If I could rate them 100 stars I would. I wanted this vendor soooo badly and when I finally booked them I was over the moon. They have been so attentive from the beginning and easy to work with. I had a very specific idea and vision in mind and they exceeded. They even worked with my last minute requests. Every little thing they do is worth the price without a doubt. Our wedding was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen and experienced and it’s because of every little detail. They are soooo amazing! Love your team so much!!!

This is the absolute worst place I've ever been to in my life. I rented a piece of junk equipment off them and it broke down 4 times and still got charged for the whole day. I got maybe 2 hours use out of it. The trucks look terrible that delivered it. This place is like the circus of rental companies! Terrible service when I called in and wanted some of my money back! I will never ever rent another piece of them again. I was treated terribly! They would not work with me at all and help me out. The management is so out of whack it'snot funny. The employees were cursing in front of my wife when we were in the store. What a terrible operation they have going on. I asked to speak to the owner and was refused his number. They said it would be handled with management no need for the owner to get involved. Unbelievable...

Overall, I was happy with MPE and find it a wonderful way to rent things in bulk. I had to rent rectangular tables for my venue. My now husband had a lot of trouble picking them up and the salesperson did not know how to ring up two separate transactions with gift certificates. Other than that very pleased.

We used MPE for our chair rental and they did a great job. Their prices were reasonable and they were very responsive when booking. We used the gold chiavari chairs which looked beautiful and we were able to use them outside (for the ceremony) and inside (for the reception- both events were at the same venue), which saved us money and saved us from having to use chair covers at the reception, (which neither of us were particularly fond of). We originally got a huge estimate from another rental company that had annoying stipulations like we couldnt use their rental tent and get tables and chairs from somewhere cheaper. We finally decided to buy tents and then rent the other items from MPE. They were very reasonably priced and it was easy to add on more items as we decided we needed them. We opted to do our own pickup to save some money. When we had no one with a vehicle that could hold the tables to return them on the return date, they offered to pickup for a reasonable fee. We ended up getting tables, chairs, electric chaffing dishes, and a mic and speaker set from them. Pickup was convenient and the items were just what we needed. Would use again!
