nd joyful as I imagined. She met with me several times prior to the wedding, ensuring I was properly prepped for the day. She referred me to great vendors and helped make sure all the little details were taken care of. She even came out to our rather remote wedding site to scope out the layout and decide where to put everything. She was there for our rehearsal and made sure both the music and the people were ready for the ceremony. The day of was a whirlwind, but Karly was there early and ready to go. She was perfectly organized and calm throughout. I had only a little time in the morning to help set up some tables and explain my vision for the decorations before she took over everything so I could get ready. She executed everything better than I imagined. By the time I arrived back at our wedding site I was blown away by how beautiful everything looked. The rest of the day my husband and I spent smiling and just enjoying the day with our families. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Karly took care of the vendors and made sure our day of schedule flowed without a hiccup. Any time I needed anything suddenly Karly was there taking care of it. Truly I didn’t have a single worry throughout the day because of her. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I wasn’t even sure I needed a day-of coordinator when I first started planning our wedding, but now that I’ve been through it all, I feel like it was the best choice I made to hire Karly.
