wedding, I think we really got what we paid for. Jessi, her husband, and her brother Taylor were all great to work with as well. I like the fact that it is a local family business and she really makes sure to get your ideas or special shots that you want. It was a little hard to get a hold of her some times due to high demand and so many e-mails but we made it work and everything turned out fine. It will be about a 2 month turnaround for the pictures and video, but I am anxiously awaiting the final results!

stress-free and just a great time

leg like some of the other photographers I looked into, included retouching, as well as allowed me to keep all of my photos. I went through at least 50 photographers websites so I was stoked when I found Jessi. I brought a friend who is also a photographer with me when we met Jessi so I could have a second opinion. Needless to say, Jessi won us over with her sweetness and professionalism. Our wedding happened to be on an unplanned extremely hot day (100F) and we were all just dying. Jessi and her brother were so awsome in keeping the bridal party going. Seriously, if they weren't cheerleading us on, I would've missed out on some great photos by sitting in the AC. I was so worried that my uncomfortableness from the heat would show through in the photos, and I was pleased to see that they came out great! I also gave Jessi some pics I found of various cool poses (like the pose on the cover of the movie Bridesmaids) and they came out fantastic! I definitely recommend Mr. and Mrs. Wedding Photography to anyone getting married!

we have had numerous sessions with her. She does a consistently amazing job. I am very picky about photos and very hard to please (I'm admittedly a very harsh critic about photos of myself in particular), and I have always adored the photos that Jessi takes. If you're like me and don't especially like photos of yourself, I promise that you will think that you look beautiful in the photos that Jessi produces. She captures the tiniest nuances that I would never even think to photograph, and the composition of her photos is creative and beautiful. She is so good at what she does that she quickly puts her subjects at ease, and her photos come out looking gorgeous and totally natural. I have a two year old daughter, and attempting a photo shoot with a toddler can be challenging, but Jessi has always been successful at capturing her spirit regardless of her moods. If you have children in your wedding party, rest assured that Jessi will coax excellent shots from them! I am now engaged and planning my wedding, and I would never even consider using someone else for my engagement and wedding photos. I have absolute confidence that my photos will be amazing because of Jessi's talent, and I recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone!

my husband and I perfectly. She took in everything I was thinking,from family stuff to time, and applied it effortlessly to our day's shots. She even brought an extra photographer to make sure she captured EVERYTHING! That's top notch in my book. I wouldn't even think of using another photographer for any other special moment in our lives. From kids to anniversary pictures. I have found a lifetime photographer. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

t! We could not wait for our wedding day. Jessi arrived right on time and just started taking shots of all the great details. She really listens to you and comes through with what you ask for. She handled even some awkward situations with my family very well (what wedding doesn't have awkward situations with family members). We have not received the photos yet but she did write a wonderful email and gave us some "teasers" (unfinished photos) and they already look wonderful. Although I have not seen all the pictures, I know they are going to turn out great judging by the engagement photos, the "teasers" and just the fact that she was just so comfortable to work with. My husband and I were very pleased with her. Can't thank her enough for capturing our special day. :)

exactly what we asked which was to capture as many candid moments as possible and get some group shots of the bridal party and our families. She did an amazing job! She has really cute ideas for poses and props - I wasn't sure about a few of them at the time but she was right and the pictures turned out wonderfully. Not only did she get great shots, but she was able to capture the feeling of the day which totally exceeded our expectations.

ove between us. We had an idea of what we wanted from our shoot, and Jessi just took it to a whole new level. We thought of beach photos, Jessi had us in the water...and the pictures are beautiful! The only problem I have now, is deciding which photos to display in our house without putting a hundred of them up on the wall :) She is super personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
