The best planner I could’ve asked for!
Joe was truly amazing to work with. Our wedding was a mix of outdoor and indoor spaces, and he helped with absolutely everything, planning, organization, timeline and just keeping the day running smoothly. He made sure I (the bride) was comfortable and actually enjoying every moment, not just stressing about the details.
He was involved in every little thing and always reminded me to have fun, which made such a difference. Even though we didn’t have a super strict schedule, everything flowed perfectly because of him. It honestly felt like having a friend by my side the whole time, making sure everything went right.
If you’re looking for someone who’s organized, calm, and genuinely cares about your day, Joe is the one!

Working with Joe at Mr. Weddings was an absolute pleasure and we are so grateful for the work he put into making our wedding day seamless and easy for us. His communication leading up to the event was excellent - always very responsive and he consistently made himself available whenever we had needed support. He invested time into making sure the details were tailored to our personal style and preferences. On the day of, he played a huge role coordinating with the venue and other vendors, managing logistics and making sure everything was executed as planned. Thanks to his efforts, we didn't have to worry about a single detail and just got to sit back and enjoy the day. We wholeheartedly recommend him - he is not only professional, but genuinely committed to creating a joyful (and worry-free!) wedding experience.

He made sure everything was handled while we enjoyed the ceremony and reception with our family and friends. His attention to detail is impeccable! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Joseph Allen (Mr. Weedings) as our day-of coordinator, and he exceeded every expectation. From the start, he met with us regularly not in a pushy way, but in a way that made us feel genuinely heard and understood. He took the time to really get to know what we wanted for our wedding, and then made sure it actually happened.
Joseph knew the details of our wedding inside and out. On the big day, he kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, which gave us the freedom to truly enjoy ourselves without worrying about logistics.
What really stood out was his personality. He’s professional and organized, but also warm, fun, and approachable not stiff or rigid like some coordinators can be. He has a great balance of listening to the bride and groom’s vision while kindly shielding us from those “extra” suggestions from family or others. That ability to protect our wishes while keeping everyone happy was invaluable.
If you want someone who is detail-oriented, fun to work with, and absolutely dedicated to making your day stress-free and exactly how you envisioned it, Joseph is the one. We cannot recommend him enough!

Joe was an awesome coordinator for my wedding back in 2022! He was so prepared and thorough with all of the details, meeting on several occasions at the venue, scheduled and delegated AMAZINGLY! I had zero worries on my wedding day and full confidence in Joe when it came to communicating between vendors, adhering to the schedule, and ensuring everyone in the wedding party was ready. He even gifted us a care bag for the big day, a customized board and driftwood to fit the theme of our wedding—so special, I still have the driftwood three years later! I also hadn’t planned for it but he had a great idea to bring bubbles for the attendees as we walked out from the ceremony, it was such an awesome idea I’m so glad he brought them!
Joe is also a very fun and honest personality. He made the planning experience so fun and enjoyable, while also being very professional and respectful.
I also think he has a pretty great network of vendors due to his experience in the service industry, which is a huge bonus when coordinating/planning a wedding. I was so on schedule for my wedding I actually had time to just relax—when you know how stressful planning a wedding is, this is also a very awesome quality to have in a coordinator/planner.
Would 1000% recommend him for your event.
My wedding was at a waterfront casino resort with over 100 attendees.

We are so grateful we had Joe in our corner as our wedding coordinator! He was amazing to work with from start to finish. Leading up to the wedding, he met with us multiple times, gave us great vendor suggestions, and even helped us secure some of the key items we needed for the big day.
On the wedding day, he was the point person for all of our vendors, handled setup, and kept everything running smoothly and right on schedule. Anytime a problem came up, he took care of it before we even had a chance to stress. Because of him, we were able to fully enjoy the day knowing everything was in great hands.
If you’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and easy to work with, I can’t recommend Joe enough!
p.s. he brings radios for everyone to keep in communication, which is not only practical but also SO fun!!
