Scott from Murray Hill was the DJ for our wedding. He was super accommodating for all our requests, as well as our venues (even the night of.. when our 9 year old niece begged to sing, he found a karaoke track to play, no problem). The music was a perfect mix and everyone had a blast dancing the entire night. He followed our requests, offered some suggestions during our meeting beforehand, and was in tune with the vibes the whole night. He was professional and not overly performative, exactly what we wanted in a DJ. Thanks, Scott!!

Our DJ Scott was amazing throughout the night. He kept the dance floor packed and played hit after hit for all of the generations present. Many people told me they had a hard time leaving the floor because each time they tried, another good song would come on. Scott also did a great job mixing songs to keep people engaged! His energy was spot on! There were a few issues though. First, I wanted a specific song and wanted to enter at a specific point in the song. In our final meeting, Scott told me he knew exactly what song I wanted and would play it in time with my entrance. Unfortunately, it was the wrong version. No big deal, it was still the song and I barely remember it, The second issue was that my name was mispronounced all night. Now, this could be on my husband and I as well seeing as we did not say anything the first time, but still was annoying to enter the wedding with the wrong name. All in all, Scott was wonderful aside from a few blips!

Our DJ Scott was amazing throughout the entire process. He was so friendly, professional and quick to answer emails. Our dance floor was full the entire night. We have received so many compliments on our music. Thank you Scott for the most memorable night!

The music was a really important focal point for us at our wedding, and we had a specific vibe and genre we wanted to focus on. Our DJ, Niko absolutely knocked it out of the park. The dance floor was packed the whole time, with older relatives, little kids and everyone in between. We will never forget how much fun we had on the dance floor at our wedding. We recently hired Murray Hill Talent for our wedding in May 2023 at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester. We had infinity strings perform for our ceremony/cocktail hour and then had Scott as our DJ for the reception. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with. The string music was beautiful and Scott had literally all of our guests on the dance floor all night. We told him we wanted a party and he delivered! Would recommend this company, they were great.

DJ Dakeya Christmas was professional, warm, and very receptive to our music requests/preferences. He was very clearly experienced in sensing the mood of the audience and getting our guests out of their seats and onto the dance floor during the reception. He was a joy to work with!

We were thrilled to have Dakeya Christmas as our DJ through Murray Hill Talent! We had a fusion Pakistani wedding in June 2022. We searched for a very long time for the perfect DJ, and wanted someone who would play music that would keep our guests dancing and the dancefloor full all night long. Dakeya not only met our expectations, he blew them out of the water! From the beginning, Dakeya was available to answer our questions and walk us through the process. He made it easy by letting us share Spotify playlists for our various wedding events. We had separate playlists and musical vibes for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Dakeya executed the music for each event perfectly. Dakeya was also an excellent emcee! It was very important to us that we had an energetic atmosphere for our reception. So, most importantly, Dakeya took my suggested playlist and curated the perfect mix for our dancefloor. He played hit after hit, and people stayed dancing all night. We had several people compliment us on our DJ selection. Many guests remarked months after the wedding how much they had enjoyed dancing at our wedding. He was amazing on the wedding night and all of our guests raved about how excellent the music was. I would recommend Scott for any wedding where guests love to dance!

At our wedding, Brendan was incredible! He kept everyone dancing, even across multiple generations of guests. He was wonderfully calm and easy to work with, both leading up to the wedding and day-of. We found Murray Hill Talent through our venue, Regatta Place, and we are so grateful that we did. Knowing that we were looking for a band, they had some great selections to choose from and we ended up going with Redline - which are the absolute best of the best! First of all, one of their lead singers Ellie is a true powerhouse of vocals, fun, and could keep the party going! Cory in the main office, and Corin the band leader helped immensely with organization, timeline for the evening, and keeping it all running smoothly. The whole Redline band was absolutely incredible and we got some many compliments from our guests on how great they were! Thank you to all of the band members for a fabulous wedding party!

We worked with Brian D for our wedding back in October 2022. We had an incredible evening filled with all the music we wanted to hear! Brian kept the night on schedule and even a little ahead which gave us more time for dancing. We highly recommend working with this company, their communication was amazing throughout the whole process and we had a few phone calls with our DJ beforehand to discuss our music and lighting preferences.

Dakeya was amazing!! From the moment we first talked on the phone with Dakeya, we knew he was the perfect fit for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, he was always available if we had questions. We booked Scott Arrington with Murray Hill as the DJ for our wedding and decided to add Tom Pendergast as a guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Both did an amazing job. Tom took our requests for the ceremony music and kept the cocktail hour fun. Scott did an amazing job for the rest of the night. He shared an easy form for us to fill out ahead with dos and donts for our wedding. He took all of our requests and created a similar vibe for the rest of the songs. We got so many compliments on how great he was, knowing when and how to get everyone up and dancing. He was so easy to work with and helped make our wedding exactly what we pictured. We hired Murray Hill Talent (specifically Brian) for our wedding and at State Room in Boston and he was amazing. Cory, the owner was great to work with and gave us information on their different DJs. We were able to set up phone calls to meet the ones we selected, but we spoke to Brian and immediately knew he was the right fit. He kept our guests dancing the entire night and we had so many comments about how much fun everyone had and how many people (across all generations) were on the dance floor. We had several pre-wedding meetings that allowed the day of to be completely stress-free. Julio was our DJ for our wedding and he was awesome! He was easy to work with and made the night a ton of fun!

We hired Murray Hill for our entertainment at our wedding. They helped connect us with Brian Delac as our DJ. The MH team as well as Brian were all very friendly, responsive, and professional. Brian arranged multiple phone calls with us as well as providing us with surveys so we could share exactly what we wanted for our DJ/music. On the day, everything went extremely smooth with our music. Brian was great and guests even commented on his friendly demeanor and professionalism.

We absolutely LOVED working with Brendan for our wedding! He was incredibly professional, experienced, and knew how to bring a great party effortlessly. Murray Hill was among a short list of vendors recommended to us by our venue. We looked through their list of DJs and ended up meeting a couple, eventually deciding to go with Felix Herbst. Felix was amazing to work with, and we were so thrilled with how everything ended up. From our first meeting, it felt like he really listened to us and what we wanted (and importantly, what we didn't want) and his goal and priority was to make us happy. Other DJs we talked to were so focused on the party, but we wanted a more laid-back tone and Felix totally got that. From the violin played for the processional, to the music during the cocktail hour and reception, and including the dancing portion, the music was always fun but never over the top or too loud. Felix was respectful of our request to keep the volume slightly lower, both so we could enjoy talking to our guests and also to accommodate some guests with sensory issues. He did the perfect amount of emceeing, keeping guests aware of what was going on and guiding the party along, but never felt like he took over or was trying to be the center of the party. He made us different versions of our first dance song to choose from, worked with us to create the perfect cut of our entrance song, and was always so responsive and easy to work with. He even checked in with us a few times during the wedding to make sure we were happy and ask if we wanted to hear anything specific. We absolutely loved working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic DJ!

Murray Hill Talent is an absolutely amazing band/DJ company. Corin was able to make our vision of part live music / part DJ come to life perfectly, and the music (and uplighting!) was perfect for our event. We had a violinst, guitarist, and saxaphonist throughout the day and Brian was our DJ for the full event. We completed forms of what songs we wanted when but then Brian called us to make sure everything was right and we were on the same page ahead of the big day. During our event, he read the room perfectly and played the perfect music that kept people dancing right until we had to stop. We had a mixup with announcements (bridal party went to seats instead of waiting to be announced) and Brian adjusted on the fly and made it perfect. Murray Hill Talent can truly make your music/lighting vision come true, and they helped make our wedding perfect!

Book Brian for your wedding ASAP. He DJ'd our reception on April 2nd, 2022 and he is largely to thank for the most fun night of my life. He was SO invested in playing the music we wanted in the lead-up to the wedding, we sent him a list of hundreds of suggestions and he did an amazing job of using tons of our picks plus adding some of his own to make sure the music appealed to all our guests. The dance floor was packed from 9:30-1am and people are still talking about how fun it was weeks later. We couldn't be happier our planner Katydyd Events recommended Brian and would definitely recommend him!

Murray Hill Talent is a must have! We had "Flipside" the band for our wedding and they were amazing! Corin was our point of contact, he was the best... extremely helpful, honest and so talented! We also had them perform at our ceremony & cocktail hour! Everyone enjoyed the music and was on their feet!

We used Bob as a pianist during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. We requested a few specific Queen songs for our ceremony and Bob had no issue learning the music. We had our ceremony outside and he had no problem working with our DJs and setting up an eletronic keyboard. For the cocktail hour we requested some Jazz music, and his music was delightful. Overall, Bob was very easy to work with, flexible, and accomodating to our requests. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone for their wedding!

Our wedding dance party was very important to us and DJ Brian Delac lit it up more than we could have ever expected! He took time to talk to us about our music tastes (which are a wide range from Whitney, Sinatra, and EDM) and somehow he got it just right and kept the party going catering to ALL of our wedding guests! Scott Arrington did the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music for our recent wedding. We were able to talk with him prior to booking to give him our music vibe and confirm that he would be a good fit. A few weeks before the wedding we were able to submit all of our song requests and we confirmed all of the requests in a phone call a week before the wedding. He included every single request and completely followed our vibe of music. He chose additional songs that played to the crowd and kept people singing and dancing. All of our guests commented on how much they loved the music and how much fun they had. He was very professional and organized and helped us to have a stress free wedding day. Overall would definitely recommend Murray Hill Talent and especially Scott Arrington!

We hired Zeke Stern for our wedding and I cannot recommend him enough. A wedding DJ can truly make or break the reception. A bad DJ can ruin everything. But with Zeke, the morning after everyone raved about how awesome our DJ was. We had very specific, detailed instructions for our music because we wanted to avoid the possibility that our reception would not be a non-stop dance party. Many of friends warned that they had also done this, but the day of, the DJ went rogue and completely ignored the instructions. But Zeke isn't like other DJs - he's there to serve his clients and give them what they want. We did not want a boisterous DJ who was going to make the reception his own concert or show. Zeke respected our wishes and absolutely KILLED IT. Even when our reception went off schedule a bit, Zeke read the room and knew which songs to play to keep the party going. That combination of taking instructions well and also having good intuition and judgment is rare, and it is such an important skillset to have to be a good wedding DJ. Zeke was also so easy to work with - extremely kind and very calm. I cannot recommend him enough.

Scott was AMAZING! I honestly cannot say enough good things; everyone of all ages had a total blast at our wedding. He completely listened to all of our “must play”/ “do not play” requests and he chose an awesome playlist of music that kept people on the dance floor all night - truly perfect! I don’t think there was a single song that made people want to sit down. We spoke with Scott the week of our wedding to go over everything and he was super detail oriented. He made sure he pronounced everyone’s names correctly, took the time to listen to our preferences and made us feel so comfortable. He has a great personality and was beyond easy to work with. If you are considering Scott, don’t give it a second thought. My husband and I agreed that he could not have done any better and should we need a DJ again in the future, we know where to look. Thank you Scott for making our night SO much fun!

Thank you to DJ Felix Herbst for everything he did for our wedding! Our original DJ had to back out last minute due to a medical emergency, but he connected us to Cory at Murray Hill Talent who quickly set us up with Felix who did an amazing job at our wedding. Felix kept things running smoothly and made appropriate announcements and intros, but he was never cheesy or annoying like some other wedding DJs! His music selections were perfect and totally got the vibe we were going for. He also accommodated all of our weird and very specific requests. Felix was just great, and we loved working with him! He made an already special day even more special. :-)

Coordinated everything so smoothly. Our wedding went off without a single issue. The team was always extremely professional and timely in their responses, particularly during COVID with changing circumstances. Very impressed

Planning the DJ was by far the EASIEST part of our wedding thanks to Murray Hill Talent. Paul provided several highly qualified DJs for us to interview. We chose Felix to be our DJ (and ceremony/cocktail hour violinist!) and could not have been any happier. What a talented and organized person! Our guests could not stop commenting on how much they enjoyed the DJ/Violinist. Both Paul and Felix were incredibly responsive and flexible. Felix setup several phone calls to review our music selection and sent us samples to listen to and to practice timing. If we could give 6 stars we would.

Murray Hill was so great to work with! Through them we hired Chris to sing and play guitar for our ceremony and cocktail hour and then Dakeya to DJ for the reception. Unfortunately we only really got to hear Chris during the ceremony because we took photos during cocktail hour, but I loved what I did hear and he was so talented that I wish we could’ve listened to him for hours. We spend more time with Dakeya and we also highly recommend him! He was SO friendly and did a great job playing a variety of music and also getting people out on the dance floor. He also was attentive to playing requests, and simultaneously kindly turning down the requests that we had on our “do not play” list, haha. Great day overall!!

Zeke was our wedding DJ and he was wonderful! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night! He made sure to reach out to us a few days before the wedding to ensure he had all the pronunciations correct and make sure he was able to uphold all of our requests. Zeke delivered far beyond our expectations. The DJ is such a big part of the wedding reception and we could not have been happier to have chosen Zeke to play such a big role in our day. We would definitely recommend him for any of your events!

We couldn't have been happier with Murray Hill! We worked with Tom Pendergast to secure the band Search Party for our wedding and he was extremely kind and easy to work with. We also had Tom play acoustic guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour and he was absolutely amazing! He played all of our requested ceremony songs and completely knocked them out of the park. We also can't recommend Search Party enough. They kept everyone on the dance floor all night and every person in the band is incredibly talented. Everyone couldn't stop raving about how talented and fun they were.

Murray Hill was great to work with! We had DJ Brian Delac and he did an amazing job. We had people out on the dance floor all night long. We had a wide range of age in our guest list and he made sure there was something for everyone. I especially appreciated that he just focused on playing the music and never really interrupted the flow of the night with speaking over songs. He perfectly understood the vibe we were going for with the dinner music playlist and then dancing.

I cannot say enough good things about Murray Hill talent. I had Eastern Standard at my ceremony and cocktail hour and DJ Scott Arrington for my reception. All my guests were raving about both! They listened to exactly what I wanted through only a few phone calls and emails and nailed it! Eastern standard did such a good job at the beginning of the day and Scott absolutely killed it at the reception. He kept everyone from every age group dancing all night. I didn’t leave the dance floor once! I could not be more grateful for their hard work (even though they made it look so easy!). You must use them for your next event, it’s a no brainer! Where do I begin!!! If you are considering a band for your wedding, BOOK them now! My husband and I were originally supposed to get married July 17th 2020 with 275 people and due to Covid... that didn't happen. We originally hired Murray Hill Talent for a 10 piece band and we were really nervous when we realized our dream wedding wasn't going to happen but also that we were going to potentially loose thousands in deposits. After planning what felt like 10 backup plans, we decided to move forward and get married with immediate family + bridal party in on a sailboat August 15th 2020. We reached out to Murray Hill to see if we could use our deposit to hire a person for ceremony/reception and they truly went above and beyond to help us out. Corin was AMAZING!!! Not only did he make me feel completely at ease about the whole process, but he also let me know he would handle all the music selections if I was feeling overwhelmed (which I was). Because we were getting married on a sailboat, he suggested I come out to "Here comes the sun" since there wasn't an aisle for me to walk down... which was PERFECT! Overall, the music selection was incredible. Not only did he play all the classics but he even mixed in some Aviciiwhich was an amazing surprise (our favorite). I can't say enough great things about my experience with Corin/Marnie and the Murray Hill Team!

Scott Arrington was the DJ for our 12/28 wedding and everything went perfectly. He instantly understood the type of music and night we were looking to have and we didn't have to worry about the music selection for one second. He was professional and the dance floor was packed the whole night. We are very grateful that we chose Murray Hill Talent and would highly recommend!

Scott was the DJ at our wedding on 12/21 and I can’t recommend him enough. He was wonderful about checking in with us to find out our music preferences and we really feel like he listened and incorporated our requests and preferences into his music selection. Scott arrived exactly when he said he would, and was set up in plenty of time for the wedding to start. He was very professional throughout our entire experience with him. The dance floor was full all night, and everyone (including us) had so much fun! People keep telling us our wedding was the best wedding they’d ever been to and I think that has a lot to do with Scott’s DJing! If you want to make sure your guests dance all night, hire Scott as your DJ!

Brian Delac was our DJ and he was absolutely excellent. He was super easy to work with leading up to the wedding and we felt totally comfortable with him from our first meeting. Brian played excellent music during both dinner and dancing. We have heard from so many guests how much they loved the music as well as how professional Brian was - not self-promoting, and contributing rather than detracting from the energy of the evening. It sounds like he handled requests well too, and even humored us with one more song at the end of the night. We (and our guests) highly recommend Brian!

Dakeya was incredible, really engaged and was able to read the room and play music that kept up the energy all night! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a collaborative and easy DJ to work with.

We had Scott Arrington DJ both our ceremony & reception, and he was *outstanding*. In planning conversations he was articulate and professional. We felt he immediately formed a good sense for what we wanted, and he certainly had. The ceremony went beautifully: he had our officiant mic'ed up and the processional & recessional music was on cue. Cocktail hour and dinner music was at a perfect volume and on theme (we'd asked for New Orleans style brass band music for cocktails and guests loved the selections). When the dancing started, Scott kept it going for hours. He integrated our selections into a mix of other great tracks and kept the energy at just the right level the whole night. We had an amazing time on the dance floor and highly recommend Scott!

Brian Delac did a FANTASTIC job and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! We gave him a list of our favorite genres and some songs and he created the best playlist. We also gave him a do not play list which he did adhere to as well. He read the crowd well and kept the night moving seamlessly. Brian makes sure every detail is covered in the initial phone call and even made some last minute adjustments for us. He did an excellent job!

My wife and I were lucky enough to have DJ Scott Arrington from Murray Hill Talent. From the first phone conversation we had with Scott we both felt he would be great. He was professional, knowledgable and he was extremely easy to talk to. He was understanding and accepting to all of our requests and had all the right questions for us that we didn't even think to ask. The wedding was no different. He was perfect!

We hired Scott Arrington for our wedding as he ran the PA for our ceremony and DJ'ed the reception. We could not be happier with our experience. Scott worked with us to balance our song requests to ensure we had the right flow to our wedding. I am pretty particular about thing but I am BEYOND happy with the services by Zeke and Tom. Tom played the perfect ceremony music as well as cocktail hour. He just knew everyone’s vibe. And Zeke outdid himself at the reception. He knew we wanted short first dance songs and we’ll ask the parent songs. He picked up on everyone’s vibe, and I never had to tell him what to play. We had ages from 8-83 and not one person complained about the music. Both were TRULY AMAZING! Do not hesitate to book them. They are quick to respond, and extremely easy to work with. Zeke from Murray Hill DJ'd our wedding reception and he was exceptional. We highly recommend! He was professional and talented. He kept the dance floor more than packed for four hours - our guests are still talking about it! I can't think of a single moment where I thought, "oh I hope he'll play this song" because he was so on top of it. We gave a short list of songs we love, but ultimately asked for music that would span generations and people could sing to. He nailed it! Our introductions were fun without being over the top and Zeke was always punctual and organized. Thank you!

Thanks to our DJ, Trey, and Murray Hill talent, everyone at our wedding was on the dance floor all night long. Cory was great booking Trey and even a photobooth. Very responsive and professional. I used Murray Hill Talent for my wedding DJ, and was beyond happy. We ended up going with Zeke who was AMAZING. From the initial planning/prepping and the ease of working with Murray Hill, getting options of DJs, selecting Zeke, then working with Zeke, it was all so easy. I was being a little bridezilla b/c music can make or break a wedding... and had a million questions and notes for Zeke. I was coordinating a ceremony ukulele player, but wanted a certain song for the aisle walk, needed assistance with a family member playing during reception, needing coordination on a few other logistical things, and Zeke just figured it all out. Then at the wedding itself, it went so smoothly, and I received SO MANY compliments on how he was playing "hit after hit".. The dance floor filled up way earlier than intended, and stayed full. He took song requests, felt the crowd's vibe, and just KILLED IT. I would recommend him and Murray Hill 1000x over.

Murray Hill Talent provided an effortless experience. They hooked us up with Sheldon who was AWESOME. All my guests loved him and he was a pleasure to work with. It seemed as though he had a great time too which kept us partying hard. He didnt mind if I threw some last minute things his way. We chatted a lot before the wedding and he always had his notes prepared for the phone calls. There were a few times I went up to request a song and it was THE NEXT ONE ON THE LIST. So unofficially I declare Sheldon a mind reader!

Marc Anthony did a phenomenal job! He Rocked it! We couldn't be more pleased with the music he played on our wedding night. He was awesome and made our day so memorable! The dance floor was full the entire night and we had people of all ages up dancing. He played a wide range of songs that were well received by all and no one felt left out. He did a great job transitioning music from one event to the next such as intros to first dance to speeches. We had a ton of guests asking us for his name and what DJ company he was a part of. Marc was professional and really easy going to work with. He was reliable and always available to go over logistics. He made the process fun and we had a blast creating a playlist with him! He even provided great words of encouragement to our Best Man and MOH right before their speeches that helped give them that extra boost of confidence they needed. He and Murray Hill were super helpful in providing good song list recommendations for certain events such as cake cutting or parent dances. It really helped keep us focused on finding the perfect song for each part of our wedding night. You can tell he has a trained eye for observing how the audience is responding to songs and is very talented in being able to cater the music to what the crowd wants to hear. So many of our guests had a blast and danced the night away. They even joked it took them a few days to recover from having so much fun. Our wedding coordinator at the venue said she hadn't seen a dance floor that crowded probably in the last five years and they host weddings all the time. Our photographer also noted he did a great job getting so much energy moving in the room. You could really tell people genuinely were enjoying themselves. We're so fortunate we found a DJ that made our wedding night so much fun for ourselves and all our guests! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a solid DJ with a terrific personality! A+ in our book!

We were fortunate to have booked dj Zeke Stern for our daughters wedding at the Newport Beach House. His transition of music during the ceremony was seamless and the dance floor was literally full all night. He was respectful, unobtrusive and professional...exactly what our daughter and her husband wanted. We would highly recommend Zeke and Murray Hill Talent for any of their services.

My husband and I got married in Killington VT in July 2019. We currently live in south jersey, so we chose most of our vendors from past reviews. We researched for months to try to find a band for our special day. We came across Murray Hill Talent and the band Closing Time while searching online. We watched videos of the band and instantly knew we wanted them! My husband emailed Murray Hill Talent to get a quote and they emailed back right away. We decided to go with the band Closing Time and we are so incredibly glad we did! Ryan the manager/lead singer was in contact with us via email and then called us the week before our wedding to iron out all the details. Ryan was very easygoing and great to deal with! The band was absolutely AMAZING and had all of our wedding guests on the dance floor all night long! I remember looking out at the tables and not one person was sitting! They played all the right songs and guests later raved about how good they were. To us, having good music was such an important part of our big day and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! You guys rock!!

Scott was AMAZING at my wedding a few weeks ago. My husband and I had the best time - he listened to everything we asked, read the room and really did an amazing job keeping the party going. People were on the dance floor until the wedding was over which exactly what we wanted. Scott and Murray Hill Talent are incredible - highly recommend.

I can't say enough about how great Corin and Flipside were at our June wedding. They learned and did an absolutely killer version of "Everywhere" for our first dance that had everyone clapping and surrounding the dance floor - it is one our favorite memories from our whole day. They kept everyone dancing all night long - including people I've never seen dance before. We had a smaller group of Flipside folks play during cocktail hour and they also did a fantastic job. Booking Flipside was one of the easiest and best decisions we made. They are absolute pros and amazing musicians.

To preface this review: when looking for vendors, it was difficult to choose because I felt like everyone had 5 stars (I assumed because every bride thinks her wedding is the best wedding ever, fair enough!). I came across Murray Hill Talent when looking for a combination of live music and DJ for my ceremony/wedding, and after hopping on the phone with them they were so easy going yet professional I knew we would be in good hands. Honestly, Murray Hill Talent is worth every star (and then some). They were so easy to work with and were incredible professionals who made our night an absolute blast. We worked with Tom Pendergast and Scott Arrington. Both were very easy to communicate with, understood our goals after a simple phone call, and made our wedding an incredible experience. Tom Pendergast played acoustic guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour and was fantastic. He was willing to learn several songs for our procession/recession to create just the vibe we wanted, and our guests raved about him during the cocktail hour. Scott Arrington was our DJ and couldn't have been better. Our dance floor was packed the entire evening (dare I say, it was the best wedding ever?). Murray Hill Talent, Scott & Tom were true professionals and I'd highly recommend them.

Brian Delac was an essential and true highlight to our celebration. So easy and fun to work with. He knows his craft. He’s super attentive to the style and flow of the night. He made sure everyone had fun and danced it up. We heard from so many guests how much they loved Brian.

We loved having Tom Pendergast play the guitar for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. He is so talented and really added a nice touch to the evening. He was also so great to work with during the planning process, always willing to to talk and answer any of our questions. Scott Arrington was our DJ and he did a fabulous job. Many friends and family members remarked on how great the music was and the dance floor was always packed!

After a lengthy band search for our July 2019 wedding we chose Flipside and Murry Hill Talent. The communication leading up to our event was the perfect amount and Corin the bands leader quickly answered all of our questions. Their performance at the wedding was so organized and seamless. They drew rave reviews from each of our guests. Our caterer asked where we found Flipside and said they were the best wedding band she’s ever seen perform. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. We highly recommend Flipside to anyone looking for a wedding band.

Closing Time was a top-notch professional six piece band for me and wife's wedding. Couldn't recommend them more. Not only was the band great, but those at Murray Hill talent who helped me book everything were super helpful.

We used Murray Hill Talent for our ceremony and cocktail hour music (violinist and guitarist) and used Dakeya Christmas as our DJ for our reception. Definitely ALL positive things to say for working with them!! Tom Pendergast coordinated and performed for the ceremony/cocktail hour and was easy to work with. He also did us a huge favor by helping our two friends who were performing a song during our ceremony make sure that they had the right equipment just days before our wedding. As for Dakeya - we could not have been happier with having him as our DJ. First off, he has a great personality - he is super courteous, patient, and helpful during the planning meetings, and during the wedding he was polite and subdued - he didn't make anything about himself which some DJs in the industry definitely can do. He also is VERY talented when it comes to DJ-ing and really knows how to please everyone with music while also keeping in mind what the bride & groom requested. One of our friends said it was the "best dance floor he had ever been on". Would 10/10 recommend using Murray Hill Talent and specifically Dakeya as your DJ!

I worked with Murray Hill Talent to have Scott Arrington DJ my wedding and they were wonderful. Our wedding was outdoors in a park and I wanted to get a microphone setup and music for the ceremony. After talking to Murray Hill, they added a solo guitarist to my contract for only a $200 more, which added such a special touch to the ceremony and also allowed all of our guests to hear through the wireless mic setup. We loved working with our DJ Scott and he got our intentions for a fun reception without cheesy music. We gave him a few songs that we wanted to hear and he went off that to choose the other music which was perfect. He played Hava Nagila at the right time which brought everyone to the dance floor and kept them there all night! He was also super responsive in the months and weeks before the wedding. Murray Hill was a great value and the service was amazing. I would recommend them and Scott to anyone!

Scott Arrington was our DJ and he did an amazing job! He kept the young and old dancing all night. He even incorporated some traditional Portuguese music for us. All in all a great guy and he made our wedding awesome.

Where do I begin with Murray Hill Talent - when we first inquired with them for our wedding we were paired with Scott Arrington. Scott is an absolutely blast! He is super professional from the first meeting until the day of. He ensures you have every detailed covered - even details you might not think about. My husband and I had a few specific requests and he hit every single one of them right on the money! Scott kept our day moving, from ceremony to last dance (checking in with us periodically to make sure we were happy with the way the day was moving) and kept everyone and I mean everyone on the dance floor! Everyone had an absolute blast and gave us a ton of compliments on how great our DJ was! I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am that we were paired with Scott and how wonderful it was working with him!

I was so worried about trusting a stranger with the music for my wedding, but Murray Hill seemed like the right people to turn to. Zeke Stern was an EXCELLENT DJ; very professional, on time, organized, and EXTREMELY understanding of what I wanted. He handled my last-minute changes for our isle and cake-cutting songs with grace, played EXACTLY what I wanted for dinner, and worked within my bizarre musical tastes for a perfect night of dancing with my family and friends. He even played some unexpected but PERFECT songs to get everyone moving.

Scott Arrington was awesome! We pretty much said play whatever gets people on the dance floor and keeps them there and he did just that! Ceremony and dinner music selections were great too. He was not one of those obnoxious djs on the mic the whole time making the day about them. He was respectful, professional, and helped to make the day absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!!

We had worked with Scott for our wedding day and it was by far the best decision! Scott listened to exactly the kind of music we wanted played at our wedding and had everyone up and dancing the whole night. Scott was extremely professional and helpful though-out the whole process and we would highly recommended him for any future event :)

We worked with Scott Arrington for our wedding day, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly! From our first call, we could tell he was on the same page with us with regard to the tone of our wedding and the kind of music we were looking for. Because I can’t help myself and organize everything to death, we provided him with a few playlists: one for the songs with purposes like what I’d be walking down the aisle to, entrance music, cake cutting song, etc., one with “must plays” for the reception, and another with music requested by our guests. We told him to use his best judgment with what to play when outside of the required songs, and he nailed it! We also told him not to accept song request from certain artists on our “do not play” list, and one of our wedding guests thought it would be fun to quiz him and occasionally ask to play one of those songs throughout the night. It came as no surprise that he never did play those songs and held up his end of the deal (and Scott - we’re sorry about that guest bugging you :)). We had a wonderful experience with Scott, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for music for their wedding day!

Unfortunately I did not end up working with Murray Hill Talent but they were so helpful and professional in guiding me towards what I need for my wedding. Cory was great and Murray Hill is on the top of my list next time I need a DJ.

Murray Hill Talent was amazing! We had both a DJ and a photo booth at our wedding. They were highly professional and worked with us to ensure everything was just the way we wanted it for our big day. Our DJ, Scott, was highly attentive, punctual, and a true professional throughout the evening and flexed with us as we made song requests or needed to adjust the schedule. Paul, who ran our photo booth, was equally attentive to our needs and ensured our funnest moments were captured. Everyone loved the photo booth and it really added to the evening's events. I would highly recommend Murray Hill Talent to my friends and family in the future!

I had researched many bands for my wedding day and I am BEYOND thrilled we chose Flipside. Flipside was the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. Our number 1 priority and “must” was an exceptional band. Flipside BLEW US AWAY! They were out of this world!!! The band has talented musicians and exceptional singers. Flipside got the party started the second we were in the venue. Corin, the band leader communicated with us via email promptly and professionally right up until a few days before my wedding. He knew how important it was for me to have an outstanding band that could play all different types of music while still accommodating our Irish traditions. Corin recommended an electric fiddle as an addition to the band for about an hour –she was AMAZING. He also would send us videos from time to time months before the big day of Flipside playing at recent wedding venues or preforming an Irish classic which really made me confident he was hearing just how important the different generes of music was to my family and I! He is truly a professional and went above and beyond by recommending songs, showing us the bands talent whenever he saw fit, emailing promptly and accommodating all of my requests. I am so happy with them I would hire them again in a second for another event!! Everyone was asking who the band was! They were the best band I ever heard at a wedding and everyone was up dancing. I would HIGHLY recommend Flipside.

I don’t even know where to begin raving about our experience with Murray Hill! From start to finish, from billing to coordinating to the wedding itself, it was incredible. DJ Brian Dulac DJ’d our wedding last weekend and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Brian kept our (huge) wedding party organized for all entrances and speeches, he worked directly with our day of coordinator to make sure all of the moving pieces stayed in sync, and best of all the dance floor was PACKED the entire night (and we had a crowd ranging in age from early 20’s ro early 80’s) We have heard from multiple guests who said our wedding was the most fun wedding they’ve been to! Brian, thank you for making our wedding better than we could have imagined and completely stress free for me! Picking a DJ is tough, there are many to choose from out there. What set Murray Hill aside when originally picking a company were the personal videos each DJ has on their website, these really let us get to know the DJ’a before picking who we were going to use.

Marc Anthony was the DJ at our wedding and he was fantastic! When we first began planning our wedding, we didn't know if we wanted to have a DJ at all. However, we are thrilled that we ended up going with Marc Anthony and Murray Hill Talent. It was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. Marc was easy to work with, communicative, and understood the musical vibe we were going for -- with all our quirks included. He was also incredibly invaluable helping us transition throughout the night. From the moment he began playing music until the end of the night, the dance floor was packed with guests of all ages. He read the room flawlessly and kept guests engaged and excited - including our 90 year old grandfather who could not stop dancing! Marc is a true gentleman who deeply cares about his clients -- he was sincere, energetic, and emotionally invested in the festivities through the evening. He joined guests on the dance floor, and felt like part of the family by the end of the night!

We had a great experience with Murray Hill Talent and DJ Scott Arrington, and would recommend to couples in search of wedding entertainment. Scott was willing to meet near our apartment in Boston, get to know us, learn about our approach to the wedding (laid back) and our likes and dislikes. He is very personable, reassuring, insightful, has enormous musical knowledge, great instincts, and puts you at ease. It's important to mention that we thought Murray Hill's quote to do the ceremony and reception was reasonable and proper in a wedding environment where pricing is exorbitant and generally insane. Leading up to the big day, Scott was prompt in answering e-mailed questions and requests, and got on the phone to make sure he understood our checklist and was all set for the ceremony/reception. The communication paid off because the music was perfect -- played at the right time, at the right volume... he read the crowd, gave people what they wanted to hear, honored our (few) requests, and kept guests dancing. Scott's clearly a humble guy, doesn't talk just to hear himself talk, is respectful of what's going on around him, and (to repeat) has sharp instincts. Best of all -- our guests complemented us on a classy evening and spot-on song list that led to maximum dancing. Can't thank MHT and DJ Scott enough!! They won't let you down.

Dakeya got us through the reception with ease as our emcee. As DJ he perfectly blended our requests with classics and modern chart toppers. People danced all night.

WOW! Hiring Murray Hill Talent for our wedding was the best decision! The Flipside band truly knocked it out of the park during our reception. They were so easy to work with and so accommodating on our song preferences. Our guests were nonstop dancing and we've been asked many times who our band was since the wedding! People cannot stop commenting on how awesome the band was. Murray Hill Talent also did a great job on our uplighting! The Flipside is a MUST for your wedding band..you will not be disappointed!!! Wow! Scott was amazing! We’re still getting complements that it was the best wedding ppl have ever been to and our DJ was so on point, the dance floor was full at all times and how great it was that he had multiple generations on the floor the whole night. I couldn’t have been happier with him. Also, his communication beforehand was unreal. He sent me the dj planner, was patient with my changes, helped me find versions of songs I liked and he really set me at ease days before when we spoke on the phone. He also helped my fiancé with finding equipment so he could perform a song. If I were to do it all again we’d choose Scott every time. Really can’t sing his praises enough. Ryan McHugh was outstanding as well. We booked him at the last minute bc i really wanted an acoustic guitarist with vocals and I couldn’t have been happier. Ryan absolutely knocked it out of the park. He instantly got in touch with his song list, helped me choose ceremony songs (which he killed) and didn’t skip a beat the entire day. Everyone raved about him. I was just so so happy with the music as a whole and can’t thank Murray hill enough! You guys rock.
