From start to finish, Matt was the ultimate professional. He really got to know us from the start and was really caring about our story, delivering it well. He took it to the next level, making it personable, convincing some friends and family that he was a cousin of ours.

Matthew was AMAZING! He took time to get to know my husband and I ahead of our wedding, crafted the most perfect ceremony based on what we wanted, and helped us along the way with whatever we needed. After the ceremony, all of our guests were raving about the ceremony… saying how great it was. Matthew incorporated stories we told him about our past, mentioned important relatives and more. We had a such a great experience choosing Matthew Clemente as our officiant. He met with us several times to make sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. He took care of everything for us from start to finish and let us know exactly what we needed as far as paperwork. He did such an amazing job that people at our wedding came up to us and asked us if we knew him personally.

We had multiple meetings prior to the wedding and he even followed up with the courthouse the week after the wedding to confirm everything was filed correctly. He is kind, thoughtful, and just gets it. Once he understood what kind of ceremony we wanted, he gave us the draft to edit as we saw fit and we didn't change a thing. I would recommend Matt to anyone who wants a heartfelt ceremony tailored to them! He met with my husband and I to get an idea of who we are, our story, and what sort of vibe we wanted for our ceremony. Then he drafted the overall ceremony script and worked with us to edit it until it was perfect. He also helped guide us through the marriage license process and followed up with the town to make sure all the paperwork was processed.

Matthew is AWESOME. I cannot recommend him enough if you need an officiant for your special day. He is so easy to work with and very helpful in explaining the entire process of getting your marriage license etc.

If you’re looking for a consummate professional, Matt is your guy! From the beginning, Matt allowed us to screen him via video meeting and get to know each other to see if he was the right fit to officiate our wedding. As an engaged couple, many decisions are made with haste but Matt understands the opportunity and the meeting only solidified our confidence and comfort level of choosing him. Everything he has listed on his Website is clear, concise, and honest, and exceeds expectations. Whether it’s coordinating with our day-of coordinator, handling the flow of the ceremony, or taking care of the not-so-fun paperwork associated with local jurisdictions, Matt goes above and beyond to make your job much easier. Two major elements working with Matt were especially rewarding: his fluidity and adaptive reception allowing us to proofread, and make edits to our ceremony script to make it more personal, and second was his follow-thru on getting our paper work completed. There was a mix-up with our marriage certificate being filed, and over two months removed from our wedding Matt was unselfishly still making phone calls to ensure it was filed properly. Much can be said about his willingness to help and to take as much off your plate as possible. 10/10 would highly recommend!

We had a Harry Potter themed wedding, and calling around to different officiants, Matthew gave the BEST, most heartfelt reaction we received! There's no competition, hands down. He not only showed the utmost enthusiasm to marry us as Dumbledore, but he is very professional and knowledgeable! I'm very grateful and happy we found Matthew! My husband and I hired Matthew to officiate our June 2023 wedding. Matthew made a huge effort to understand and get to know my husband and I, and our relationship. He allowed us to have as much or as little input as we wanted when it came to writing our ceremony script. We had requested that he incorporate various elements (some religious references and some humor) and he blended it all together seamlessly! Where do I begin. Matt was spot on from the get-go! My initial contact was responded to immediately. He was open to all questions and ideas. He also gave great advice. All communications were fast and accurate. He helped with all the paperwork and contacted the municipality before and after. On the day of the wedding he arrived early and was professionally dressed. He is very well spoken and had the ceremony down pat. We did a hand fastening as well as the traditional rings and he did it without pause. Everything went smooth and relaxed which is exactly what we wanted. The ceremony was perfect. My wife and I were beyond elated. It was perfect. Matt was perfect.
