Owner Ashlee K found her passion for makeup and beauty at a young age. Following her first makeover at a Macy’s counter aged 12, Ashlee began building on her natural talent and interest in makeup application. She spent the early part of her career working at New York Fashion Week and with brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, L’Oreal, Dior, and Maybelline. Ashlee brings a blend of insider industry knowledge and down-to-earth customer focus to her venture with Muah Makeup. This makeup bar is proud to offer individualized excellence to all of its clients. Working with the best in cosmetics is a given for these artists, but they also boast their very own in-house range of skincare, makeup, and lashes. Created with their clients in mind, this line includes foundation, concealer, primer, and specially designed synthetic and mink lashes.
At Muah Makeup, you and your wedding party can avail of a fully serviced group booking. These talented makeup artists will be on hand to deliver dedicated cosmetic applications to each and every member of your entourage. They believe that the preparation for your big day should be just as enjoyable as the event itself. In the spirit of this, they also offer on-site makeup applications, bringing their competent and professional service direct to you.

istant to the make up artist themselves, they were super friendly. The processing of booking was super easy and they always responded quickly to whatever questions I had. I booked them for on location wedding day make up. The ladies showed up on time and created a happy, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere. I had ladies ranging in ages from 16-71 get the make up done and they did an absolutely wonderful job on everyone! It’s not easy to please everyone and they did just that. Our make up lasted all night and we literally got so many compliments on it thought out the night. I would highly recommend the ladies at MUAH Makeup and will definitely be booking them for any future events I have.

Ashlee and Jaclyn were our two makeup artists for the day - they traveled nearly an hour to be with us - and did 15 girls' makeup in under 5 hours. Being that Ashlee has done my makeup so many times, I didn't have a trial, but she knew exactly what I wanted when I told her I wanted to look like myself, but "enhanced". My makeup stayed on ALL DAY and I kept my eyelashes on for two days after the wedding. I have purchased Ashlee's products (their BB cream and lipsticks are staples in my makeup bag) - all of which are hypoallergenic, lightweight and leave you looking flawless.
