Mountain Larks

We really loved having the Mountain Larks at our wedding. They provided such a great atmosphere during our ceremony, and they are excellent musicians. They really helped make our dreams come true. They had a wide selection of songs for us to choose from, and even could learn specific songs not listed. We highly recommend the Mountain Larks for any occasion!

We were set on wanting a cello (plus one or more “other”) to play for our ceremony. After much research, we found the Mountain Larks. Not only were their few demos on the website great, they were much more reasonably priced than other options we had found! On top of that, Laurel was great about answering emails in a timely manner and communicating as needed. No stress! We didn’t request any custom music (though they did offer), but everything they played was amazing. Princess Bride for the wedding party, At Last for the bride (seemed appropriate after fourteen years of dating and a COVID-delayed wedding), and Marry You for our recessional, they were all perfect for us. We were very pleased with the song options and appreciated the classical prelude music and what we heard of the variety at the cocktail hour. Laurel and Julia are wonderful musicians and were super friendly and professional—we wish we could have interacted with them more!

Mountain Larks did a phenomenal job before and during our wedding. They played a special piece that we requested (and crushed it) and responded to e-mails quickly. Amazing value. They were also genuinely happy for us and so nice! Very professional.
