First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to The Knot for helping me find this vendor. I originally booked a wedding venue that was supposed to do in-house fireworks, but ...
we found out just 10 days before the wedding that they couldn’t. I was so stressed trying to find a licensed and insured fireworks professional who could do the job at a reasonable price on such short notice.
That’s when I came across Mr. Pyro’s page on The Knot, and I’m so thankful I did. When I got in touch with Matt, the owner, he was so energetic, understanding, and ready to make it happen. He took care of everything — the permits, the coordination with the venue, all of it — within a day or two. He worked directly with the venue to the point that I didn’t even have to be involved, and I actually had a moment where I wondered if the venue had already paid him because I was so stress-free after being so worried about losing the fireworks.
The show itself was absolutely beautiful. It was honestly one of the most magical moments of our entire wedding day. Watching the fireworks light up the sky just for me and my husband as the perfect ending to our first night as Mr. and Mrs. was something I’ll never forget.
I’m forever grateful to Mr. Pyro for saving the day and making that moment possible. If I could hire him for every celebration, I absolutely would.
