Mary is an amazing personal trainer. She's incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, is well-organized (even providing meal plans, if desired!), and best of all, personable and great...
to work with. It's obvious that she is in her element and loves what she does. I would never have found the motivation to exercise consistently without her help!
The best personal trainer ever! I manage to lose 100 lb in 12 months, but I couldn't do it without her! If you want to become healthy and fit, she is your best choice!
Mary is great! She is kind but tough, understanding but honest. You will not find a smarter or more knowledgeable trainer out there. She knows what she is doing (both in terms of e...
xercise and nutrition) and can help fix and prevent injuries. Working out in her well outfitted home gym cuts out much of the stress of going to the gym and is an excellent alternative. If you are ready to be healthier, stronger and more confident, call Mary. Even if you think you are not, call Mary anyway!

le in her home or at a gym based on what works best for you and your partner. She can also set long-term nutrition plans and tailor workouts based on where you both individually with regard to your fitness. She will give you homework and holds her clients accountable, which is great when you've got a lot going on getting ready for your wedding. I would recommend Mary to any couple that wants to feel their very best on a very special day!
I’ve been working with Mary for over a year now and all my expectations of what working with a personal trainer is like have changed..she’s got a realistic, honest and personalized...
approach to fitness, and that is something that I truly appreciate. She has helped me turn working out and getting healthy into a part of my lifestyle and not just something I have to do to get results that I want. When I met Mary I was participating in a friend’s wedding and starting to prepare for my own, and not at all happy with how unhealthy I’d become. Working with her, I’ve lost weight, toned up and started feeling confident and proud of what I saw in the mirror again. Now that I’ve started on this journey, I don’t plan on stopping and know that I can only get better. But one thing I don’t have to worry about on my wedding day is knowing that I will look great in my dream dress, and I’m actually excited for all the pictures that will be taken that day. I have Mary to thank for that, and recommend her strongly to anyone, whether you’re getting ready for your own wedding, or just trying to get healthy again!
I was so impressed with Mary and MT Fitness. I felt that she listened carefully to my needs and concerns and was able to come up with a plan that allowed me to meet my needs and ge...
