Mulino's at Lake Isle

and I’m sure many other postponements caused by Covid with understanding and grace. He answered every phone call and email up until the last minute. On the day of our wedding, his calm and easy going nature was appreciated. When my veil fell off right before I was about to walk down the aisle, he rushed my bridal attendant over for help right away and we laughed it off. Our bridal attendant, Denise, was beyond accommodating. She made sure we had whatever we wanted to eat or drink all night, and must have helped me fix the bustle of my dress at least 5x throughout the night. The venue is beautiful and the golf course is such a great back drop for photos. I cannot thank John and his team enough for making our wedding and the time leading up to the big day so special!

I can not remember her name but the lady who attended to my husband and I all night was great. We were never without a drink and she even packed the food we didn’t get to eat for us to take home. If you are considering Mulino’s at Lake Isle I would highly recommend it.

She was there at just the right times without being over bearing. She really made me feel taken care of. The food is unreal. Every. Single. Thing. Was AMAZING We got married at a church but we decorated the arbor on the patio for pictures and John and his staff went out of their way to use some decorations from a previous party that added the most perfect touch to it. expectation I ever had for it. Every bride should feel like a princess on their wedding day, but I felt like a princess from the moment we toured the facility. They truly make you feel like you are in the best hands. Linda was on top of every detail leading up to my big day. And she was super easy to get a hold of via phone or text. In the days and months leading up to the wedding, she would reach out to discuss wedding stuff and reach out to just see how we were doing! John and Linda took away all of my stress. My bridal attendant was amazing too! Literally anything I needed, she took care of. From helping me get in & out of my dress, to making sure I was hydrated. She handled it! I live in Florida and assumed that hiring a wedding planner was necessary. And it totally is. But not when you book at Mulino's at Lake Isle because you have Linda! So many brides have told me how they had to coordinate details with vendors, etc, and I really didn't. I booked our vendors and put them in touch with Linda and everything was taken care of. We picked Mulino’s because of the modern ambiance and the amazing food! We also loved the fact that it isn’t a wedding factory. So many venues handle multiple weddings, and they are trying to maximize their space, and quickly get you in and out. At Mulino’s you are the star of the show. Mulino’s is truly the best of both worlds: beautiful country club and incredible food! It has the care of a family restaurant with the expertise of a world class caterer. All of our friends and family raved about what an amazing time they had, and how delicious the food was! They treat you like family at Mulino’s and I can’t even begin to recommend them more. My only regret is that I can’t time travel and go back to the best day of my life. Me and husband could not have been happier!!! It was the best day of our lives, and we can't thank Mulino's enough!

She answered every single question, both via phone and via text message within 2 minutes of my hitting “send” on my phone. She was very knowledgeable, kind, organized, friendly, funny, and calming. Very important for me, the mother and”wedding planner” for Marc and Ally. Our guests at the reception RAVED about the fabulous cocktail hour. Everyone was happy, full and amazed at the quality and taste of every single item! The raw bar was amazing. I wish we could have a “do over” and actually eat at the cocktail hour. But, the 3 rice balls that I ate were great! Lol The 3 choices we had for dinner were salmon, chicken scarp, and short ribs. Amazing!! Each dish made a hit with every single 233 ish people in the room!! I ate the tastiest salmon with the most delicious sauce that I ever ate in my life. How wonderful was it that the couple got to taste each of the 3 items on the menu!! What a great idea that is!!! The cake was gorgeous, the room and lighting enhanced the romantic vibe throughout the night. The ceiling was beautiful with their names hovering above us as well. I’m sure there’s more, but I believe in commending people when they do a good job, and this was one of Ally, Marc and our most important days in our lives, and you ALL made it happen!!! He was really accommodating and I was able to make a few appointments to meet in person as well. The day of my baby shower, John was a huge help to make sure everything was set up and the party was going well and constantly checking in on me to see if I needed anything else. I also got really good feedback from my guests who said the brunch buffet food was excellent and the staff were really helpful constantly taking drink orders and bringing them over to the tables so they didn’t have to get up and go to the bar. I had a really amazing experience working with John Gervasi Jr and would recommend him and the venue to host any of your upcoming parties!

My bridal attendant was Gianna, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had the best night of my life and took care of every request that I had. My husband and I ended up missing our cocktail hour, and Gianna made sure we had all the food options to try in the bridal suite, as well as accommodating my bridal party. Both John and Gianna worked as a team, making sure my husband and I had everything we needed all night, our drinks were always refreshed, and they even gave us plates of everything from the dinner and Viennese Hour. At the end of the night, they packed up a lot of food to take home with us which was so thoughtful since we didn't really get to sit and enjoy the food since it was such a hectic night for us. The service at Mulino's is top notch, the LED lights in the room really make the mood of the party 100x more fun, and the food is unparalleled to other wedding venues in the area. You can't go wrong with booking Mulino's at Lake Isle for your wedding!!!

The food at dinner was amazing - it was hard to pick our choices from our tasting - our guests were raving about the short ribs. Greg Kerwin, our banquet manager He was courteous, detailed, friendly, patient and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Throughout the entire process was a delight. He answered every question, returned every phone call and every email that went back and forth from us. He never made us feel that we were bothering him. He made our day one to remember. I can not recommend Mulino's enough times. You would NOT be disappointed with your event here. The room has state of the art lighting, that I've never seen at a venue before. The dance floor is huge, the linens and chairs were amazing. Every single corner was clean, not one ounce of dirt. The entrance is very impressive as is the bridal suite. They are simply amazing.

I was walking around saying hi to my guests, and there she was holding my dress making sure I wouldn't trip over it. She also made me a desert plate before the Viennese hour started. One of the best parts is John and his staff made to go boxes for us of all the food and desert that was served that night. Being that we were busy the entire night we only got to take one or two bites out of our meals so this actually gave us a chance to sample everything. This place is amazing and beautiful! They are very accommodating and definitely make sure you get what you want out of your event.

We were so pleased with everything that we even went back for their New Years Eve celebration not even 2 months after our wedding! It's not right to get brides excited about seeing a venue which they believe is in their venue based on your budget tool/search criteria applications only to be extremely disappointed when they found out that they really can't afford and the information on the Knot website was incredibly inaccurate. I wish I did not see the venue because I fall in love with and now have to go with my second option. If I win the lottery. I am definitely booking it. To the Knot please change the budget rating. I don't want another bride to go through the same disappointment I did.

ugust and inquired about pricing for a wedding, at that time he had said to me to come in and see the venue and then we will talk numbers. So fine, I agreed and said I would set up a date to come in after looking at my schedule. In the midst of all the other things going on, I had forgotten to call back to make an appointment. A month later John called me back to follow up and quoted me a price pp on the phone without food (as I wanted to get authentic food catered). So I agree to meet him the same week to see the place and discuss further. When I go in to check out the place, they had an event that night so the tour for the place was literally 10 minutes long, I was sort of annoyed with that (RED FLAG #1). Anyway, I go in to talk to John, and he tells me a different price pp than what he had quoted on the phone (which is obviously higher than the one he told me on the phone), which to me shows, that he just wanted me to go in and see the place and hence gave me a low pp price on the phone (RED FLAG # 2). Putting that aside I continue our conversation and talk about food. He then goes on to tell me that I will have to pay a service fee (20%) on the food as well, even though I am not getting the food from Mulinos! (RED FLAG # 3) My question to him was that when I am already paying a 20 % service on the pp price he quoted me (which by the way includes linen, flatware, open bar, servers, maître D, Captain, etc), then why in the world should I pay another 20 % for the food to Mulinos when the food is coming from someone entirely different and it will be set up buffet style! They don’t even have to serve the food to my guests!!!! He then went on making up other excuses as to why I should pay the service on food to Mulinos like I would be using their dishes and what not….I am already paying for all of that John!!!! John argued with me over this for over 30 minutes!!!!! I was so upset and disappointed. Sad to see when customer service at a wedding venue is as HORRIBLE AS MULINOS AT LAKE ISLE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T GO TO THEM FOR A WEDDING OR ANY EVENT, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED AT THE WAY THEY SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM BY THINKING THAT THEY ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO DO MATH !!!!!!! OH ANY THEY ARE NOT BY ANY MEANS INEXPENSIVE!!!!! DON’T FALL INTO THE TRAP!

aspect of planning and executing a fantastic wedding. The food is beyond delicious and amazing. We could have not asked for a better venue to have our wedding. Mulino's is elegant and gorgeous. It helped add the wow factor to our wedding. The lighting and monogram display added a wonderful touch to the room. We LOVED every part of the evening at Mulino's. Our wedding was on the hottest day of the year (August 13th) and they were so accommodating with us and all of our guests to give a break from the heat and keep the guest comfortable! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We can not say it enough to everyone at Mulino's!

Drana & Patrick were always so accommodating with the planning and letting me come visit when they were hosting other weddings so I could come up with ideas and talk to them about my planning. The manager Lou made it a point to make sure we had all the best, all around. I can't say enough about Mulino's and how great everything was. All my pictures came out wonderful and i owe it a lot to Mulino's in the background.

The guests at my wedding were raving about the food, the service and the overall atmosphere of the venue. I seriously could not be an happier with how things went, and could not believe how willing they were to constantly go above and beyond for me. i can't thank them enough for making my wedding day so special.

The day of our wedding, she was with us every step of the way, from escorting us onto the golf course with the photographer, adjusting my dress as necessary, ensuring we had sufficient food and drinks in the bridal suite, our grand entrance, and packing up our belongings at the end of the evening. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Our guests are still raving about the wedding, including the room decor. They really outdid themselves with renovations - the venue does not look like your typical catering hall. Very modern, sleek and technologically advanced!

She sat with us for over an hour listening to all of our thoughts and ideas for our wedding and assured me that Mulino's would be able to accommodate any requests I have for our wedding. Honestly, this was one of the easiest event venues to work with! I am so thrilled to be hosting our wedding here and cannot wait for the big day!
