DJ Larry from Much Music was an amazing performer at our Jewish/Filipino wedding reception! He was very thorough in working with us and our wedding day coordinator on reception planning/timing. As a DJ, Larry had our guests of all ages on their feet all night including dancing to contemporary music, wedding classics and traditional music pieces such as for the Money Dance and Hora! As bonuses, Larry served as a complimentary partial MC, making key announcements to our guests throughout the night, and Larry's wife hosted a photobooth (add-on service) which our guests loved as well. If there was one comment that we heard from almost every guest after our wedding it was how great our DJ was. We are so grateful we chose Much Music for our July wedding in Milford, PA. I called Larry long before our wedding and could tell immediately from our conversation that he was an expert in crafting a great reception. We worked together to create playlists and he was super flexible with last-minute requests. It was great to have a DJ who kept in sync with the schedule and helped with the overflow of the event. It was important for us to have traditional Hora dancing and Larry made sure to include a nice long version of the song. Plus the sound system was truly awesome and we were dancing all night long. Also, at first we weren't going to have the photobooth option, but we later decided to have it and we are so glad we did (our guests loved it). We can't recommend Larry and his team enough!

Larry did an incredible job at our wedding last month at Wallkill Golf Club! As soon as we first spoke with him, we knew we wanted to work with him. He is so kind and helpful and his passion for what he does is so clear! Larry set up music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and even went the extra mile to help me organize a surprise father-daughter dance remix. His work helped us create lasting memories! I would recommend Much Music DJ to anyone. They have a tremendous sense of professionalism and attention to detail. My DJ Patrick was fantastic! He and I discussed in great detail before the wedding which songs we wanted played, but I also gave him carte blanche to play what he felt the crowd was vibing. And he did just that. He kept people dancing and moving the whole night, but also played our favorites. The truth was we really just wanted people to have a good time and Patrick ensured that they did. I cannot recommend them enough!

DJ Larry was absolutely phenomenal and I wish I could give him 6 stars! The sound quality for our ceremony/speeches was perfect, he was able to to work with our videographer to get excellent audio for the recording even though it was outside, and the music for our reception was exclusively bangers. And more importantly than any of that, Larry was a calm and friendly presence at our wedding. If you're looking for someone to do an amazing job with an equally amazing attitude, you gotta hire Larry.

I would just like to start by saying that when we hired DJ Larry, we knew we would be getting a level of professionalism that was unmatched by other DJs we had met with. He was charismatic, friendly and made it clear his primary concern was helping us to have the wedding of our dreams. My husband and I were not the most... mellow... when it came to the music at our wedding. I don't like slow songs, my husband loves rap, we both love pop punk and early 2000s songs and we both HATE the typical wedding music. Although it was clear that DJ Larry easily could have put together a typical wedding set list and just sprinkle in enough of our preferred music to make us content, he went beyond that and created a customized set list/music experience that was tailored completely to us. I emailed DJ Larry after my wedding and told him that one of my only regrets was not expressing how amazing he made the wedding in person because he TRULY MADE THE WEDDING. We also used him for our photobooth which was super fun! I unfortunately do not have as many photobooth pictures as I would have expected because I essentially never left the dance floor; I would tell myself ok next song I will get a drink... and then ANOTHER favorite song would come on... next song I will go to the photobooth... and then another cant miss song! Perhaps one of the best moments however came not when he let me grab the mic and sing (which he did), but when I was doing my father daughter dance; I have social anxiety and was nervous for everyone to watch me dance for too long; not only was DJ Larry ready to fade the song sooner as discussed, but he also had his eyes glued to me during the entire song so that the moment I started to feel overwhelmed all I had to do was give him a subtle nod and he instantly transitioned the song without anyone realizing it had ended slightly earlier. Another incredible moment was when, for the cake cutting song, DJ Larry made sure to announce the song itself to everyone without us even mentioning anything because he knew it was a song my husband had wrote for me and wanted it to have the attention it deserved. My friends will not stop talking about the wedding and the music; my sister has repeatedly said she had more fun at my wedding than her own (despite currently being happily married). If you are able to book an event with DJ Larry do so immediately so you are not disappointed. Words cannot express what an incredible night it was thanks to him.

Larry was PERFECT! He made the planning process so easy and fun, covered everything and did a phenomenal job at our wedding! He made it a party and didn’t miss a beat! He also added very nice touches like our photos on the DJ booth and his set up was beautiful. The photobooth addition was so much fun and everyone loved it. Our experience with Larry was beyond our expectations! The first time we spoke with him, we knew he would create an amazing music experience. Our guests never left the dance floor and we have received so many compliments about how we had the best wedding anyone has been to in a while! Much Music is the BEST! Larry was our DJ and he was incredible from start to finish. He helped us (thanks to a packet he sends you) curate the best music for our wedding and for each specific moment. He instantly understood our vision (having fun/dancing/ and some real bangers!!). Despite our wedding only being 60 people, Larry made the dancefloor pop, never feeling small or empty! We danced all night long and had the best time. The same goes for our photo booth. Patrick was amazing! We had so much fun. Larry and Patrick also stayed an extra hour as a last minute decision, We couldn't be more grateful and happy!

We truly gave Larry a challenge by having a wedding with American, Slovak, Spanish, Portuguese, and even Grenadian songs and Larry EXCEEDED our expectations. There is a reason he has as many reviews as he does. Larry truly knows how to read people. He can see when his music is hitting the sweet spot and has EVERYONE moving, which occurred the ENTIRE time. Larry’s set-up is out of this world. He has a clean, professional, and honestly beautiful set-up. He has up-lighting that you can set to your preference and he was able to provide a tv screen !! To our surprise, he even reached out to our photographers and obtained our engagement photos and had them playing throughout the reception!!!! This truly elevated our reception to the next level!!! Larry WILL give you what you ask for. We asked for a party, and again, he exceeded our expectations. I had the best moment of the night because Larry created it. He brought the energy up, the crowd was feeling great, and Levels by Avicii was playing. Larry knew what to do. He set up our CO2 guns knowing it was the time. The beat dropped, the CO2 guns went off, and one of our guests did a backflip, SIMULTANEOUSLY! This was truly a moment of euphoria for my husband and I. I did not think it was possible to achieve this level of excitement! We had a few Slovak traditions during our reception including a bridal dance. Larry did an AMAZING job describing this tradition to our crowd. The majority was unfamiliar with the tradition, but both those who knew the tradition and were hearing it for the first time joined in!!! We also had a very last minute tradition take place where myself and the groom didn’t even know it was going to happen. After our approval, my husband gave Larry a quick synopsis, he got the crowd ready and absolutely set us up for success!!!!!! Another example of Larry’s expertise are the multiple times I would go up to him during the wedding to request a song. Each time, Larry would say… “You won’t believe what’s up next,” and sure enough, it was my song request! He is truly a professional and excels at what he does!!! I had no concerns or worries with Larry. I did not feel as though I needed to reach out to confirm our date, playlist requests, or songs. Larry is so organized and on top of everything! We had very SPECIFIC versions of songs that we requested, including our first dance, and he was able to find every request we had while also making this the most amazing night of our lives. His personality and also his DJ equipment is what sold us when we were choosing a DJ - the ability to show pictures from the day was a nice touch that we hadn't seen before. We also went with the mojo;) Photo Booth that our guests really enjoyed. Our guests said that the music kept them dancing all night which was important to me, so I'm really glad he kept the party energized. He was also able to accommodate a special surprise for our guests which involved learning proper pronunciation to introduce a Peruvian cultural dance group, and I'm so pleased on how it all went. Much Music was amazing! Everyone had so much fun and talked about how great the music was days later after our wedding! Larry knew exactly what to play and when to play it to keep everyone up and dancing! Seeing everyone up and dancing the whole time is something I will never forget.

Larry was amazing to work with! He sent the paperwork right away and even provided a packet with a variety of songs to prep your wedding playlist! He was great with communication and if we wanted to touch base he responded fast and answered all questions. Our cocktail hour musician backed out on us at the last minute and Larry worked with us to figure out the music we wanted during that time. He provided an amazing playlist for our guests during the cocktail hour. We are so happy we chose Much Music as our wedding DJ. From the entrances into the wedding to the last song, Larry provided an upbeat energy and even the MC and photo booth attendant kept the night going. The dance floor was packed all night and he really listens to what beats you want on your big day. We sent a playlist with all different songs and Larry really knew when to play each song. The photobooth is a must add on and highly recommend choosing the triple platinum package. The pictures from the photobooth are top quality and Larry and his team make sure your guests make use of the photobooth. You don't just receive the copy of your guest photobooth strips, you get the full size individual picture which are a perfect add on to the thank you cards you send out. Larry was absolutely incredible to work with. My husband and I had him DJ our wedding and we couldn't imagine having anyone else do the job. I knew from our first initial phone conversation that he was the one. I spoke to a handful of DJs beforehand and every single one of them made me feel like we were just a business deal, while Larry was much more personable and made me feel like our event meant something to him. I spoke to him for an hour on the phone before I even hired him and he gave me wonderful advice on how to handle my vendors based on the things I was telling him/asking him, without any pressure of hiring him (Meanwhile I knew I was hiring him 5 minutes into the conversation). He is just all around a good guy, but the most important part; He is amazing at what he does. The ceremony and cocktail hour were just perfect and it was followed by everyone on the dance floor all night. He was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process (there was a lot) and was so wonderful at handling all the last minute changes we had to make the weeks leading up to our event. We even got to meet him in person and discuss what we were looking for and he was able to help us fill in the gaps that we were missing. Planning weddings can be hard and stressful at times, but Larry made everything so much easier. The day of the wedding was a dream. My husband, our whole guest list and myself highly recommend Larry for your next event. If we ever need a DJ again in the future, he will be our go to guy.

Larry Mulligan was the best DJ ever! We booked Much Music DJ for our wedding at Wallkill Golf Club in July 2022. After our first phone call, we knew immediately that we wanted to have him DJ our wedding. He is professional, has years of experience, and is so relaxed and chill, we loved his vibe! My husband and I both loved working with Larry! Picking our songs for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing was easy with Larry's platform. I felt like after Larry took a look at our song choices he knew exactly what to play all night. Our dance floor was PACKED as soon as he announced the floor was open! Larry read the crowd and knew exactly what to play next to keep the party going. We even had bartenders and servers come up to us and say, "This is definitely the most fun wedding we've had here and the most dancing we've ever seen." I even overheard our matrie'd say, "Now this is a wedding!" Towards the end of the night, one of our guest's even requested Larry's contact information so that she can cancel the DJ she originally had booked for her daughter's wedding and book Much Music DJ instead! Larry did both the ceremony and reception music for our wedding on 8/7/2021 and we were so happy working with him. He came highly recommended by our venue and I am so glad we picked him! First off, he is incredibly easy to work with - funny, personable, detailed, and all transactions ran smoothly. Second, he had the perfect balance of being on the mic and actually allowing the guests to enjoy the music (A+ in my book). Third, we gave him some loose recommendations for music and allowed him to mostly create his own playlist which was perfect! He had a great mix of music that really kept people on the dance floor and partying all night. Lastly, we did use one of his higher packages that included the photo booth and it was well worth it. Living close to NYC, I am used to seeing extremely high prices for DJs, especially weddings. I found that Larry had incredibly fair prices that were on the lower end of what I came across in my research and he included a lot in the packages. Our guests also loved the photo booth! Thank you DJ Larry for helping us throw one heck of a wedding!

Larry definitely was the life of the party! From the pre-wedding meeting and set up to the very last song of the night, he was a crucial piece of making our perfect day go so smooth. DJ Larry was ABSOLUTELY the perfect pick for our wedding day at The Settlers Inn!!!! We got the platinum package and it was perfect for our 96 guests. Right from the start, he was responsive and very helpful for all our questions we had. The questionnaire and song requests were all fulfilled. I don't think there was single song requested left out!! Not only that, but songs/genres we did not like were kept out. So many people came up to us after the wedding saying how much they loved his energy and the way that he incorporated/mixed the songs! and we couldn't agree more! If you want someone personable, knows what they are doing, and can get sooo many guests on the dance floor, Larry is for you!! Thank you so much for making our day go so smoothly! DJ Larry is the best!!! Having a great DJ was one of our top three priorities and he really knocked it out of the park. He was phenomenal and we and our guests had so much fun on the dance floor. The song selections and transitions between songs were perfect. Larry is so experienced and such a kind, good dude that we never once worried about the DJ/music part of our wedding throughout the planning process and during our wedding day. Larry of MuchMusic MCed and DJed our wedding and did a fantastic job! Larry was highly communicative from our first inquiry about his services until the hours before our ceremony to ensure that everything was according to plan and everything went off without a hitch. The included ceremony and reception planner was detailed and helped simplify the planning process for us. We used MuchMusic for both our ceremony and reception (held in the same place) and Larry made sure every musical and visual/sound engineering detail was covered for both. We elected to include the up-lighting, requested a screen to display a picture slideshow, and went with a photo booth and all were exactly what we hoped for and well received by our guests. Larry was able to inquire about our musical taste and allow us to set tone and direction of the music, while also allowing us to rely on his expertise to pick the right music given the part of the reception. If you don’t book Larry for your wedding, you’re crazy. He is THE BEST!! From the beginning when we were searching for DJs he was the first and quickest to respond, he was already familiar with our venue, he knew exactly which package we needed, and he had extremely reasonable prices. We also had to add ceremony music to our package the week before our wedding and it was absolutely no problem. Larry was extremely attentive and made sure we had every detail covered for a great experience. After the wedding, our friends could not stop complimenting the DJ and the music. Our friends and family LOOOVE to dance so we knew we needed the best, and we got better!! We also added the photo booth and the line never ended! Brian and I cannot recommend Larry enough. He was so wonderful, fun, and made our wedding so memorable!!

From the first initial consult to talking 2 weeks prior to the event to the wedding day, he was nothing short of amazing, professional, patient, kind, organized, helpful.. I could go on forever. We had to postpone due to Covid and he worked with us changing the date of the wedding and keeping in touch for a whole extra year. He sends you a booklet to fill out which is super helpful and keeps you organized!! On the day of, he kept the energy up and knew how to read the crowd to keep people dancing. People keep asking who was our DJ, our guests loved his presence and spirit. We would 10000% recommend Much Music for any of your DJ needs!

I don't know what I can say about Larry and Much Music DJ that hasn't been said already on here, but he was amazing! We're so glad that we worked with him for our wedding day. Larry really took the time to get to know us and understand what our music preferences were before the wedding and held our hand through some of the planning phases for our ceremony. We worked together to create the perfect playlist for the big day and he absolutely crushed it! He had our guests up and dancing the entire night until the last dance. Can’t thank you enough Larry… we hope to cross paths again some day!!

Larry from Much Music was the best! We interviewed a lot of DJs and was overwhelmed with the decision... but from the first phone call with Larry we knew we wanted him to MC our wedding. He is so professional, personable, talented and kind! Larry made the process so easy and we felt super confident that we were in great hands. We got married at Red Maple Vineyard, and Larry did our cocktail hour and reception music. Additionally, when we found out our ceremony musician wasn’t able to provide microphones, we were able to add that on to our contract with Much Music. The wedding was fantastic and everyone had so much fun! I can’t recommend Much Music enough. Thank you, Larry!

Larry was excellent! He read the room and kept people dancing all night, playing our must-have songs at just the right moments every time. The photo booth was also so fun, our guests loved it and we loved getting more photos of our friends and family. The details were also spot on, from providing mics to the officiants and playing our bridal parties down the aisle to adding gorgeous lighting to the reception space. 10/10 would recommend!

I have nothing but the best things to say about Larry and Much Music DJ. Music — specifically pop punk — is a huge part of my story with my husband, and Larry made sure that all of our favorite songs were included in the ceremony and during the reception. Leading up to the wedding, Larry called and texted several times to double- and triple- check that everything was good to go, and everything went off without a hitch on the day of the wedding. So many people came up to me at the wedding to tell me how much they loved the DJ! I had such a wonderful time at my wedding, and I could not recommend Larry more.

We reached out to Much Music in 2019 and met Larry over the phone. Larry ended up being the perfect fit for our backyard wedding reception. He adapted graciously to our postponement from an ill fated 2020 date to 2021. He made the planning process painless as he laid out the whole evening in a way that was very easy to plan. He took all of our suggestions and requests to heart and executed everything flawlessly. Any gaps in our music choices he covered very tastefully or had wonderful suggestions whenever we needed them. He ran sound for our ceremony then proved to be a fantastic MC for our reception. Most importantly he really made sure that everyone had a good time on the dance floor once we were done with dinner. He had the perfect energy for the evening without ever overstepping, and was just an incredible and kind human being to work with. We highly recommend him and his services!

If we could give 10 stars we would! Patrick was our DJ and was INCREDIBLE! He was so responsive from day 1, answering all of my questions and our requests. He was also really great at reading the crowd - he knew when to play what song everyone wanted to hear. He was so easy to talk to, fun and insanely talented. I can not recommend him enough!
