Based in Sparta, NJ, is MPC Officiant, a wedding officiant services provider. I believe that the ceremony not only sets the tone for your wedding, but also marks the start of your life together as a married couple. As a celebrant I would be honored to work with you to ensure your vision of the ceremony comes to life.
The first wedding I ever officiated was my little sister's wedding in 2016. Ever since then, my love for standing up and overseeing the start of each couple's journey has only grown. I look forward to providing my services to you and your partner.
I aim to ensure that your ceremony is exactly as you have always dreamed. I can provide services for all manner of ceremonies, including secular, religious, and interfaith. The service can also be any length you desire, from less than 30 minutes to up to an hour. Not only that, but I can also be present at the ceremony rehearsal and offer premarital counseling.

Matt was awesome to work with! From the first call he gathered details about our background, our families, what type of vibe we wanted to have at our ceremony… he offered tons of o...
ptions, passages, readings, “unity” highlights, etc. From that call, he built a draft of a ceremony script and then we met a few times in the months leading up to the wedding to make tweaks and some edits. He showed up on time, was super easy to contact if needed, we were even able to choose the colors he wore, and he delivered the PERFECT ceremony. He is a natural at commanding the room and has great inflection when he speaks. He captured the vibe we wanted perfectly, a little bit of emotion, a little bit of the formalities, and some humor thrown in. He handled all the paperwork after the ceremony as well with the marriage licenses. 10/10!Matt was awesome to work with! He made the upfront work easy—we had fun filling out a questionnaire about our relationship (and don’t skimp on your answers because the more detailed you are, the more magic he can weave!) and he gave us valuable steps for making sure our marriage license was a go and that we were ready for the big day. On the day of, he brought his upbeat, calm but confident vibe and the whole ceremony went off without a hitch.

As an engaged couple, many decisions are made with haste but Matt understands the opportunity and the meeting only solidified our confidence and comfort level of choosing him. Everything he has listed on his Website is clear, concise, and honest, and exceeds expectations. Whether it’s coordinating with our day-of coordinator, handling the flow of the ceremony, or taking care of the not-so-fun paperwork associated with local jurisdictions, Matt goes above and beyond to make your job much easier. Two major elements working with Matt were especially rewarding: his fluidity and adaptive reception allowing us to proofread, and make edits to our ceremony script to make it more personal, and second was his follow-thru on getting our paper work completed. There was a mix-up with our marriage certificate being filed, and over two months removed from our wedding Matt was unselfishly still making phone calls to ensure it was filed properly.
