Anastasia was an absolute delight to have as our day-of coordinator! No matter what small issues or ambiguities emerged during our wedding, she handled absolutely everything with f...
inesse and grace.
She is also on top of the planning, reaching out multiple times well before deadlines for clarifications and further info, staying engaged and keeping an open line of communication whenever we needed.
The service staff were also an absolute delight, very friendly and quick to get orders out as well as quick response to accidents or extra help needed.
Overall, the entire team here is an absolute delight with high expectations of professionalism and work flow. Again, Anastasia is an absolute rockstar and any couple would be lucky to have her on their side. Thank you for an unforgettable day in the rainy, windy PNW!

This was the perfect venue! Not only is there a stunning view of Mt. Hood and a lovely backdrop of pear trees, but Anastasia the Day of Coordinator and primary point of contact is ...
so wonderful. Communication was kind, clear, and prompt throughout the whole process. We felt very taken care of and our guests have not stopped raving about our venue.
This property has fantastic views of Mt. Hood. We were so pleased that we decided to have our wedding here, our guests that had not been to Hood River before fell in love with it a...
s well. I would absolutely have our wedding here again! Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Pro's:
1) The staff is incredibly helpful in their communication as we planned this wedding from out of state.
2) Helped take measurements and facetime of the space for us.
3) Made helpful recommendations for other vendors, i.e. photographer.
4) Accommodated our vision and budget and helped execute it in a way that made sense for us.
5) Both a pro and a con: There is an onsite cottage to get ready in which was helpful, but it is hard to get to for friends/family/hair and makeup and it was very small. Unfortunately, the space does not open up to you until 10am and you have to all have your things out of there by the time the ceremony starts. It is very nice to have the option to get ready onsite and we did, but the limitations around timing and moving things/finding the building made it a challenge.
Cons's:
1) The decor provided by the venue was quite old and faded, such as the wood on the bar and the wine barrels. They were intended to be at the top of the aisle for our ceremony and once we saw them, we had to pivot.
2) The onsite staff helps with the day of setup of the wedding but the majority was done by family/friends. There was simply not enough help or time to get it all done if we didn't have people help.
3) The onsite team was showing the venue to prospective couples the day of the wedding which felt like a distraction and unexpected.
4) Be aware the bathrooms are mobile bathrooms near the reception space. Not bad, just small but functional.
We could not have been happier with our wedding day. The venue is beautiful - set in a pear orchard with unreal views of Mt Hood - and the staff are so easy to work with and make e...
verything so seamless and easy. Plus the (optional) F&B is delicious.
My wedding could not have been more perfect! Anastasia is the best coordinator and helped everything go so smoothly. She helped me from the start when I had no idea what I was doin...
g. She is great at adapting and supporting us in what we wanted for our day. The venue speaks for itself. All you need is one visit and you’re sold. I wish I could go back and relive the day over and over. The views are amazing!! And I love having such a small venue for everyone to hang out at!
I am so happy we chose to get married here. Anastasia is an amazing coordinator and made everything go smoothly. Our guests all raved about the location, the food, and the drinks. ...
We could not have asked for a better experience.
We chose Mt View Orchards for our venue in July 2013 and couldn’t be happier. The view is absolutely stunning, and Trina is incredibly easy to work with. We had ~125 people and use...
d the covered area for both our dinner and dancing so that we’d be out of the sun which I highly recommend that as an option. The lawn had tons of room for yard games and they have plenty of barrels to serve as cocktail tables during cocktail hour. I can’t say enough good things about this venue—our friends and family are still talking about it.
