She went above and beyond and helped everything go so smoothly. If something went wrong I didn't even notice because she was so attentive. She was so on top of everything and always with the best attitude and smile on her face. Don't think twice cause she is worth every cent!

she gave off an excellent vibe in our initial call. It truly seemed like she wanted to get to know us and what we dreamed of to start off our marriage, not just planning our wedding day. We went with a partial planning package with Ashlee. If we were to do this again, we either would have gone for the full planning or just the coordinator package. Nonetheless, Ashlee was a great resource for us throughout our engagement and we are so grateful for her help! The day of our wedding went so smoothly. When my husband and I initially reflected on our day, there were only three things that “went wrong,” none of which Ashlee had control of! After talking to family and our wedding party about our day, we realized that there actually were several things happened unexpectedly. However, we never knew about these because Ashlee handled them so effortlessly! She was an excellent barrier for us from the chaos and our wedding day simply would not have been the same without her. If you are reading this because you are unsure whether you should hire a planner, please take this as a sign to hire the planner. It will save you so much time and so many headaches and is worth every penny. If you are reading this to decide whether to hire Ashlee/Mrs. Planner, hire them! We had the best time getting to know Ashlee and were so comfortable with her by our wedding day. The last month of planning was hands down the most stressful, and Ashlee was there for us the entire time, giving great advice and problem solving when our brains were completely fried. I highly recommend Mrs. Planners. We loved working with Ashlee and are grateful to have found her!

Besides being such a joy to work with leading up to the wedding, she took all the stress away and made us feel so calm the day of. She took over all communication with our vendors and organized everything so seamlessly. On your special day, you don’t want to have to think about how things are getting done, you just want them done — and want them done the way you spent months (or years) planning. Leading up to the day, we had all the faith in Ashlee and her team to execute to perfection, and they delivered! They also went above and beyond and did it with a smile! We cannot wait to use her for another event, she is the best in the business!

or the first time. We chose a custom package and Brie has been communicative, positive, fun, energetic, flexible, and so down to earth with all of the planning. Our wedding is in 6 months and I can't wait for Brie to absolutely crush it.

n touch with Ashlee, I knew we would be taken care of. Even though Ashlee was our month-of coordinator, she was always readily available anytime I needed advice or vendor recommendations. We were also given access to a shared google drive that helped us organize all our wedding details in one place and was a huge help throughout the year. The month before the wedding, it was extremely easy to fill Ashlee in on all our wedding details—we felt like we could finally sit back and relax after a hectic year of planning. Of course what mattered most was how the wedding day went……and Ashlee and Grace knocked it out of the park! The day went seamlessly and we felt so taken care of. We even found out as we were about to do our grand exit that Ashlee had dropped our bags off at our hotel room for the night (instead of just loading the bags in the getaway car). That was like the cherry on top after such a perfect day. Believe me, you will not be disappointed by Mrs. Planner!

ing to learn the bustle. This ultimately was the deciding factor in choosing them as my coordinator. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Mrs. Planner. The person I worked with would often take weeks to respond to my emails. I understand that it’s an insanely busy year for the wedding industry, but I don’t think communication was handled professionally. I tried to give the person the benefit of the doubt that maybe she just missed my email, but it kept happening over the course of the year. Granted I did hire her for day-of-coordinator services, but I emailed her very sparingly until about July, which was a few months before the wedding. One of the times I sent a follow-up email to inquire if she had received my email and it seemed like she was making excuses. I recognize that people have lives outside of their jobs, but please acknowledge that you received my email and are working on a response. Or if you’re away, have coverage or out of office status. I counted down the days until the final walk thru so I could turn everything over to the coordinator. I had worked on this for 2+ years and wanted to enjoy this time in my life. Final walk through came and went. Coordinator was very personable and professional. You can tell she’s done a lot of weddings. She followed up on a few things, but I wouldn’t say she took it all over (like I was hoping). Fast forward to my last fitting appt….and the coordinator didn’t show. I had confirmed with the coordinator several weeks prior that the date worked for her. About a week or so before the wedding, we had discussed the timeline/detail on the phone for two hours before she sent over a draft. I received the draft mid week and was going to get married on that Sunday. There were a lot of mistakes on it and it was the first time I really panicked that the wedding was not going to go well. Additionally, after the rehearsal, the coordinator told me that she would be at the venue setting up on the day of, but her assistants would be covering the event. The wedding day for the most part went very well! The assistant coordinator took the dog of honor back to the rental house during the reception as planned. I am very appreciative that they offered to do this. The things that didn’t go as planned for the most part were very minor. The wedding day itself was great, the lead-up to the event could have been better.

h seemed amazing. Our wedding was supposed to be outside but unfortunately it rained. Although I was super stressed with making the call to move inside I never had any doubt that it would look amazing. I still can't stop looking at our pictures and remembering how beautifully everything came together. We cannot thank Brie enough for all of the time and effort she put into making our day perfect!!

y by the spreadsheet that they provide - this was by far the highest-value aspect of the experience, but it does come with the coordinator package (no need to pay 4x more for the planner package). In the planning process Brie was occasionally hard to get in touch with, although we could usually schedule a meeting with about a week's notice. She was helpful in hiring vendors, but many vendors were the same ones that we had found using Google, and to my knowledge Mrs. Planner did not negotiate their rates. I will call out our photographer, hired on Brie's recommendation, who was an absolute all-star! In general, Mrs. Planner is a good option if money is no object, but we struggled to find ways to reduce the cost of our wedding, which was one thing we were hoping a planner could help with. As a coordinator she is very timeline-focused and somewhat inflexible. There was one incident where my wife and her bridesmaids were struggling to adjust her dress before dinner, and Brie spent that time hovering next to them, repeating that the dinner was being delayed and the food was getting cold. This was not helpful. Other guests told us that she was quite abrupt with them when they made requests (i.e. making time for photos, asking the band to play a little quieter during dinner). We also had a great deal of trouble planning transportation between our ceremony and reception venues. In the end we more or less planned it ourselves, and there were some complications getting guests to the reception. Overall, I would recommend Brie as a wedding coordinator rather than a planner, particularly if you are on a tight timeline with your venue.

Throughout this crazy process, Ashlee helped us figure out our options, find AMAZING vendors, make decisions, and put together a very detailed day-of schedule. Sarah was there the day of our reception to make sure everything went perfectly. I didn't have to worry about anything!

She was my sounding board till the end and helped me through all of my moments on my big day--even the stressful ones. She knows what she is doing and is amazing at planning. I will truly miss working with her.

had incredible suggestions to make our wedding day even more memorable, and also recommended some amazing vendors to us that we would not have thought to book on our own. Not only is Brie an incredible wedding planner, but she is also caring and compassionate towards her clients. When it became more and more real that COVID was going to affect our wedding plans in some aspects, Brie was very reassuring to us and made sure we did not worry about a thing, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we did not feel stressed out when planning our wedding during the pandemic. Brie took care of everything for us from pre-planning to the day-of coordination, making sure every little detail was taken care of. And we had the most incredible and unforgettable wedding weekend. Our guests could not stop complimenting everything. Our wedding day went flawlessly and without a hitch thanks to Brie and her hard work. We are so lucky to have worked with Brie for our wedding, and are even luckier to now call her a friend. You will not be disappointed when working with Brie for your wedding planning journey!

was awesome to work with and someone I knew I could rely on to help my big dream come true! Planning a wedding for the second time with COVID still a big problem is very tough so having Amy there to help was a blessing! Between forgetting how early it was when I texted her or asking her randomly through the work day if I could call her with a hundred questions, she was always ready to go and help solve the next problem. I would recommend Amy to anyone and hope any bride would have the chance to work with her. On the day of, we had everyone where they needed to be, place cards moved around, tables removed from the floor plan due to no shows, bus time changes, wedding ending time changes, and anything else crazy you can think of. Amy handled each problem and/or task so easily and promptly. Thanks for everything!!

She helped us create a very personalized day, indulging us to bring cattails and our family’s agricultural products for use in the floral arrangements, she gently moved us along when there were deadlines. We added some things near the end and she took it all in stride even when those things meant extra work for her. She was so, so helpful on the day of the wedding as well. She made sure things moved along so we didn’t have to watch the clock or order people around! We could just enjoy the day. Amy is more than worth the money. I would recommend her all day, everyday!!

ll details at the last minute. On the day of, she helped keep me in the loop of how decorating was going and letting me know how we were doing on time so I could focus on enjoying being with my bridesmaids. She helped make the day so smoothly, and I would definitely hire her again.
