Ted has experience in almost every aspect of the seafood industry, from fishing and cooking techniques to gear sales and tuna exporting. This talented owner previously set up fishing operations in Indonesia to teach the local fisherman how to be the most successful they could be. Since then, he has continued to open fish processing facilities globally to improve the industry’s output. Mr. Fish Catering is rooted in Ted’s passion for seafood and provides to-be-weds and their guests with the tasty creations of his culinary team. Mr. Fish Catering offers an extensive menu for occasions of all types and sizes. Before the main meal of your reception, you and your loved ones can enjoy appetizers such as bacon-wrapped scallops, shrimp cocktails, oysters, and tuna tataki. After a few tasty bites, entrées including smoked pork ribs, shrimp and grits, and seafood stuffing can be served. Delectable sushi platters in various sizes can be added to orders and are accompanied by wasabi, chopsticks, and soy sauce. Catering bundles are also available, consisting of options like pulled pork, blackened fish, grilled shrimp kabobs, and much more.
