Ms.Polly is hands down the greatest woman to work worth! She is as sweet as can be, professional, reasonably priced and produces AMAZING cakes! I can honestly say our cake was the best tasting cake I’ve ever had at a wedding! She created exactly what we wanted and it turned out beautifully! We LOVED our cake and cupcakes! I was unable to schedule a time to meet with Ms. Polly so I sent my Groom in my place with a stack of pictures and ideas. Ms. Polly was able to get through my craziness and deliver a beautiful cake and the most delicious cupcakes!

So even though personally working with Ms. Polly was great, it was my one disappointment on my wedding day. The cake design was not at all what I wanted and the cake looked unfinished. I had ordered my groom pies instead of a cake since he's not a fan of cake. Unfortunately, whoever delivered the pies and cake, did not tell the wedding planner where the pies were. Luckily at the end of the night when the beverage manager was putting away the liquor he came across the pies in the beverage fridge, which no vendors or the wedding planner have any access to. The whole night my wedding planner was trying to get in touch with Ms Polly or someone from the bakery and she was not able to. On the plus side, the cake was absolutely delicious!
