to our questions and requests in the months leading up to the big day. He was also very generous with his time and even made himself available to visit the venue with us. There was a lot to do, and Mac executed the plan to perfection. He even made us a snack plate at the last minute when we really needed it! We had a wonderful experience working with Mac and definitely recommend him!

e planning a wedding, even when we had questions outside of the scope of what he had asked him to do, he still helped. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel inadequate or did he seem annoyed. He was super patient. On our wedding day, we couldn’t stop getting compliments from our guests on how smoothly everything went. How organized the event was, and how perfect everything happened. We thank Mac for all of this. I encourage you all to use him because he is reliable, patient, and dedicated. He’s an awesome addition to our team, and also he’s one heck of a DJ! We love him and can’t thank him enough !!!

wedding, To making sure our guests were seated at the right time. He even went as far as to get more drinks for us when our bar ran out of it too quick.
He even was very communicative with our DJ to make sure we were all in the same time line and everything was falling into place.
He helped host some traditional Mexican games that our guests weren’t getting right the first time we explained it and it made it so much fun.
The night could have been hectic and crazy without his help and we’re so happy we decided on hiring him. Definitely recommending him to everyone and definitely hiring him again for any big party’s we might have in the future.
From the beginning he provided us with a comprehensive guide, systems, and processes (and a spreadsheet - which I called my wedding Bible) to ensure that we were on track with our ...
wedding schedule, vendors, color schemes, seating chart, etc. While things did happen out of our control, it was comforting to know that we planned for 99.999999% things that could happen and we had the time of our lives on our wedding day. He took the lead over the things he knew we wanted, advocated for us, and ensured that our special day was nothing short of amazing! He will be definitely doing our vow renewals.
We hired MCoq for our wedding day coordinator. He did amazing. We had our rental items that needed to be set up and arrange according to the design and MCoq went above and beyond t...
o set it up for us. For example, our battery candlestick was too small for the candle holders he strategically found a way to make it fit by taking the time to use tissues on each candle holder. We can imagine how time consuming that was for 100+ candle holders. He is a great planner. He also acted as our MC. He brought soo much energy to the reception. It was a whole vibe. He is dedicated, a great problem solver, has a lot of passion and deep care for your wedding day. Overall I was happy with his work. He won’t disappoint if you hire him.
Working with Mr Coq as my planner was a wonderful experience. My wedding day went smoothly. He was my eyes, and my hand for the day. Even though we had a Rainy day, he supervised ...
everything well and made sure I did not have to worry about anything. You will know the value of a wedding planner when you are actually facing your wedding day. At the reception he was also the MC. He made sure everyone had a good time, by keeping the party going. Everyone was happy. Overall if you choose Mr Coq for your day you will have nothing to worry about.

my concerns found a solution and it all worked perfectly. Mac was also the M.C of our reception. We had a small micro wedding and reception Mac kept the guests engaged and having fun. The night was perfect. I would encourage you to let Mac be of service for your wedding and or reception.
It was a real pleasure working with Mac on our wedding one week ago (August 2023)! His advice was so helpful as we put together plans in the weeks leading up to the big day, and he...
had some helpful questions for us to think about as our plans came together.
Where Mac and his team really shone was during the week of the event and on the wedding day itself. He made himself available to do a venue walkthrough with us a few days before the ceremony and got a solid grasp of all the details of the plan, including vendor logistics, decoration, and food.
He also has a kind and fun vibe! It was actually fun workshopping parts of our plan with him, and having him quarterback things helped get our stress under control.
His team is super creative, and they were able to implement our plan with a few creative elevations/embellishments. We had leftover baby's breath. They put it to use! We forgot coffee-making equipment. They improvised a solution!
Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Mac's ability to think on his feet, understand the vision, and connect with what we and our guests needed in real time. Couldn't have done this without him!

endly. Not only did he coordinate my wedding and made my vision come true, but he worked up the crowd, took charge of the dance floor to keep my guests entertained, and made sure my husband and I were fed and comfortable throughout the night! My guests kept asking me if he was my friend. My response? “He is now!!” I can’t stop raving about him and I truly believe he will make your dream wedding come true!

im, he was friendly, approachable, and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
He truly went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my wedding was perfect. He even assisted with the setup of my engagement dinner, and when our original minister cancelled less than two weeks before the big day, he was able to book a new one at the last minute.
On the day of the wedding, MrCoqPlanning performed so many behind-the-scenes miracles that I could literally write a novel detailing all of them. He was a dream come true for any bride, and I can't recommend him enough.
One of the things that sets MrCoqPlanning apart is his dedication and attention to detail. He is thorough and precise in his work, and it shows in the final result. Don't let the number of his followers be the only factor in your decision-making process - his workmanship is truly unmatched.
In short, MrCoqPlanning is an absolute gem and someone every bride needs in her corner. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner, and I am confident that you won't be disappointed either.
We hired Mac as our day-of coordinator for our November 2022 wedding and he was a big help with everything. He went above and beyond to help us not only on our actual wedding day ...
but checked in with us a couple times in the months beforehand to go over specific details. His planning sheet that he provided for us was really helpful and we used it as our main wedding coordination document throughout the entire months-long process. He took charge and delegated tasks when needed and was very helpful with the overall coordination of the day, making sure to spot out potential problems before they arose. He even agreed to come out to the wedding venue months beforehand with us and help to arrange the whole sequence of events in a very detailed and concise manner. Would highly recommend him for your wedding! Thank you, Mac.
He was very helpful for.my vow renewal. He made sure that we was fine. He catered to is and he was the mc and helped with the rehearsal. He is a perfect person for this.

as there every step of the way while also ensuring that we stayed within our budget though never sacrificing quality.
We had our destination wedding in New York and Mr. Coq was able to provide quality vendors, engage with the hotel sales manager on my behalf, accept my many calls, texts, and emails, perform a site visit, and he even allowed me to ship wedding items to him directly so that we wouldn't stress about getting packages all the way from Georgia to New York.. how awesome is that?
Although I'm still on cloud 9 from our wedding day, I had to immediately share how grateful I am that my now husband found such an awesome and caring wedding specialist.
Our wedding exceeded my high expectations and it was all because of Mr. Coq Planning.
Thank you!
Mcguyvtini rocks!! He helped us plan out the schedule for our wedding, and truly was our biggest advocate (and fan) the day of. He delivered again and again, keeping us on schedule...
and feeling good about things all day long. He was very hands on during the wedding in capturing moments for us and making sure that things were going as planned. He also assisted us when getting ready and took things to and from the venue for us. Mcguyvtini was invaluable to us on our wedding day and I’d definitely recommend him for yours! Thank you thank you for bringing our special day to life :)

cided to go with Mac and I am so glad I did. Mac was professional, organized, patient and most importantly responsive. He paid attention to the small details and made sure our big day went down seamless. He was excellent at building relationships with all my vendors and kept everything on schedule. He made sure we ate and we felt taken care of on our day. If there were any problems he handled them. In fact, we didn’t hear about any mishaps on our day because he made sure not to bring any problems our way. His warm, easy going personality went well with my bridal party, friends and family. I am a perfectionist and when I say I have no complaints about Max and working with him that’s a pretty big deal. I would hire Mac again without question. I don’t know what we would’ve done without him!

id not have my parents or family at the US, he literally was my man-of honor. He literally was a second me during the wedding. He attended the rehearsal and made sure my bridal party knows what they were doing. He recommended a dj and zoom person for my wedding at an amazing prince. If you have the opportunity to work with him, you should be so Lucky!! He is super passionate about what he does and played an amazing part in making My day a success.
Mr. Coq went above and beyond to make our day a succesful one. He is very thorough. His work ethics exceed our expectations. We really enjoyed working with Mr. Coq
