g at Rist Canyon Inn the day of our dreams. We are still in shock by how smoothly the entire day went, and that is all thanks to our team of incredible coordinators! Janel and Sami held numerous check-in meetings with us throughout our engagement to keep thorough planning notes and ensure we were on the right track. They also provided us with super helpful resources, such as budget trackers, processional tips, and a seating chart software. In the gaps between meetings, Janel fielded our many questions with kindness and positivity. The whole team was always so supportive of whatever we chose, but also knew when to give suggestions or vendor recommendations. Jacob and I are both the eldest siblings and the first ones in our respective families to get married, so these insights were incredibly helpful as we navigated a brand new experience. On the wedding day, Janel truly took care of everything. She managed all vendors; made sure our party members, families, and guests knew where to be and when; set up and broke down the decorations so that we barely had to lift a finger leading up to and after the event (including replenishing a massive cookie table and helping with the best man’s interactive speech); and handled everything else behind the scenes. We heard from multiple folks about how awesome Janel was at her role, and we totally agree! We would recommend Mountain Magnolia to everyone, and will so miss working with Janel and her team!

ns, prompting the mandatory evacuation of the town and the venue. Within a couple of hours, Janel had secured not one but two (!) great backup venues that were available to host our wedding. She also coordinated with all of our vendors and ensured that they were prepared to relocate to another venue if necessary. While the evacuation order was lifted the day before the wedding and we got married at the Lyons Farmette as planned, I am confident that our relocated wedding would have gone smoothly, been consistent with our original vision, and not added significantly to our overall costs. With that said, we had a wonderful wedding at the Lyons Farmette and Sami did an excellent job coordinating the day-of. Be prepared for the unexpected - hire Mountain Magnolia!

he YMCA in Estes Park. Janel was helpful throughout the entire year and a half of working with her. She always had prompt replies and always made time for a phone call, video chat, etc. She is such a kind and genuine person. She is the best and worth every penny. She always had a vision, and made everything that we had for decor come together perfectly. I trusted her with every decision, and you should too! The night of our wedding, we decided mid reception that we wanted some drapes lifted up so that everyone could enjoy the mountain views - she called the venues team and orchestrated the entire thing - and the drapes were up within no time. I had no idea any of this was even going on. I honestly was having so much fun dancing that I never really saw her, but throughout the night, she still managed to check on myself and my husband, making sure we had something to drink, had enough food during dinner, etc. She was incredible. She made the entire wedding planning process stress free. I was in an entire different state, and she somehow helped me pull off the most perfect weekend and best weekend of our lives. s above and beyond to make sure every detail is covered and planned for. She thinks of every detail and things I did not even think of. Janel communicates with all vendors, comes to venue walk throughs, kept me organized, after each meeting gave me a to do list, and much much more! She removed any type of stress on the day of our wedding, and it was seamless! After the wedding, she returned a few items to my vendors, and I didn’t even know she did that until I reached out to the vendors telling them I no longer have their items (lol). To my surprise, they said Janel returned them. She also had my wedding dress, to my surprise, I did not know it was missing. She is a saint and a savor! Do not hesitate to hire Janel and her team!

The detail-oriented nature of the planning process, from online seat diagrams to vendor communication, greatly reduced the work load on us as a couple. All of this was complimented with amazing in-person meetings where we were able to ask all of the questions and were always met with kindness and support.
On top of that, there was always a contingency plan for anything that could go wrong, which removed any stress on us during the wedding day about weather.
We can't recommend Janel and her team at Mountain Magnolia enough. They were truly a life saver, went above and beyond and felt like close friends by the end of the wedding.
Plus, our dog really liked her and she was able to make sure we could include our pup in the wedding day.

Planning, coordinating, and implementing a wedding is so different to the other community events I lead, that I was so grateful to have Janel's insights, patience, and affirmation. When she challenged us, it only improved our experiences and outcomes. When she supported us, it made for ease and enjoyment.
