orgeous ceremony garlands, groomsmens' pocket flowers (more on this detail later!), corsages, boutonnieres, and toss petals. Our guests took leftover bouquets and garlands home with them after the wedding, they stayed nice for so long! Mum's stood out from the pack for us because they offered design services and affordable rentals (candles/vases/centerpiece dreams). Since our initial sit-down meeting with Tyler, we knew we were in great hands. Tyler heard my wedding day vision once and conjured up a visual representation for it in like 5 minutes flat, right there in her office. We gladly paid her design fee (very affordable), and the dream vision in my mind came alive on our wedding day. Tyler and the rest of Mum's team is pure magic and so easy to work with. Planning an out-of-state wedding during the pandemic was not easy, but Tyler was so sweet, responsive via email and helped me work through every last detail. Speaking of details, I showed Tyler one picture of a groom with flowers coming out of his suit pocket (vs. traditional boutonniere on lapel), and asked if this was something they could do. This pocket-flower-sandwich was not something Mum's had ever made, but they figured it out and made these for my groom and our groomsmen. Y'all the suit pocket-flowers were a HIT! They turned out so nice and were a small detail that made my heart sing. In terms of functionality on the morning of, Mum's team members set up their rentals/centerpieces & ceremony florals, and delivered all bouquets and pocketflowers without issue. They also picked up all the glassware and rented items the next morning, so you don't have to send your aunties and second cousins to drop off anything! In short- if you can dream it, Mum's can make it come true. Genuinely amazing florist, 10/10 would recommend.

gs like ours, where we didn't need much in the way of flowers (a bouquet and boutonniere was it!) and without a strict color theme (given there were only 10 guests!), the a la carte menu was a great solution! There are several different options of beautiful florals, each with unique bouquets, boutonnieres, and accessories, and ordering online was quick and easy! The flowers were delivered right when requested and they were even more stunning than the pictures. It looks like they do custom arrangements and designs for larger weddings in need of more flowers, and their storefront was beautiful. For a bride having a small wedding, this was perfect!

I did major research to find you guys I am SO pleased with my decision. I even had a chance to stop into Mum's when we went into Whitefish for the first time, a few days before our wedding at Lake McDonald. Thank you for making the process so seamless, for delivering the flowers even earlier than our delivery time and for the gorgeous arrangements. They are so so stunning- I even took them back home with me to New York (I carefully placed them in my wedding dress box and they made it through the airport without a problem) and they looked amazing DAYS later. You are the absolute best. HIGHLY recommend.

am put my mind at ease. I added on the Goldfinch design package to our florals. For any out-of-state bride, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this. Cara’s recommendations and contacts are truly the best and I knew that I could trust her word. I truly don’t think our day would have ended up so perfect without the Mum’s flowers team. The florals & greenery were absolutely gorgeous and overall the event design was something I could have only dreamed off. The team’s execution and vision is second to none. The best in Montana!

itial contact, as this was a destination wedding and there were a lot of moving parts on top of a 3 hour time difference. After they initially wrote me back it was no less then NINE days between emails (except one for payment, which was quick), I even had to call them, 4 times total, between emails, to get a response. At one point I was told "..we are busy with valentines day.." and hey, I get that, as they are a florist, but that was a total turn off, why is my WEDDING DAY not important enough for you to send an email? I have such a bad taste in my mouth from them and absolutely do not recommend them for anyone as they will NOT respond to you in a timely manner. I promise that you will constantly have to chase them for email replies with phone call after phone call, leaving message after message. At one point, about 20 days to my wedding date, I added a boutonniere, which I was grateful for, I got a reply and asked to call with payment, which I did that day. It was more then TWELVE DAYS later before I got a response to discuss a design and confirm pick up. I was so excited to work with a florist, and get the flowers of my dreams for my dream wedding, and they did not deliver. I am extremely disappointed. Their customer service deserves one star, and the flowers earned them another two, but nothing more because it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond to emails or phone calls. Totally, undeniably, disappointed with their lack of communication and they made planning an absolute nightmare.

mine. Cara created a willow tree with orchids and a decorated arch for our ceremony, both were beautiful. Our centerpieces matched our decor and were delivered well before our event. Cara picked up everything the next day leaving no clean up for us!
