Mr. Tux

My husband and I were just married two weekends ago. The selection, the prices, and most of all the outstanding customer service was awesome and my groom looked great! His groomsman looked wonderful and every suit was perfectly tailored. The staff at Mr. Tux were so easy to work with and made picking out the tuxes so much fun! They had so much to choose from and I will never go anywhere but Mr. Tux for formal ware.

Mr tux was fast and helpful! With groomsmen out of town, the owner just made it work seamlessly. She even handled the crazy boys for me and reminded everyone of upcoming dates they needed to have measurements or payments to her! Me tux is extremely accommodating and flexible. They beat all pricing you can find and have a ton more options than their competitors. I will use me tux for every event moving forward!

I had great service when I was there. They helped me pick out the colors to match the bridesmaides dresses. Everything looked great on the big day!

The quality of the tuxes were great and we had no problem with any of them. However, the attitude of the ladies at Mr. Tux has great room for improvment. Because we rented so many we recieved one free... thank goodness my brother picked his up first because they had not applied the discount and the cost was going to go up by $40.

They did a great job helping us pick out our tuxes as well as good customer service. I recommend them for weddings!

After having an awful experience with Men's Wearhouse we went to Mr. Tux. Their choice of tuxes in store is limited but you have lots of choices to choose from out of their catalog. Their prices are reasonable, and the tuxes that we were initially told took two weeks to come in came in faster. The service was a bit slow, but I believe it was because there were not enough people working, and it was near prom.

The convenience of having a store in each of the cities of the groomsmen was great! They were each able to go get their fittings at their locations and had the option of returning them that way as well.

I will say at first I was very worried with how the men's suits were going to turn out. The lady at the fayetteville location did not seem to know what she was talking about whenever we would go in. I even had others who had to go for suits ask why she was even working there because she seemed clueless. However on the wedding day the guys all looked sharp and the suits turned out looking nice! (After of course we changed the suggestions the lady had!)

Everything went perfectly, they were very helpful and everything fit and looked nicely.

Mr. Tux was a pleasure to work with. When the original tuxes that my husband ordered came in they called us immedialty to come order different ones because they looked very old and worn. We ordered a very similar one and had no problems getting it in. We went with Mr. Tux because my husband wanted a gray tux that was a little more casual looking and they had several to choose from. Very glad we went with them!!
