Our grandmother finished chemo and we sent a $122.55 deluxe floral arrangement yesterday to celebrate her ringing the bell. Never delivered. Never called us so we could order elsewhere. I have called almost a dozen times. They do not answer. Probably because all complaints! Horrible florist. Order # 72919002832

Ordered an anniversary arrangement through 1-800 Flowers for my wife. Was scheduled for delivered on Friday. This flower shop called my wife on Thursday to find out what time she would be there on Friday to receive her SURPRISE flowers. Friday came and went, no flowers and no phone calls. On Saturday afternoon I got a call from 1-800 Flowers telling me my flowers couldn't be delivered and it was rescheduled for Monday. Monday comes and goes and still no flowers. I call Mr Alan's and explain the situation. I'm told there's nothing she can do for me but deliver them on Tuesday which is OBVIOUS. No apology and tried to make it sound like it was somehow our fault for not having received the flowers. Completely unacceptable. Will never knowingly use them and if I use 1-800 flowers again I'll have to stipulate that Mr Alan's is a no-go.

WHATCH FOR SCAM! Ordered flowers online and florist accepted order, payment and TIP for delivery. Order was cancelled by the florist and received refund later because the delivery was out of their area. However, the refund did not include the TIP for delivery (apparently was non-refundable, fine print when ordering). I couldn't believe that they would keep the TIP even when the order was cancelled. I actually called to inquire and they said they would look into it. Received a call that they would refund the TIP but never received the refund. Poor business practice and dealings.

Ivy was hands down the best florist. I went in not knowing a thing about flowers and she took the time to explain and help me to decide. She was so nice and had gorgeous flowers. Ivy stopped to see me prior to the wedding to make sure I loved the bouquet before she brought it to the venue!!! If you are looking for a florist that cares, look no further.

Although the flowers he provided, centerpieces, bouquets and boutineers were beautiful, he is very unorganized. You really have to stay on top of them to get your order right. If you want a stress free planning, I wouldnt go with this florist.
