Christine did a great job with our hair and makeup! She is speedy and sticks to the vision. She was open to changes I asked for after the trial and I was so happy with the final pr...

The girls did an amazing job with hair and makeup. And they were so much fun too! I highly recommend them for any function. Thanks again!
I cannot say enough good things about Christine and her team. They powered through and got 13 of us ready in record time and we still had time to spare before pictures started. The...
y were fun and really helped keep the vibes good! It felt like we were hanging out with a bunch of friends getting ready that morning. Having so much fun with them and my girls will forever be a core memory for me. They makeup and hair was also phenomenal. Christine took the tips/ notes I made from trial and did exactly what I wanted for my wedding. My hair and makeup lasted until the next morning. They are the best anyone who has the chance to use them should!
What a pleasant surprise to find Christine C of MRS as one of the “angels” 🪽of my wedding day!
Okay, so truth be told, I’m not a hair and make-up kind of gal from day-to-day. And...
though our hastily-planned wedding in Freeport, ME was fast approaching, I had not engaged a professional aesthetician and was considering “winging it.”
Several friends (ahem, you know who you are!) encouraged me to go the extra mile for our “micro-wedding” of fifteen family and friends… so I went to the Knot and quickly was drawn to MRS’ info and approach.
Fast forward through some well-timed and responsive communication, I was fortunate to engage Christine to help me feel the “glam”— less than 10 days before the wedding date!
On the big day, I was a solo bride getting ready with no attendants the first hour and perhaps lost a “little” track of time when Christine arrived in the bridal suite— just as I was about to get in the shower— she was prompt and I was certainly 15 minutes behind! Christine took it all in stride, set up for makeup in the best daylight for our outdoor reception, and went to work as soon as I was ready.
The mood in the room was zen; I was staying calm as a “late-in-life” bride and Christine stayed calm also: nudging my natural characteristics and features toward a polished and casual style that matched the event.
Christine also attended to my mother (who just turned 87!) and off we both went to enjoy the day.
The overall hair and makeup aesthetic complemented my retro beaded column gown and took into account the damp weather during the garden patio ceremony and cocktail hour. The photos coming in this week are very flattering— especially the easy-on-very-easy-off lashes that put my eyes in a “new dimension” in some of the portraits.
I would highly recommend Christine for an intimate occasion such as mine— but also for a large bridal party— because in addition to her natural aesthetic gifts, she is organized and communicates well and clearly in advance of the event, and I can see her managing a larger party just as serenely.
All the best, Christine!

ther and my MIL don’t wear make up and they were also very pleased with the natural but soft glam look. She was fun to hang out with while doing our hair and make up but still efficient with her time. 10/10 recommend!
Christine was perfect for our wedding! She was great at matching everyone's personal coloring and preference. Would hire her again in a heartbeat!
Christine Chandler was so amazing! She made me feel so beautiful on my special day. She did the best on my hair and make up trial, taking all of my critiques and fixed everything I...
asked her to change.
On the morning of the wedding, she came to my Air BnB at 6:30 am since the wedding was at 11 am. She did everything perfectly! I was beyond obsessed with my hair, she even showed my sister how to put my veil in so that she could do it when she had left.
Beyond all of that, she was a perfect vibe with my family who was getting ready in the same room.
Christine was such a beautiful addition to our wedding day! She did hair and make-up for me and my bridal party. All the girls loved her, and said she was so relaxed and profession...
al on what's usually a very stressful day. She took their requests and made them come to life! She has great insight on what photographs well, how to lean into your individual natural beauty while also honoring the vision you have for your wedding day. We even made a custom lip color based on my preferences! I highly recommend her for your wedding day beauty prep.
Christine was the most patient and friendly makeup artist and created a perfect wedding look for me. She listened to my waffling, reassured me after I prodded her about my concerns...
(as someone not from Maine, I was concerned about the exposure to more diverse ethnicities in the area, but in the end had zero reason to be worried), paid close attention to my requests and the photos I showed her even when I had last minute changes, and was also a pleasure to get to chat with during both the makeup trial and on wedding day. She did an absolutely beautiful job with my hair updo - better than I could have ever imagined - and did a stunning job as well on my Maid of Honor's hair! She knew my wedding venue like the back of her hand and was precisely on schedule and timely. She is the one and only best choice for a wedding at Granite Ridge Estate!
Christine was wonderful to work with leading up to our wedding and most especially on the day of. She was accommodating with my trial and willing to try a variety of things before ...

As a bride, the wedding planning process is beyond overwhelming and stressful. A good friend recommended Christine, and I am SO happy I hired her. We had a big wedding party (7 bri...
desmaids, 2 mothers, 1 flower girl) and Christine and her assistant Audrey showed up ready to rock the day. They were very prepared and listened to each person and their vision for looks as well as being calm, cool and collective throughout the day. Everyone's makeup came out stunning and even in 90 degree heat ontop of a Mountain in NH I was still having guests tell me that I was glowing and couldn't believe that my makeup (hours later and after a rain storm) was still looking perfect! I can't thank these two enough and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is seeking out makeup services. Thank you again girls!!!
I am so glad I was able to have Christine there to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day, she’s seriously the best. My hair turned out exactly how I envisioned and my makeup was ...

dule. I live in FL, but had a destination wedding in ME, so I wasn't able to have a trial. Christine still nailed the look I was going for. She was very nice and fun to talk to as we were getting ready. Her prices were beyond fair. I highly recommend Her Bridal Beauty for your wedding day hair and makeup!
