We hosted our wedding at the MOXI Museum in September 2021 and cannot speak more highly of this venue. We had 200 guests, which is on the larger size for this venue, but everythin...g went off really smoothly. The team at the MOXI is excellent and they were incredibly helpful with all the logistics and planning for the day. Since it's a museum, you have to bring in a complete build and there are a lot of constant moving parts, but with the help of a good planner, the team at the MOXI makes it all happen. The rooftop deck was a stunning backdrop for both our ceremony and reception with views of the mountains and the ocean. The lightup glass dance floor under string lights was especially a hit as it got dark outside! Our guests loved cocktail hour inside the museum where they could interact with the fun games and exhibits. We signed up for the candle making class option during our happy hour and used their retro typewriters as our guest book. The customizable hand print globe and entryway screens were a special, personalized touch. We loved the flexibility of bringing in everything custom that we wanted without restriction, including the food and beverages, which also helped us save a lot of money. It's truly a unique wedding venue that stands out from your typical hotel or country club ballrooms.
