Premier Park Events truly brought our dream wedding to life at Mt Echo Park! Our guest list grew as Covid restrictions eased and Kelsea was quick to modify our plans as they changed. All email communications were very prompt and professional, and the ceremony went so smoothly! I highly recommended working with them at any of Cincinnati’s beautiful parks!
WOW! The natural scenery was amazing. We stood between the two large trees with the Cincinnati skyline behind us. Our guest had the most wonderful view of us and the city. The day was magical.
This is a beautiful venue for a wedding. It has sweeping views of the Cincinnati skyline and Ohio River. The historic pavilion architecture is also beautiful! If you're going for something Art Deco - this is the place. We got married here in May 2014. The road construction on the way to the venue was horrible. Several guests missed the ceremony because of road construction and conflicting addresses on the park's website. Please plan accordingly if you use this facility. And provide thorough directions or your own transportation. Even though this is a city park, it is managed by a company called Premier Park Events. Their headquarters are near downtown and I would recommend having face to face meetings - verses phone or email. They were very unorganized throughout the wedding planning process. We were switched to three different coordinators during our planning - so we never felt 100% confident they knew what was going on. Very nice people, they are more than willing to set up appointments, and treat you wonderful in person. They're just not very organized. When budgeting, it is $1,400 just to rent the space. This does not include a whole lot. Only the ceremony space, parking, an hour of rehearsal time, and a police escort to keep the public off the premises during the ceremony. Chairs, tables, tents, catering, all of the other things needed are extra. They are very strict on their catering companies. We wanted to have both the ceremony and reception at this venue - but they would not allow the caterer we wanted. We had our reception elsewhere. They did not mow the grounds the day of our wedding. All of our pictures have a lot of dandelions in the grass. Not a really huge deal to us, I didn't even notice them the day of the wedding, but once we got the pictures back it was very noticeable the grounds were not manicured. Overall it's a very nice place. And you should definitely consider this venue. At least give it a drive by. If anything else, have engagement photos taken here, or just go for a picnic! Good Luck!
