I would give zero stars if I could. The trip framework meeting presented an overbudget trip that left me underwhelmed. The rooms were fine, the activities were fine but for a 12 da...
y trip only had 7 activities. They could make suggestions for additional activities but that would be on our own dime and not included in the package. The first problem was: to get this trip back on budget, what would they be taking away if I was already feeling underwhelmed. The second problem was: I did some research after our meeting and found that the trip as they presented is significantly less if I were to book it myself. At that price difference I could go on two trips to Italy. They are standing firm on their policy that their deposit is non-refundable - Buyer beware!
I have now booked a trip with a different travel agency that does not charge a deposit, itemized every item for me, and made sure I felt comfortable before ever charging my card. Also, my current trip costs a fraction of the price so I can go again next year and the year after at this rate. I don’t regret my decision to choose a different company.

ip was an absolute dream. We were a little nervous about traveling to several different parts of Italy, but Mr. & Mrs. Italy's planning and organizing was incredible. Every single transfer (train, private transfer, etc.) was seamless. It was such a relief to not have to worry about this!
Every hotel Mr. & Mrs. Italy chose for us was absolutely beautiful. The location of each hotel was perfect, the rooms were incredible, and the staff went above and beyond for us during our whole stay. When we return to Italy, (which we hope to do many times!), we will definitely be rebooking these hotels.
All of the experiences Mr. & Mrs. Italy booked for us were just amazing. Not too much, not too little, just the right amount for us to learn about the history, culture, and of course FOOD of the areas we visited. We truly enjoyed every single one of them so much.
Mr. & Mrs. Italy was so professional, helpful, responsive, patient, and friendly throughout this whole planning process. It was so reassuring to know that we could contact them if we ran into any trouble during our trip. Mr. & Mrs. Italy truly planned our trip of a lifetime. ng, and they brought us to some places we would have never found on our own, especially a romantic spa set amidst the Dolomite mountains. In addition to being kind and easy to work with, these ladies are responsive and leave no detail unthought of. They sent us an amazing itinerary with each step of the way outlined, including taxis, where to pick up our car, where to have dinner, etc.

Northern parts of Italy! They were so eager to answer all of our questions leading up to the trip, and were readily available if we had any questions while on the trip. They were able to provide us with authentic Italian experiences that we would never have been able to arrange on our own. We felt like they really went the extra mile, and made us feel like our trip was very important to them. For example, they called all of our hotels right before we got there, and were able to upgrade some of our rooms for free! Using Mr. & Mrs. Italy to plan your honeymoon will be one of the smartest decisions you make throughout your planning process!

er, deeper and a more fulfilling Italian experience, and it truly was! We ate where the locals eat, drank where they drink, and stayed in small family owned hotels with extraordinary hospitality. The hand picked hotels, restaurants, activities and spas they recommended made our stay memorable and unique. We were outnumbered by Italians rather surrounded by other tourists. Mr. And Mrs. Italy were available throughout our trip to answer questions and give us additional recommendations. We had the best wines, pastas, steaks and breads. We recommend traveling with Mr. And Mrs. Italy, what a great resource !
