Murray Hill Talent was exceptional for our wedding, the team is timely, professional and experienced. They were able to answer any questions we had deftly. DJ Montro was awesome on the day of our event! He kept our guests on the dance floor and hyped up our speeches like no other. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had the band Search Party play at our wedding and they were INCREDIBLE. Many of the guests claimed it was the best band they had ever heard! We gave them direction around the genre we wanted and they knew exactly what to do and delivered. They nailed it, each song was a hit. The dance floor was full and sweaty by the end of the night! They kept the party going and made for such an unforgettable evening. Hands down the best vendor we booked for our wedding and SO so glad we did!

We truly could not have asked for a better music experience at our wedding than we got with Murray Hill Talent—specifically Lizary Rodriguez as harpist and Dakeya Christmas as our MC/DJ and sound system for our ceremony. Lizary Rodriguez set the tone for the evening with flawless pieces that matched exactly what I asked for and envisioned. Not only was she professional and extraordinarily talented, but she also quickly learned a (difficult) piece that I had requested she learn for my bridal entrance. It was more magical than I could have imagined, and really contributed to the aura of our ceremony. The acoustics at our outdoor ceremony were the perfect volume as well, and you can tell Lizary has incredible experience. Dakeya was an important part of our wedding as well! My older sister got married in 2022 and hired Dakeya as her DJ. Everyone was dancing the whole night to amazing music, and I knew I would be lucky to have him at our wedding too. I was so happy when I discovered he was available on our day! He is personable, keeps a pulse on the crowd, and really "gets it." Beyond just MC-ing and DJ-ing, we turned to Dakeya to help with ceremony acoustics as well. We had a backyard wedding of 130 people, so we needed microphones, amps, etc. for our ceremony. Dakeya set everything up without a second of hesitation and it was perfect. Music is something that is very important to me, so I was very intentional about working with Murray Hill Talent. Not to mention all of our guests continued to rave about both Lizary and Dakeya! They are both true professionals (as well as everyone I communicated with at Murray Hill Talent like Scott), and anyone who books either of them is in the best of hands. We had a great experience with Murray Hill Talent! Shortly after contacting them, they set up time for a phone call to discuss what we were looking for and paired us with a DJ based on our preferences within the week. The DJ, Armand, was professional and communicative. He scheduled a time for a phone call to go over our ceremony plans, first dance, and special moments during the reception. He did a great job of reading the room and playing music with a mix of our requests and crowd-pleasers. He also was willing to make unplanned announcements during the reception when needed. I would highly recommend working with Murray Hill Talent and Armand!

We had DJ Niko "One Drop" as our wedding DJ and he KILLED it!!! We had a long phone call prior to the wedding so he could get a feel for genres, ages, and overall vibe for the wedding and was so attentive the entire night and really had the whole crowd on that dance floor. He was such a pleasure to work with and definitely loves what he does which adds to the vibe overall. Working with Cory was also so easy with coordinating and getting matched up with the best DJs and musicians (we also had a live pianist and violinist for the ceremony and they were so talented!!). I truly had a great time working with everyone here and hope I get to again!! Thank you guys for the best night!!!

During our first meeting with DJ Brendan Howard he referred to himself “functional wallpaper” and we knew at that point he was exactly who we wanted to work with. We were looking for a DJ who wasn’t trying to be the center of attention and who would let his music do the talking and keep the dance floor packed. That’s exactly what Brendan did on our wedding day! Brendan was very easy to communicate with and let us give our input, but for the most part, we trusted him and his expertise to bring our vision to life. On the day of the wedding everything went smoothly and our guests had a great time and were dancing all night. Overall he did a great job and we couldn’t be happier.

Having Unity Band at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Not only are they are incredibly talented, but they were so fun and kept the crowd engaged the entire wedding. I could not recommend them enough!

We heard about Murray Hill Talent from a friend who had a great experience at their wedding using one of their DJs, and we had a great experience ourselves with Dave! He reached out to coordinate the necessary details ahead of the wedding, and he worked with our day of coordinator at the venue to make sure everything went super smoothly all night long. We had an absolute blast and it felt like the dance floor was always full, which is exactly what we wanted!

We had a wonderful experience working with Murray Hill Talent for our wedding! Corey and his team of DJs were professional and easy to work with. When our assigned DJ had to change due to a medical obligation, we were quickly paired with someone new, instantly putting us at ease. Armand was a pleasure to work with - from flawlessly executing entrance and first dance songs to curating a dance-worthy set. Armand ensured everyone hit the dance floor and kept the party going throughout the night. His ability to read the crowd and tailor the music to our preferences created a fun and unforgettable atmosphere. Closing Time Boston through Murray Hill Talent was our band and MC service for our August 2023 wedding. They are PHENOMENAL. Truly cannot describe how incredibly talented this band is. We have received so many compliments about how great of a band they were and how fun they made our reception. Ryan, the band leader, is amazing and so easy to work with. We had a call with him about two weeks before our wedding and reviewed overall what our likes and dislikes were for our setlist direction and I was amazed at how well they crafted it to meet what we wanted while still delivering happy surprises along the way. My parents 35th anniversary is this year, so they even learned my parents wedding song to surprise them half way through their first set at the reception. 10/10 recommend them - they will plan your entire ceremony, cocktail hour and entrances to a T, leaving you will full confidence, no stress, just enjoying your day. Thank you closing time for being such a special and memorable part of our wedding day!

We had the pleasure of working with Brendan Howard from Murray Hill Talent. We met with him about a month out from the wedding and instantly got good vibes from him. He made sure that we were tracking the right version of a certain song for my ceremony which made me feel so good because it was really important to me that it was the right version. We made the decision the day of the wedding to have the ceremony outside and he was flexible and ready! When it came time to dance, I don’t think we left the dance floor all night. It was just great song after great song and the guests loved it. Thanks Brendan, you were fantastic!

Flipside playing at our wedding and they were PHENOMENAL! we received so many compliments from guests about how good they were. They got the crowd into it by bringing the saxophone, trumpet onto the dance floor which was so fun. I worked with Corin Ashley as the point person and every time we emailed or spoke on the phone, he was personable, open to my ideas, and provided great ideas of his own. Corin and the entire band clearly know what they are doing- they know how to get the guests on the dancefloor and how to make a bride feel special and heard. Everyone had a good time dancing..from the 5 yo to the 92 yo! His music selection set the tone of the reception and engaged everyone to dance and celebrate with us, Also call out to Paul Natale who ran the photo booth. He encouraged our guests to have fun with the pics. The pictures added to our guest book made it even more special.

This band was AMAZING. They were extremely professional and made the wedding planning process and the actual wedding day stress-free. They played such a great playlist and really got everyone wanting to dance on the dance floor. It was like we had a concert at our wedding. Would 100% recommend to anyone getting married and wanting a band.

Julio (DJ Montro) was incredible for our reception. High energy, great sound system, and kept everyone out of their seats dancing. Julio was great to work with leading up to our wedding and even had some insights into things other couples had done to heighten the energy. We are very thankful for having him on our big day!

Hiring Flipside was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! They were beyond fabulous, not one person left the dance floor ALL NIGHT - I'm not kidding. Highly recommend adding horns to the band as well. Corin was incredible to work with, and Flipside made the energy of our night unbeatable.

I wish I could give Neon Lighthouse more than 5 stars! They were my husband's and my wedding band this past July, but we first saw them play at a friend's wedding a couple of years prior, and we knew they would be the first band we'd check out when it was our turn to get married! They were UNFORGETTABLE. The dance floor was packed the. entire. time. they played. Only time people took a bathroom break was when the bank took a break :) The band members were so interactive with our wedding guests and poured their heart and soul into their music... I just can't say enough about Neon Lighthouse, and neither could our guests! The communication was professional and timely, and everyone affiliated with the band, from management to the musicians, was really easy and enjoyable to work with! My husband's sister is getting married in September 2024, and she and her fiancé have already booked them for their own wedding after seeing them preform at ours!

Tom and David were THE BEST!!!! Tom Pendergast played the guitar for our ceremony and cocktail hour and not only could he play all the songs I was looking for during the ceremony (Lover by Taylor Swift was PERFECT), but he also absolutely rocked the garden party wedding theme during the cocktail hour with his covers. All of our guests said he was amazing! David Landeta was our DJ for our reception and he CRUSHED it! He spent so much time leading up to the big day working with me on having the perfect music for dancing, for days after the event our friends were texting us saying how great he was!

They are incredibly talented musicians, but they are also adept at reading the crowd -- they found the right song for each moment, to keep the energy going. They made the night SO fun. Oh my goodness what a night! The Flipside band was incredible. Everyone loved them. In fact, I have lost count of how many times I have heard, "the best wedding band -- ever.” And then there was… “this is the best wedding I have ever been to.” What a talented group of musicians and singers you all are. FLIPSIDE IS AWESOME. Worth every penny. Corin and the band made our wedding day SO amazing. EVERYONE has been raving about them (and still are talking about them) and even during the beginning of the reception people were running over to our table and telling us how amazing they were. Super interactive and just know what to play at what time. I am in awe every time I watch a video with the band in the background!! I just want to replay the whole day again!

We had Flipside play at our wedding in Newport and they were absolutely electric. Our guests were on the dancefloor all night and the band nailed all of our personal selections and musical taste. Flipside was an incredible band at our wedding. When it comes to planning, Corin was extremely responsive and adapted to any and all requests. He was professional at all times. The band also has a very impressive song list, which allowed us to tailor the music to our taste how we wanted. They also offer learning a few songs for the wedding, which is comforting. Prior to the wedding, Corin gave us multiple opportunities to go see him and the band play. They are local to the Boston area and do many gigs so if you want to see the band, you have opportunities. I went to three of his gigs before our wedding came along and was totally confident in the band, which was comforting. Now the good stuff - the wedding. The band sounds CLEAN. A lot of times a band will sound “a little off” and your not sure why. Well, that is usually because the members of the band are all slightly out of time with each other. This is not Flipside. They show their decades experience by playing songs exactly in time, making all the music sound extremely clean and just like the ones themselves. Then we get to the vocals.. those lead singers can recreate any song perfectly. I had to turn around a few times because it literally sounded like the studio version of the song. Their stage presence was entertaining and they made our night very special. We can’t recommend Flipside enough.

We hired Flipside as our band and they did not disappoint! We considered the band to be one of the most important parts of our wedding so we are grading this performance on a tough curve. The entire band was so incredible! From picking music, to making sure that they kept people dancing, to having fun on the dance floor with us—Flipside kept our wedding fun all night long. Even better, planning with them was also a breeze and nothing went wrong. Would highly recommend if you want your wedding to be an epic dance party with amazing music.

Murray Hill Talent was excellent from start to finish. Tom and Paul paired my husband and I with the perfect musician based on our requests and were kind and responsive throughout the process. Our musician Felix Herbst was fantastic and the dancing never stopped! He played the violin and Djed for our ceremony and we continue to get compliments on how great Felix was. We hired Julio Garcia as our wedding DJ, and he was amazing! I'm Dominican and my wife is not, so we knew we wanted a DJ who could play a good mix of music in Spanish and English. From the beginning Julio was super passionate and enthusiastic. He got the vibe just right, and our guests had an amazing time. Julio was also a great MC, and our guests loved him. We danced the entire night, it was so much fun. I highly recommend Julio!

We booked Flipside for our wedding, and I cannot say enough good things. They had been recommended to us, but all of their videos and reviews could never do them justice. They were AMAZING! We had given them an idea of songs that we liked for reference but the playlist they put together was unreal. From the time they started playing to the end of the night we had every guest on the dance floor, and I can’t even count the amount of compliments we’ve received on how great the band was. We can be picky with music and they blew us away - if you’re going to hire a band for your wedding you need to use Flipside!!!!

We hired Infinity Strings to play during our pre-ceremony gathering, ceremony and cocktail hour. We asked for a range of music and moods -- from the classics to a Bridgerton-style take on contemporary favorites. We even asked them to learn a new piece for our processional. During cocktail hour, they even fielded unexpected requests from our guests (Rolling Stones, anyone?). The string quartet, led by Chris, far exceeded our expectations in every respect. Beyond their beautiful playing, they were highly professional, easy to work with, flexible and capable across all that was asked of them, and just the right touch to make our event extra special. We recommend them without hesitation.

We asked a lot of Murray Hill for our wedding, and they delivered! DJ Julio Garcia was perfect, balancing our eclectic requests and making our families and friends feel at home with his Spanish and English intros, etc. throughout the evening. Tom Pendergast's coordination was very helpful, and his classical guitar was just right for our ceremony. Ken Freeman's skilled singing and guitar for hors d'oeuvres helped guests relax and enjoy themselves, while Mariachi Mexico Lindo captivated our attention during dessert (albeit planned for dinner) and got so many of us singing along. Music was one of my top priorities for the big day, and I am very grateful that Murray Hill made all of these options possible.
