would recommend this band to all of my friends and to anyone looking to have an incredibly fun wedding reception!

s from 21 to 85 and everything in between. This band plays music for all and had the dance floor full the entire night. They even added a nice touch by playing a nice jazz ensemble band around the room during cocktail hour. We will be booking them for a third time!

referred, you never would have guessed it the day of the event. They were completely professional and did everything we asked and added a ton of extra surprises that had our guests up and dancing the entire night. Weeks later, we never got tired of people telling us what a blast they had at the wedding and how much they enjoyed the band. Our only regret is that we didn't get a bigger dance floor!

Following dinner, their second line band went through the entire ballroom, coaxing guests to their feet to fall in line, which everyone declared one of their favorites. From that point until the end of the event ... 2 solid hours ... everyone was on the dance floor having a blast. Tim communicates well and understands the tone of the event, matching it with their talents. The entire band "reads" the room and crowd and adjusts accordingly. We will definitely book them again, if able.

wedding day were dismissed. The biggest issue, and one that can never be forgotten or moved on from, was the fact that Mr. Big & the Rhythm Sisters botched my husband and I's first dance playing multiple of the wrong first dance songs before finally (probably 5 solid minutes of awkwardly and uncomfortably standing on the dance floor wanting to cry of embarrassment and disappointment) playing the right song. Yet even when 5 minutes and 3 wrong songs later, did they play the right song, it was the complete wrong version. It was so awkward, disappointing, etc., that I finally just told them to turn it off because we wanted off of the dance floor and to move on from this HUGE let down. I still long for the magical first dance that couples deserve and yet I will never have that... THEN, once we moved on and went to the Father Daughter dance, there was yet another incredibly awkward pause trying to turn on our song leaving us again feeling uncomfortable and let down. The song AGAIN was the total wrong version/artist and incredibly awkward to dance to. I ended up having to yet again ask them to please turn it off because of the mess ups of Mr. Big & the Rhythm sister, I was no longer comfortable being on my own wedding dance floor and dancing with my groom or father in front of my wedding guest. It's nearly two weeks later now and not a day has gone by I haven't been sad over or longed for this special moment you dream of. Then, throughout the "party" portion of the rehearsal, Mr. Big & the Rhythm sisters seemed to talk (VERY awkwardly) more than they actually sang. I on numerous occasions felt awkward by the rehearsed verbiage/language they used and so did my guest. I had multiple guests look at me with a "what in the world???" look as they spoke and some even commented on how awkwardly they engaged with the guest throughout. Would not recommend at all unfortunately. My wedding day was nearly perfect, but I deeply regret my band decision and had I chosen a different band, it would've been truly perfect.

They even got my husband on the dance floor which is saying a lot since it was the first time he has danced in our 30 years of marriage! At the end of the evening, they surprised the bride and groom by leading them out of the reception with a jazz band parade. It was the perfect touch to a perfect evening! Our guests still talk about what a great band we had and how much fun they had at our reception. Mr. Big and the Rhythm Sisters truly exceeded our expectations!

my surprise when in the middle of the reception I turned around to see a conga line and half of my family doing the limbo. It was a blast and our guests had so much fun! Tim was so easy to work with and they can perform just about any song you like! 5 stars and 2 thumbs way up for this band!

For example, they did a special Michael Jackson set complete with one of their singers dressed up as the King of Pop himself! They also surprised with us a 2nd line rendition of our school's fight song! Tim was so enthusiastic and easy to work with! The exceeded my expectations!
