He shoots a good video. Having said that:
1) it took over 11 months for us to receive our video. Our contract specified 4 months.
2) because of the delay in receiving the video, we were promised a partial refund. This never materialized.
3) other aspects that we paid for, including the USB file with the video and raw footage, were never delivered.
4) almost most concerning, whenever we contacted about the delay in our video, he would send a bizarre apology video while doing some sort of outdoor activity such as mountain biking. Just showing us he had better things to do than make the video that we paid for
5) really poor communicator, and now has stopped answering DMs on Instagram
Avoid like the plague.
Devin is a seriously talented videographer who pays so much attention to detail and also has extensive experience using drones to get amazing aerial footage!! We had several zoom meetings throughout our 2 year engagement getting to know each other and planning out my wedding day. He is so nice and genuine and overall a really cool guy, we are so happy with our decision to hire him to capture our special day!
Devin is an amazing Videographer. His eye to catch the most minuscule details is unparalleled. And then to be able to take those little details and piece together the really big aspects while perfectly tying in audio, and the flow of your magical day- it’s pretty amazing! I rewatch our video all the time and each time I can place myself back in my dress, taking the entire day in- except I will always have this time capsule he created for us to remember those moments that sometimes slip my mind! I really can’t say enough great things about Devin’s talents as an artist and creator! It’s by far the best investment for us when looking back on all the vendors booked for our special day, I’d highly recommend him to any couples considering having a wedding day film!
Mountain Love Media cares about you and your big day, and it shows in their videos. Devin filmed our wedding, and he was an absolute pleasure to have around. He was always ready to film whatever craziness was happening on my wedding day. My wife and I had a special little moment where we built a Lego kit together, and Devin made sure that moment was on camera for us to enjoy later. Mountain Love Media has professional equipment, and caring and personable videographers. 10/10 - would recommend!!
I can’t say enough about Devin and Mountain Love. Having seen what he was capable of on Instagram, he still blew our expectations way out of the water. He was super easy to work with and made the wedding itself even better with his personality. Literally can’t say enough about how great he is!
Devin was just absolutely wonderful to work with, he had our vision come to life so effortlessly. Every little detail of our wedding was captured almost better then the actual day itself. He is so easy to work with and his talents will blow you away when you see the video for the first time. It brings the magic of our big day back every single time we watch it!
We hired Devin to take our wedding video, not really knowing anything about wedding videography. He was super helpful with understanding what we were looking for. He showed up early, had all of his equipment (which is more then I can say for my DJ) He even helped our newbie photographer with lighting set ups and poses. Everyone was so comfortable with him, it was like he was family instantly. The turn around time for the video was really quick, and super easy to deal with. Our finished product is so amazing. It makes us look like we're better people then we are. 😂 I would recommend Devin and Mountain Love Media to anyone and everyone.
