Engagement photos turned out excellent. Adam was extremely fun to work with and did a phenomenal job.

Adam is absolutely amazing. We got my senior pictures taken with him as well as my sisters senior pictures. This was in 2010, 2011, 2018 time frame. Now I am getting married and we had a photographer that didn't fit us and we didn't like our engagement photos. Adam was amazing and set up a session to retake engagement photos with him so we were in love with them. He was extremely funny and made us laugh. We absolutely love our photos from him. Adam from Mueller Photography is very kind, fun, helpful, and understanding. He made my fiance and I very comfortable during the photo shoot. He made jokes to help break the ice and made our engagement photos look fun and natural. We are very excited to see our photos!

Upset with my experience. I felt that he pressured us to buy photos and tried to turn us against each other. We “won” a “free” engagement shoot and didn’t end up so, felt like a scam.

My wife and I met Adam at the sentry world wedding expo back in 2019. We met alot of photographers the first day. After talking that night we choose to go back to sentry world and book Adam as our photographer. What should out was his high engery and being very approachable. Our engagement session was everything we could ask for. Adam captured our wedding in stunning detail. We didn't know where to take pictures but he had it all covered. After our wedding we forgot to take pictured of little details ourselves. We were relieved when Adam show us our pictures and he didn't miss the little details. We live 2 hours away from lacrosse and have done 7 sessions with him now.

My husband and I met Adam at a wedding expo, we were there to get ideas for our wedding. Once we met Adam we we knew we wanted him to be our photographer, his personality matched with our and his photos were beautiful! Now he has captured all our important milestones; from engagement, to wedding, 2 maternity sessions, newborn sessions and family pictures! He goes above and beyond to make sure we are relaxed and having fun, and that we are smiling and being ourselves, even with a 2 year old and one year old we were able to capture their smiles with his help! After trying another photographer and having a very unpleasant experience, we will only be sticking with Adam! We drive about 2 hours to see him and would go a longer distance if we had to! We are always happy to see Adam and have him and have him be our photographer!

Adam is great to work with! He makes sure you are relaxed and have natural smiles in your photos. We really enjoyed choosing our images after our engagement session. He did a great job helping us narrow down all of our wonderful photos. He is very efficient and keeps the session moving, all while capturing beautiful images.

Adam is an awesome photographer! Had an engagement session done and he made it feel very natural, easy, and fun. Pictures turned out better than I could’ve ever hoped! Was very accommodating with price points and it was awesome getting to know him during our time! Would highly recommend :) It was on the more expensive end for an engagement session, but so worth it as we ordered 3 large portraits for our house. But, they are amazing quality and SO worth it!!! There are cheaper options, we just decided to spend more. Great guy!!!

We met Adam at a bridal expo and booked with him shortly after. We booked our engagement photo session with him and our wedding. Communication was fantastic, turnaround time with pictures was really fast, and the quality is outstanding! You can tell that Adam has been doing this for many years and that he is passionate about his work! Thank you so much for capturing our big day!

We won a $500 gift certificate for a session at a wedding expo. When scheduling we had to put $100 down so that made it $600 going into the session. When we got there it started out fine and everything was great. We took our pictures then headed back to the studio for the “presentation” which really felt like an mlm presentation or a time share presentation. I just didnt understand why we couldn’t go home and make the decisions of what we wanted. Come to find out the $600 only pays for him to take the photos and a photo block. You don’t get any digital copies. If you want a USB with those it’s $1000 for 20 photos. It took less than an hour to take our photos and the three photos he did touch up it only look him about 15 minutes. He tried to kinda pin my fiancé against me by saying he was sorry he only got to talk to me to get this scheduled and they always like to discuss with couples the price point which was a down right lie because I only texted with him to confirm, otherwise I talked to his receptionist and she did not tell me the price point. I would have never agreed to this “free” session otherwise. He kept telling us what he was doing isn’t wrong so to us he definitely sounded guilty and he must do this to enough people. I ended up getting my $100 back and three free digital photos but he told us he doesn’t normally “bend over backwards” like that for people. At this point we are so disappointed but so happy that we stuck to our guns because I can’t imagine how many people feel like they have to spend that money. Also he must not take too much pride in his work because whatever you don’t buy that day gets deleted. Most photographers I know love their work and want to keep their most recent photos as well as their best work from the past. He just seems very money hungry. Also if you look at his reviews on Facebook people have tried to say don’t recommend but Facebook or someone changed it for them.

Adam is amazing! He has been in the photography business for 20 years and it shows. He talked us through everything with such ease and picture taking was a breeze. He uses a lot of humor to make your smiles natural and he incorporates funny poses as well. My fiance and I loved our experience with him for Engagement pictures and we're even more excited for our wedding pictures!

WORTH. EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. Adam Is such an amazing, talented, and professional photographer. He basically planned our wedding day timeline for us (such a huge stress relief!). His witty comments and humor made us feel super comfortable. My husband wasn’t really looking forward to pictures on our wedding day but he said Adam made the process a heck of a lot better. You can tell Adam has a lot of experience and knows how to get the job done swiftly. His images are phenomenal. I cried when we watched the wedding video he created and I’m so glad we have such amazing images to last the rest of our lives.

No integrity! My fiance and I won a free engagement session from them at a bridal expo. When we called to claim it, he asked if we were going to go with them as the main photographers for our wedding. We hadn't picked a photographer yet, but an engagement session shoot would have helped us choose. When we said we weren't sure, he told us he wasn't going to honor our free shoot. I will never recommend them because of their lack of integrity.

This was a terrible experience. I had a weird feeling about him when we met him for our photos... I should have trusted my gut. Also, he made some inappropriate jokes during our session, in front of our kid. When it came time to see/order photos, he was so pushy we almost walked out. I wish we would have. The pictures were nice, but nothing nicer than any other photographer could have done. Once he knew we didn't want to spend thousands he was incredibly rude. I will never ever go back and I make sure to tell everyone I meet. Stay away.

We didn’t post wedding photos with him. He took great photos, but as soon as he figured out we didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on his products, he shit off and was really rude to us. He is lucky he got any business at all.

I absolutely have had SUCH an amazing experience with Adam! He has been working with us so well. He has made us laugh, has made us fall IN LOVE with our pictures! I cannot WAIT for our wedding day just to see what the pictures look like. Adam has done such an incredible job at capturing the beauty between my fiance and I. I could not have chosen a better photographer, he is such a natural and I cannot thank him enough!

It has been nearly a year since my wedding and I still want to tear up when I think about my photos. My husband and I booked Mueller photography because we met him at the Bridal Expo, he bought us a few drinks my husband and him talked sports and his personality seemed to match up with ours. When it came to our engagement photos we quickly realized that the Adam we met at the Bridal Expo was a ‘show’ to get people to book with him and sign a contract that you will be stuck in. Not to mention, Adam wouldn’t do engagement photos where I wanted and immediately after our photo session we had to choose the ones we liked and felt pushed to purchase pictures for our wall that my husband refuses to put up because looking at our engagement and wedding photos upsets us so bad! My husband and I looked around for other wedding photographers after our engagement photo session but all the others were booked that day so we stuck with Adam… WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. My whole wedding day was a disaster when it came to Adam photographing it. He was late in the morning, treated his assistant like crap and you could tell she did not want to be there, took some of the worst family photos I’ve ever seen and missed out on SOOO many important photos and memories. I went back and forth as to posting this but after talking to many other people in the La Crosse area and hearing their awful stories when it comes to Adam Mueller I felt obligated to finally write the review. Your wedding day is supposed to be your special day, pick it with a photographer that you know doesn’t only want your money.

Can't give a negative rating or a 0 or we would have!! Cancelled wedding pictures after engagement sesssion. Working in the business field for 35 years I have never spoken with someone as RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL as this photographer. Not sure if this was a misunderstanding of what the package covered or Mueller not explaining well or what happened. Kids didn't feel like they had any input into the pictures taken. Cost of photos was unbelievable. So stressed after engagement pictures no way you would want to deal with this on your wedding day. They also realized after ordering 6 engagement pictures that there would be no way they could afford to purchase any wedding pictures at their costs. Have never seen another photographer that wanted you to select photos the same day you had the pictures taken, generally people like to look at a few times before they make the decision, especially when the cost of their photos is extremely higher than other photographers. Setting up a gallery for the engagement pictures was more work than they wanted to do. Only use them if you have deep pockets and don't care if he runs the show. Heaven forbid you go with them and have to cancel within 6 months of your event, this will cost you dearly ($2,500), read the fine print.

Adam photographed our wedding and he was wonderful. He spent a lot of time to get to know us and really took our requests to heart. We chose him for his modern techniques. He was always available for questions and spent ample time with us the day of the wedding. He was so much fun to work with and I highly recommend him!

They take beautiful pictures! I liked almost every picture. They are very professional and like to keep to their schedule. They really try to show emotion through their photos and know how to make you pose or move slightly to get the perfect shot. Also you were able to get a free engagement photo shoot ( you had to purchase the prints though) and a complimentary 16x20 wedding photo.;They are very expensive. Luckily Mike's parents decided to pay the initial fee. I really liked our pictures. But I didn't notice until afterwards that we didn't get any Aunt and Uncle pictures or any individual pictures with just us and the Ring bearer. Also There really isn't a good outdoor picture of Mike and I Both smiling with our teeth. It was all more romantic poses. Then when it came to having our big album made. I didn't like the pictures they chose or the layout.I asked if we could make changes. And I made some suggestions. They tried to make it more to our liking and they sent back an e-mail. I pasted it below: They wrote: We also wanted you to know that we were happy to make all of your changes without additional charges. If you review the letter we sent when the album was finished it does state that most couples only have 3-5 changes and any extensive changes would cost an additional fee. Since we spend several hours reworking your album we trust that everything should be good to go. However if you were to have more than 2 changes again we would have to charge something for all the additional time we would be spending on your album design. So again we were happy to make these for you and trust that the album should be ready to print but we just wanted to be clear in case there were more changes to follow. Thanks so much Audra & Mike. Genny Trushenski CPP Mueller Photography LLC Well I wrote this letter back to them: It seems strange that people spend thousands to get the pictures taken and spend extra to get the nicer album and yet you would charge another fee to decide what to put in the album if your first attempt wasn't what they had in mind. If they pay that much then it should be your job to make sure they like it. Maybe you should have them fill out a form listing their favorite pictures from the wedding before you put the album together. I would ask them if they have a preference of color black and white sepia faded or not.. I like the pictures this time so Im going to leave it. But I'm not going to say I love the layout and backgrounds. It's better than the first one but still not as good as we think it could be. Thank you for adding some words.
