tations. Excellent communication--she was in touch frequently before the wedding, joined a final catering call, and even managed our rehearsal (you won't find that with other day-of coordinators). She took care of everything on our wedding day and we didn't have to worry about a thing. She and her assistant worked the whole day. They set up all our decorations perfectly, delegated all our vendors, corralled guests, kept our timeline on schedule, and tore down all decor and put everything in it's right place. She even made sure we had a to-go box of leftovers to munch on later that night, and when we forgot it at the venue she brought it to our hotel about 30 minutes away at almost midnight! Paige removed a huge amount of stress and we cannot recommend or thank Mountain View Events enough!

The day of was also less stressful because I knew I had Paige there to help make sure things got done, and that everything got decorated how I wanted it to be. We had other helping hands, but without Paige I know we would not have been able to get done with decorating as far ahead of schedule as we did. She was very helpful, easy going and nice throughout the whole process and very reliable as well. to help, which was a big relief. I have also been in the bridal party for another bride that used Mountain View to help with the decoration and set up of her wedding, and it was stunning. We knew we could leave things to Paige and didn’t have to worry because she made sure everything came together beautifully. She was very proactive throughout the event to make sure there were no issues and she did everything she could to minimize stress for the bride and bridal party.
