Wow Mt. Hood Skibowl, Shannon and Rowan, and the entire team was incredible. They truly made our wedding dreams come true!! From all of our planning meetings, to the day of coordination, Shannon/Rowan were an absolute joy to work with. They were incredibly organized, kind, and executed flawlessly. On a day with so many moving parts, we felt grateful for their attention to detail, expertise and a final product better than we could have ever imagined! We highly recommend Mt. Hood Skibowl to be your wedding venue, it was incredibly unique and you won't find anywhere like it :) it was the best day of our lives and our guests repeatedly said "this was the best wedding they had ever been to".

Working with Skibowl to plan our wedding was an incredibly enjoyable experience and I wouldn't have changed anything about it! Their team helps with a lot of the logistics and coordination, alleviating a lot of the otherwise stressful tasks of wedding planning. After having seen many event venues as florists, one of our all time favorites is Mt. Hood Skibowl!! The views are just STUNNING and the venue coordination is truly impeccable. We absolutely loved our Mountain/Forest wedding! The staff at Ski bowl are kind, professional, and make sure you're well taken care of during the day. I did a lot of DIY and felt like they helped me prep for all the things I needed to do. Additionally when the weather was not looking as favorable they were quick and confident with any changes into our original plan, and it made both me and my husband feel comfortable with everything! The food was delicious, we got to taste a couple times ahead of it. The views are gorgeous, and it truly was memorable for us and our guests! Would highly recommend them if you're looking for a beautiful outdoor and unique venue!

It doesn't get any better than Mt. Hood SkiBowl for a wedding venue! For all those outdoorsy couples who have a special place in their hearts for the mountain, this is the most magical place to get married. Truly. The intimacy of the mountain, the playfulness of the alpine slide, the FUN that is SkiBowl - I'm not sure there's anything better really (I may be biased but still). Also, it's much more affordable than some of the other venues in the area and can accommodate a large number of guests. They checked all our boxes! Cheyenne and Shannon were incredible to work with and so helpful throughout the course of planning and day-of coordination. They are both professionals who were great at answering all our endless questions, helping us make the best decisions within our budget, and offering creative ideas that made the day all the more special. Also, they are just wonderful humans who are incredible to share the best day of your life with! I couldn't have asked for a better venue or people to work with. If you love the mountains and are hoping for a playful, authentic wedding that feels like home away from home - this is the venue for you!

I wish I could keep this place as a wedding venue a secret! I’m a 39 y/o 1st time bride with a family and very demanding job, and I was only able to pull of the most amazing wedding because of Skibowl. I’m not what people would call an event planner. The service top notch, the food was delicious, communication amazing, they are serious pros here!! Almost 2 months later and I’m still hearing from guest how beautiful and fun our wedding was. I cannot put into word’s about how beautiful my wedding was! The views were spectacular, alpine slide always fun, and I literally didn’t have to worry about anything on our special day. We even had butterflies dancing around our wedding guest during the ceremony, nature is sure beautiful! Absolutely breathtaking! Thank you all so much for everything!

Mt. Hood Skibowl was the perfect wedding venue! It is so unique, with the chair lift and the alpine slide, and the views of Mt. Hood from the ceremony site are breathtaking. We wanted a unique and memorable wedding and Skibowl certainly delivered. Cheyenne and Shannon were incredible and they made wedding planning a breeze! They thought of every detail before we could even think to worry about it, and made everything run incredibly smoothly. The food was delicious and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful and really made our day amazing.

We had our wedding in June 2023 and it was the greatest day of our lives. Shannon and Cheyenne helped us at every step of the way during planning, they work with your budget and needs, they’re extremely responsive and understanding, they coordinated rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, decorations, tear down, literally everything for us, I could go on and on about how amazing and kind they are. We felt like friends of theirs, not clients. The ski lift is a blast, the ceremony view is beautiful, I wish I could have done the alpine slide 20 more times, the reception tent is amazing, food is 10/10. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place and we are forever grateful for Shannon, Cheyenne, and the rest of their team for the day they gave us.

This has got to be the best venue for a wedding! Our guests all LOVED taking the chairlift up to the ceremony site and had so much fun taking the alpine slide down to the reception. The shuttle for guests not wanting to do so was nice to have. Seriously, everything from beginning to end was so easy. Shannon and her team really know what they’re doing! Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Everyone went above and beyond and it was just a dream come true for us. Our guests are still talking about “the best wedding they’ve ever been to!” And how exceptional the food was, how nice and accommodating the staff was, just everything! We were so impressed and cannot wait to do a vow renewal here one day!

Do you want to have stunning views with an epic party guided by the best coordinator team in the biz? Then you must have your wedding at Skibowl. Shannon, Cheyenne, and the whole team were truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had a 200 person wedding at Skibowl that went off without a hitch thanks to their attentiveness, flexibility, and commitment to making the day super special for us. They had a very clear pricing guide and worked closely with us to make sure we could personalize our wedding while also being budget-conscious. They helped us accommodate dietary needs, planned non-alcoholic beverage options for us, and were always prompt in fielding our endless questions. Highlights included them assisting us in wrangling our somewhat-unruly wedding party for the rehearsal, hosting a private tasting for us after we missed their tasting party due to COVID, and bringing us cocktails at the base of the alpine slide prior to our grand entrance. We’re really grateful to have gotten to work with the Skibowl team for our wedding; they were awesome!

We couldn’t have picked a better venue! Shannon and Cheyenne were incredible to work with and the views were amazing. Our guests loved the chair lift ride up to the ceremony and had a blast riding the slide down to the reception. All of the food was amazing, and our guests loved it too!

Skibowl was the best wedding venue that we could have imagined. Going in to planning, we didn't have much in mind other than we wanted our guests to have fun and we wanted it to be outdoors - perfect! Everyone had such a blast on the ski lift and the slide. Shannon and Cheyenne were excellent - they were responsive and uplifting the whole way through. I was so relieved throughout the process that we didn't ever have to plan tableware, chairs, catering, or any of those small (boring) details - Skibowl takes care of all of it and their setup is super streamlined. The mountain was an unbeatable backdrop and helped us save lots of money on decor. Our guests also kept commenting on the quality of food - their catering is gorgeously done. If we could do the whole thing again, we'd definitely choose Skibowl.

We had a picturesque wedding in August 2021 at Mount Hood Skibowl, and we were so impressed by the people working at Skibowl and beauty of the venue itself! So many of our friends and family continue to say how amazing out wedding was last year. The overall views of the mountain where the ceremony can take place are stunning, and the warming hut where the couple gets ready is charming and rustic. Riding the slide down to the reception tent was so fun for our guests and for us! And the reception tent is beautiful with its strings of lights, and the garden/outdoor games for people to play is the perfect touch for that fun outdoor wedding feeling. If you are going for a mountain-vibe wedding with just a little bit of adventure, Skibowl is the place! Working with Shannon was stress-free; she helped us organize every single little detail and timings for the wedding and made us feel so comfortable with the process. (She even helped us with having our rehearsal dinner at the local pizza place that Skibowl owns in Government Camp.) During the day, Shannon and everyone else working the bar and serving food at Skibowl were so friendly and accommodating. Even little details like having cake stands and a fancy knife for cutting the wedding cake were taken care of by Skibowl. Lastly, I cannot emphasize how delicious our food was! When we were planning our wedding, we didn’t want to have so many vendors for every little thing, and Skibowl was the perfect choice for us since they take care of all the details and have everything you need right on scene (like catering and transportation for your guests up the mountain). We had such an amazing experience with Skibowl and hope you will, too!

Where do I begin?! Mt Hood Skibowl was THE PERFECT venue with everything we could have asked for. From the stunning views at the top of venue, to the ceremony site in a picturesque meadow, to the beautifully decorated tent at the lodge, to the mouthwatering food, everything was perfect! In the beginning, we worked with Becca, and she so graciously helped us navigate the unknown at the start of the pandemic. Our wedding was still a year and a half away, but Becca answered all of our questions, kept us up to date with possible pandemic restrictions, and when it was finally close enough to plan the small details, she answered our questions nearly as fast as we sent them. We were able to participate in a tasting, and the food was to die for. In the end, we requested pulled pork and chimichurri steak tacos, and donuts for dessert, I know, sounds weird, but they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! The last few months before the wedding, Becca had to split her weddings (pandemic overflow in 2021), and we had the absolute delight to work with Shannon. Shannon was amazing! She worked so closely with Becca that she didn’t even skip a beat and knew exactly what was going on with our wedding. We are so grateful to have been able to work with Shannon, and she helped make our day perfect! It goes without saying but this venue is completely breathtaking. An added bonus is how amazing Shannon and Becca are. They made our day run so smoothly and every detail was exactly what I asked for. I would say nearly half my guests said it was also the best wedding food they have ever had. They also weren’t skimpy on on their drink pours which we all appreciated. Just book it.. If your even slightly debating it, stop and do it.

Ski Bowl pulled out all the stops to make this a tremendous experience tying the knot on the mountain. Of course we wanted to prioritize the health of our guests and Ski Bowl were very accommodating in doing everything outdoors. We will remember it forever.

I could not be happier that we chose to get married at Mount Hood Skibowl!! When we decided to tie the knot, we knew we wanted a snowy mountain get-away and let me tell you, Mount Hood Skibowl did not disappoint- at all! Our highlights are: First, their pricing for what they offer is a steal! We contacted MANY resorts in multiple states for our destination ski resort wedding, and not only was Skibowl one of the cheaper options, but their wedding packages include SO many perks (in more detail below)!! Small example of this, they transported everyone to and from the wedding site in shuttles and had a snow mobile travel my elderly grandfather to the lodge. Second, Becca K., their wedding planner extraordinaire, made our perfect day absolutely perfect. She coordinated everything for us and made our plans come together perfectly! She was quick to respond to my many questions, answered every question I had, and gave me a lot of really great advice because she truly is the expert. A small example of what she did to make our experience so amazing: She not only helped us plan our wedding, she coordinated the rehearsal dinner off-site, and we literally showed up on the day-of and did not lift a darn finger- she handled it all. Amazing! Another example, because I seriously love her, is she coordinated the BEST SEND OFF ever. Hello tubing down the hill in a wedding dress and suit! Third, FOOD AND DRINK. Seriously, spectacular. Guests raved all night about the hors d'oeuvres, the Traeger-smoked salmon and our signature cocktails. It was a gorgeous, perfect experience and I would not change one single detail.

Ski Bowl was an amazing venue for our wedding. It was picturesque and so perfectly Oregon. Our guests raved about the unique experience of going up to the ceremony site on the chair lift and heading down to the reception via alpine slide. The view of the mountain is unreal and made for some gorgeous photos- especially our first look photos up at the 2nd bowl. The food was also to die for and there were several options for our vegan/vegetarian guests. We also had a welcome dinner the night before at the RatSkellar the night before which was such a blast and it was so easy to put together with the help of McKenna. She was so responsive throughout the entire process and I can't thank her enough for being so chill/calm day of- she helped make everything run smoothly and it truly was a perfect day. Not only was SkiBowl wonderful, but I also felt it was very reasonable cost-wise. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

Everyone at Skibowl was amazing to work with, and Becca made the lead-up and planning incredibly easy. Everyone says planning a wedding is stressful and I completely disagree! I barely had to handle anything (they do chairs, tables, setup, tear down, etc), and the food and drink options were great! Not to mention, the location is stunning.

If you're looking for a breathtakingly beautiful and amazingly unique wedding venue that also has delicious food and a staff of the nicest people you've ever met, look no further!!! I can't even begin to tell you how absolutely thrilled we were with our entire experience in working with Skibowl from the first time we reached out over 18 months ago through our wedding last month. And hands down, the biggest reason for that is working with Becca! BECCA IS AMAZING!!! Thoughtful, organized, friendly, accommodating, professional, responsive, honest, and just an all-around great person. She answered our countless emails within minutes (not exaggerating), met with us in person on numerous occasions, organized awesome tasting events, and provided us with wonderful advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. Every vendor she recommended to us was fantastic to work with too, and we loved how much was included in the wedding package - it was such a relief to not have to worry about separately booking catering, shuttles, planners, dessert, and more as it was all rolled into the package. And, it's clear that everyone on her team loves her and works hard following from her example. We can't thank Becca and her staff enough for all she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect - everything went off without a hitch, and we had no stress on the big day! In addition to having an amazing wedding planning experience, the venue was SO FUN and SO UNIQUE! The reception tent was beautiful, and we had fun adding some of our own decorations as a personal touch. We had 160+ guests and were able to fit the dance floor and all the tables inside (which worked out great because we had a little drizzle at night). It was a destination wedding for most of our guests and people were blown away by the natural beauty, awesome food, lovely lodging accommodations, and of course, the ridiculously fun Alpine Slide! I do recommend that you be overly communicative with your guests about the journey from the base of the mountain to the ceremony site - you really want to make sure people wear the proper footwear and attire. Many of our guests have said that it was not only the best wedding they've ever been to, but one of the best times of their lives! So happy that we picked Skibowl for our wedding location! We will absolutely treasure our experience there for the rest of our lives, and we know it was a wedding our guests will never forget!

Perfect place to tie the knot!! We found this venue online, we live in California and saw the alpine slide and Mountain Views and fell in love!! It truly is a beautiful venue, all our guests raved about the fun alpine slide, the nature hike to the ceremony and entertaining lawn games! We needed little decor because the location is so gorgeous ! Becca is incredible, Very calm and professional, working with Becca was awesome and made our wedding planning easy! Becca took care of everything for us and communication was excellently throughout the months of planning, she made my job easier and planning less stressful

Skibowl was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the chairlift to the gorgeous ceremony site to the alpine slide, this was the most amazing venue. Our guests were completely wowed at how beautiful everything was and we are so grateful that Skibowl allowed us to share some of our PNW living with our out-of-state friends and family. Everyone had such an amazing time and only had great things to say about the lodging, location, and staff. We felt like the entire staff at Skibowl had a huge role in making our day perfect. There were so many big and small details that they took care of, both in the time leading up to the wedding and throughout the whole wedding weekend. Becca was always quick to respond and super helpful and accommodating during the planning process. All of the day-of staff were friendly and professional. There were so many examples of them going above and beyond on our wedding day – Becca driving my step-father to the ceremony site in her personal vehicle because he was unable to navigate the steps in the shuttle, the staff setting up and restocking our high maintenance s’mores bar for dessert, Becca transporting the ceremony sound system down to the reception area right after the ceremony because our rented reception equipment was faulty, and the catering staff sending us home with a boxed up dinner at the end of the night. Everything was perfect, and we are so grateful that our friends and families will always have this memory!

My Son and Daughter-in-law were married On August 10th, 2018 at a beautiful perfect mid mountain wedding near the warming hut. Everyone of the staff at ski bowl went above and beyond. We chose Ratskellers in Government Camp for our evening before party and McKenna was more than helpful setting that up for us too. Our reception was just as perfect. Food and service was top notch. Love everything about this place.

When we first toured Skibowl for our wedding, we were immediately inspired by the INSANE views and without much hesitation at all, we booked the venue for the following summer. Let me begin by saying how wonderful Becca, McKenna and their team is!! Becca was sooo easy to work with and the venue was so incredibly perfect. I thought it had to be too good to be true but nope, everything went well above and beyond our expectations on wedding day. I planned our wedding from out of town (destination wedding) and Becca made sure every detail was accounted for without adding unnecessary stress. Becca was so tactful with her communication and how she carried out business and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated that. Despite all my (and my mom and MIL’s) questions she was always so patient, detailed and prompt. The Mt Hood team was a DELIGHT to work with during the wedding. We had quite a late party and the staff stayed until the end with smiles on their faces. Overall, our wedding exceeded every and all expectations and I couldn’t thank Mt Hood Skibowl enough for making our wedding the best day of our lives. To sum it up: the views were insane, the planning process was as stress free as possible (thanks Becca), the staff was kind, courteous and effective, the food was so delicious, and the after party was an absolute ball. I’ve heard from many of our guests that this was the best wedding they’ve ever attended and despite my bias, I have to agree! THANK YOU to everyone at Mt Hood Skibowl for making our wedding everything we wanted and so much more!

At one point during our reception, as we feasted on the most incredible food, my husband and I looked at each other and simultaneously concluded, “This is absolutely phenomenal.” We decided then and there that on a scale of 1 to 10, SkiBowl came in somewhere between 14 and 75! We cannot say enough about how truly exceptional our experience was with our wedding at SkiBowl. Right from the start, Becca was on it – she is an absolute godsend (especially when planning a wedding from out of state). With all the calm and resolve of a seasoned pro, Becca answered each email and phone call, and kept us on track with reminders full of excitement as the date got closer. As we arrived on site the weekend of our wedding, she and McKenna were on it – and I mean ON. IT. They handled every detail, making sure that if we needed anything, it was achieved almost instantaneously. And then there was Tamara – any detail when it came to getting things finalized and set up, she was so gracious and made sure it was done exactly how we hoped. She is truly wonderful, and such an amazing woman to chat with amidst the chaos! And then day-of… EVERY employee made us smile. From the set-up crews to the lift operators. Each person on staff damn near made me cry with gratitude. Up at the warming hut, Laura was our gal, and she outdid herself – she welcomed our family and friends with such grace and warmth! Her heart was shining, and I am so thankful to have met her. Her presence only added to the perfection of the day. Every person made a point to congratulate us and wish us well in our marriage, and shared in our excitement so genuinely that you’d have thought they knew us personally. I can say without hesitation that at SkiBowl, YOUR joy is THEIR joy. I truly hope this gets back to the whole staff that worked on 6/30/18 because we want to thank ALL of you for making our day even better than we could have hoped for!

We had an amazing experience at Skibowl! The venue is spectacular, the food is fantastic, and the staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Becca is the wedding coordinator and she answered every one of our questions and made sure everything ran smoothly. Becca was absolutely amazing from the moment we signed on to get married at Mt. Hood. John and I didn’t know a lot about weddings and found the planning intimidating. Becca was instrumental at alleviating the stress and everything went perfectly. The venue and ceremony location are gorgeous. Our guests said it was one of the most memorable weddings they have ever been to, and LOVED the food. It is exceptionally delicious.

Becca did an absolutely incredible job of helping us out with everything we needed. She was extremely responsive over email and amazingly organized, and we felt very confident with her help for the wedding. In the months leading up to the event, we had dozens of questions for Becca which she answered patiently, guiding us through the wedding planning process. The staff at the event was very nice and helpful. We cannot recommend this venue enough! We had our rehearsal dinner at Multorpor Lodge on site, and it was a great space for the event -- it was beautiful, but also felt small and intimate. Watch out for the chipmunks, though -- they stole some of our favors in the hours between setting up and having the dinner. We also highly recommend going to the tasting in the spring -- the food was delicious, and we were really happy to be able to pick out exactly what we wanted for the wedding day. They were very accommodating for the various dietary restrictions we had, and all of our guests with food allergies were impressed by their thoughtfulness!

I'm currently in the process of trying to get all my engaged friends to get married at Skibowl as well. Skibowl is incredible! The venue is even better than the pictures make it look, the staff were all friendly and super helpful, and Becca made the whole planning process easy and fun. They took care of pretty much everything for us, and directed us towards awesome affordable vendors for flowers, photography and DJ Chad. It was just so special and wonderful, I don't really even have the words to describe it. We LOVED our wedding and are so grateful to Skibowl for helping to make it so special!

As a family of outdoor enthusiasts Ski Bowl was the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. The ceremony site is as beautiful as the website promises, the chairlift and alpine slide were a big hit, and the reception and food were perfect. The wedding coordinator, Becca, helped us organize all the details of hosting a wedding with patience and good humor. We had many out of town guests and the Collins Lake lodging option and shuttle met all of our needs for hosting family and friends. A huge thank you to the entire Ski Bowl team for a wonderful wedding!

My husband and I have continually heard the same thing from all of our wedding guests -- they have never been to a more beautiful or unique wedding. Taking a chairlift to the ceremony, getting a sweeping view of Mount Hood, followed by an alpine slide to the reception -- it was seriously the most fun and adventurous wedding they had ever seen. And I'm so happy it was mine they were talking about! On top of that, Becca, the coordinator at Skibowl, was fantastic. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, I strove to work with good people -- people who were reasonable and good communicators. Becca was all of that and went above and beyond to make everything seamless. She quickly answered every one of my tiny-detailed questions, was accommodating and simply put, took all of the stress and second-guessing out of the entire process. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

I pinned the ski bowl a few years ago after moving to Portland and I was so excited for my mountain wedding late summer 2016. Unfortunately, my wedding day had rain from the moment I woke up till I laid my head down for bed that night. I understand that rain is something that happens with outdoor weddings and isn't something that cannot be controlled. The majority of my wedding photos have the multicolored tents in them since the venue was unequipped to handle the rain. I know that it doesn't rain often for the events but for the 1 person it does, its dream crushing and heart wrenching to watch all your expectations go out the door in flash. I felt like I was lost so much, if it is a wet day the mountain view, romantic chair lift ride and the thrill of alpine slide get scratched. To lose so much it would be nice if there was a classier option than get married where you’re going to eat or having camping style tents in all your formal photographs. These same tents make a lovely appearance in my reception photographs as well. I understand that the venue team was probably cold and wet and wanted to go home, but I also wanted to have a dream wedding and thought I had the space reserved. The team also kept poking the tent with a stick causing water to gush down, creating a huge puddle in front of the bar making it uncomfortable to get drinks and fairly distracting. I was under the impression from our rental that we had the reception area all day. I thought our event had a modest end time of 10pm. During our party the team was breaking down the space, removing decor and linens from the table. With all the rain the last thing I wanted to do was discourage the few guest we had to leave, but the hustle and bustle of clean up, I feel like it pushed our guest out quickly and most of the young crowd retreated to a local bar for fun. There are some pluses to the Skibowl, Becca was wonderful to work with and the food tasted great.

This is hands down the ultimate place to get married. After living through wedding planning and the wedding there are some things I definitely would have done differently, but choosing this as my venue was the BEST decision I could have made. Becca, the wedding coordinator, was AMAZING and was so helpful to not only me and my husband but to everyone in our family and every guest there. The rest of the staff from the bartender to the head of the serving staff was phenomenal and was so eager to meet our every need. The venue is also so beautiful that there were almost no decorations needed. There was no need to add to nature! We got married beginning of August and lucked out with perfect weather and the views are stunning. It's a bit of a hike for guests and bride and groom to get the ceremony site as well as the first look site but afterwards I heard zero complaints because the view was well worth it. Not only is there a stunning view, but it is such a unique experience with the chair lift and the alpine slide. I couldn't even keep count of how many times I heard guests say it was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. We also just got our pictures back and they are STUNNING. They are so amazing people have told me they look fake! Also, the food was delicious. All of my guests commented on how amazing the food was. All in all, PERFECT place to get married and awesome staff to work with! I can't say enough good things about it!

PERFECTION! Hands-down, this was the absolute best setting for our wedding day ceremony. Stunning view of the mountain on a sunny day in mid-August. With Becca's help and quick responsiveness to each question/concern, the planning process was smooth and even fun! We had excellent service day-of with the on-site coordinator and delicious hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. It was definitely nice to have water and snacks up in the Warming Hut before the "I do's"... so happy to have those types of details considered. And such a treat to have our guests ride up the chairlift and down the alpine slide as the sun began to set. Everything about it was simply wonderful.

Beautiful venue and great coordinator! Our wedding went smoothly and we and our guests had a great time! The logistics of the venue are unique and so worth it! We were pleased with the quality of the food and service we received.

SO happy with Mt. Hood Ski Bowl as our wedding venue!! Our day was perfect thanks to Becca Kolibaba and her team! The mountain was a perfect backdrop, and our guests are STILL RAVING about what a fun and beautiful wedding it was!

Skibowl is a slice of Heaven! How glorious to watch my daughter and her husband to be, profess their love before a snow topped Mount Hood, the dark green pines , and the wild flowers? The warming hut was so cozy as the girls got ready! Becca , the coordinator, is so positive ,efficient, and available through the entire planning process and event. Carolyn , her assistant, was so calming and pampering to the girls as the bride got ready in the hut. The reception tent was gorgeous! I've never seen so many beautiful lights strung to make it like a fairy tale! We had a buffet, and the presentation was gorgeous! The food was Five STAR! Th e choices and especially the Tri tip , cooked to perfection for all tastes. We are so grateful to the amazing ski bowl staff!

We were incredibly impressed and overwhelmed by how awesome our wedding at Mt Hood Ski Bowl turned out. All the staff were incredibly accommodating, the Venue itself was INCREDIBLY beautiful with a minimum amount of effort on our part, and nearly every guest told us that it was "the best wedding they had been to." We catered the dinner through ski bowl, and everyone was also incredibly impressed with the quality of the food. All in all, our wedding day could not have been more fun, more beautiful, or more easy to get through. Becca Kolibaba made everything so easy for us that it almost seemed like we barely had to do anything, but we thank her for all her hard work. I'm fairly sure that weddings at Ski Bowl will become much more popular in the coming years. We could not be happier with the experience.

BEST. WEDDING. VENUE. EVER! If you want to have an adventurous wedding in Oregon, look no further. At Ski bowl, you and your guests will ride a chairlift up to the middle of the mountain overlooking Mt. Hood, then take an alpine slide to the reception at the base! The on-site coordinator Becca is better than any wedding planner you could ask for. She answered my incessant emails promptly, and was present every step of the way for rehearsal and the wedding to ensure it went smoothly. We had many guests tell us the food was the best wedding food they had ever tried (and it's true!), that everything was flawless (thanks to Becca!), and that overall it was by far the most fun and unique wedding they had ever been to. So if you are an outdoorsy couple who wants to throw a wedding a little off the beaten path, look no further!

Everything about my wedding at Skibowl far exceeded my expectations. The ceremony site was stunning, the reception set up was gorgeous, the food was according to our guests the best wedding food they'd ever had (especially the brussel sprouts), and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Alpine slides were a blast and those and the ski lifts were a huge hit. We've been told by everyone we've gotten feedback from that it was the most beautiful and most fun wedding they'd ever attended and I agree. I'd enthusiastically recommend this venue to anyone.

We just got married last week and are SO happy we chose this venue!! There are too many great things to say but I'll just mention a few: gorgeous Mt. Hood backdrop, incredibly fun ski lift & alpine slide, super friendly & helpful staff, reasonable prices, and many miscellaneous services included. Becca was the best coordinator ever and she did everything she could to help us plan our dream wedding here while we were busy working/schooling in California. She is very professional and has a lot of experience in this field. She answered my millions of questions via email quickly & thoroughly, which I appreciated so very much!! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful our venue was and how much fun they had riding the alpine slide!! I would highly recommend this venue to everyone!! :)

There are no words to describe our experience with Ski Bowl as our wedding venue, but I'll give it a shot. Becca was an amazing coordinator. From the moment we met her, she felt like a friend. Even though she has 24 brides this summer, I felt like her only one. She organized pretty much everything for us and always answered my emails within minutes of sending them. We are sad that she won't be on our lives as much, she's just...WOW. The venue itself is gorgeous. Minimal decorations were needed because no one would have noticed them. It was cloudy on our day but we were actually hoping for a bit of rain! The pictures we've seen look awesome because the cloud coverage reduced the shadows and squinting of the wedding party. The tent was warm, the food was SO good, and dancin under twinkly lights?! Can't beat it. Everything about our weekend was pure magic.

Not only was the setting and the background the most beautiful place I've seen, but the staff was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Becca (the event coordinator) was my best friend for the 6 months leading up to the wedding date. The longest it ever took her to email me back was 15 minutes. Ever. Most of the time she responded before I had time to put my phone down. I could never put in words how amazing, helpful and knowledgable all the staff were. If you're looking for a destination wedding this is the place. We only made 1 trip before the date for a tasting of wine and food. My guests are still raving about how wonderful the food is!! (I highly recommend the tri tip and as an appetizer, get a ton of the fried Mac n cheese bites!! They ran out super quick!). 💖 Collins lake resort was the best place to stay as well!! My husband and I and A few of our family members stayed in the grand lodges which was also beautiful with gorgeous views of mt. Hood. While others stayed at the chalets. I never heard anything of mediocre nature from anyone. Everyone was exstatic about the whole weekend. So definitely a 5 star rating, I would go higher if I could!!

Skibowl was AMAZING!! My husband and I recently married on 9.12.15 and had the most wonderful wedding weekend. To start, Becca Kolibaba (wedding coordinator extraordinaire) is hands down one of the most talented wedding/event coordinator you'll ever meet. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions, made sure even the smallest details were addressed, and beautifully set up our reception. She was always friendly, respectful, accommodating, and patient with us and our guests. Becca's coordinator services were provided by the venue and were undoubtedly invaluable throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about her! Second, Skibowl coordinated with a restaurant/bar in Government Camp to host our rehearsal dinner. The planning was made extremely easy by them, the food was delicious, the drinks were cold, and the setting modern and cozy (also outdoors). Skibowl made it possible for us to have a relaxing, intimate evening with our wedding party. On our wedding day, everything went off without a hitch - and I mean everything! The Skibowl staff went above and beyond all day to thank us for choosing them. They were kind, smiled, and genuinely seemed joyous that we were getting married at their venue. The property (including the warming hut, tent, lift chairs, bathrooms, etc.) were clean and ready for guests. The food was AWESOME! We received nothing but compliments from our guests about the venue, service, food, and bar. I would be hard pressed to find a critical comment about Skibowl. I would highly recommend Skibowl for anyone looking for a wedding venue. They are a little on the pricey side (perhaps my one constructive criticism); however, it was well worth the cost. Also, keep in mind that they will work with your budget (within reason). Thank you Skibowl for creating our magical day!

We are skiers and overall outdoor enthusiasts, so having our wedding at a ski resort was an easy decision. Mt. Hood Skibowl was an unbelievable location! Not only were the views of Mt. Hood incredible next to the historic warming hut, but the venue staff were excellent on the wedding date and leading up to it. They were organized, prepared and very professional. Oh yeah, and the chair lift ride up and alpine slide ride down was one of the highlights for everyone!

Ski Bowl was the perfect venue for my Husband and I. We had our ceremony at the Warming Hut, which is about mid mountain. From the ceremony we were able to have beautiful, unobstructed view of Mt. Hood (for a more reasonable price compared to other venues in Hood River). The view was gorgeous, but what really got people talking was the transportation. Guests were able to ride up to the site on the lift, and on the way back, guests had the option to return to the lift, or to ride the slide. Guests loved the ride, along with the view, food, and drinks. It was an incredible and memorable day. My only qualm was a few issues of logistics and communications. In planning, the communications were a bit slow to set up meetings and were not as efficient (it would have helped to have a set of options or questions to go over), as we often did last details through emails. It was also an issue on the wedding day as we had some issues of missing flowers and decorations for the Warming Hut. For future brides, be organized and set out everything you need in the cabin, because it will take a while to get things back up after you are dropped off. Other than that, it was a beautiful and unforgettable experience for my husband and I, along with our guests!
