it. Molly and Mugwump Productions came to our rescue. She listened to us and made great suggestions. We were amazed at how many props and equipment Mugwumps had. The room was completely and beautifully transformed! Throughout the process, Molly was very accommodating and worked well with our other vendors. She answered emails promptly and was punctual for both our meetings and for setup and takedown. In a way, it was stress free, and that’s not easy to say when it comes to weddings!

it was quite stressful. After meeting with Molly at Mugwump, we felt so much better about our day coming. She asked us many questions that we never even thought of or realized we needed done. Molly made our day virtually stress free and she was at our side the entire way. She took care of everything! We were actually able to enjoy the wedding instead of worrying if things were going as planned. Everything went smoothly and the decorations we ordered through her made the place look amazing. We cannot thank Molly and her assistant enough for making our day special and it would not have been the same without her! I highly recommend Mugwump to anyone needing a wedding coordinator. er's wedding day exactly as she wished. She contacted the vendors ahead of time and made sure everything was going to be on schedule with delivery and set-up. Laura is a bundle of energy, you can tell she loves what she does; which started with the wedding rehearsal, she took charge and helped the extra-large 20+wedding party get organized and even gave everyone a printed pocket size itinerary for the big day. On the wedding day she arrived at the venue at 8am, starting with setting everything up, tables, flowers, etc. making sure the vendors set up correctly with out disturbing the wedding members. During the ceremony she made sure everyone was in their proper places, lined up and ready to start on time. During the wedding reception, she kept the flow of people (200) orderly for the buffet and during the evening she kept checking in with (me) the MOB to make sure everything was to the bride and groom's expectations, and on schedule, with smooth transitions from one event to another.. She took the stress off, and managed the entire evening, including helping with the clean-up afterwards at 10-11pm. We couldn't have done it without her. She's amazing, I can't say enough good things about her attention to detail. She is also the sweetest and most sincere person!! If you want your wedding or event to go smoothly, ask for Laura Weaver at Mugwump, she will be a blessing!

ation services. Overall, Laura and the Mugwump team were wonderful to work with in planning our wedding from out-of-state. Although we had our main contact/day-of coordinator quit a couple weeks before the wedding, Laura did a great job picking up right where her predecessor left off (Laura was in every meeting/phone call in case something like this happened) and she did a great job helping us stress less on the Big Day. She was organized during our phone calls and numerous emails and I like that she gave us options and asked a lot of questions... I think that could be tough if you are a bride who doesn't necessarily have a specific idea or thought in mind, but that is usually not the case anyway, so I like that she was open and accommodating to our requests and suggestions. Overall, we were so pleased with the look of the ceremony (which Mugwump was 100% responsible for) and the coordination services. I would definitely recommend them for anyone planning a beach wedding in Jacksonville!
