and not stressful in the least bit. As a lifetime resident of Mountain Lakes I knew I was going to have a beautiful wedding at the Mountain Lakes Club however, the staff exceeded my expectations and helped to ensure that we all had an unforgettable experience.
