She made every step of the way with choosing the venue and vendors completely stress free. Months before the wedding, my husband and I got some surprising news! We were expecting a new addition to our family, but that meant I would be out of work. We weren’t even sure financially if we would be able to move forward with the wedding. Andi helped us readjust our budget, was super flexible, and laid out our options for us. The amount of time and stress she saved me actually saved my life- no way I could’ve done any of that with a newborn without her! We had the most beautiful wedding - intimate, loving, magical. Everything EVERYTHING was made possible because of Andi. We absolutely would not have been able to have the wedding of our dreams without Musa.

We hired them for the final three months of the wedding and it was the best decision we made in that stage of the process. In addition to handling all vendor communication, timeline design and execution and day-of coordination, Andi made herself available for any/all questions, calls, and sounding board needs and moments with me, my husband and my mom. She brought to the process immense patience, thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism. Day-of, her work and the work of her co-team member, Jen, allowed all of us to really just take in the day and stay as present and grounded as possible. At one point, me and my bridal party went to get into our car to go the venue, and the car didn't start. Like a superhero, Jen pulled up into the driveway at that exact moment, and she brought us all up to the venue. Above and beyond the call of duty. This duo was a gift to my day, and I will forever be grateful for their talent and their support.

The day of our wedding Andi and the Musa Team were so organized, prepared and handled everything. My whole bridal party remarked how amazing she was with keeping us all on schedule and coordinating with all our other vendor teams including our venue’s day of coordinator. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help navigate the wedding world and make sure our wedding day ran smooth. I recommend Musa weddings to anyone going through the wedding process!

start to finish, Andi was organized, highly communicative, and VERY patient with both me and my husband as we navigated the wedding planning process while working full-time. There is absolutely no way that our wedding would have been as incredible as it was without Andi. While I panicked as our protracted immigration situation caused the rescheduling of our wedding, the Musa Weddings team was taking care of absolutely everything, going above and beyond many times over to replan and rebook, all the while counseling and consoling us. On the day of our rescheduled wedding my mother was suddenly unable to attend because of medical complications. Again, Andi and Corey Jane sprung into action, ensuring that my mother could watch the ceremony remotely and making sure I remembered to try to enjoy my wedding day! Minus the unfortunate circumstances, Andi and Musa Weddings gave us the wedding of our dreams and were a joy to work with throughout. The care and compassion they show, and their attention to detail are unmatched, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to any couple!

Working with you was easily the best decision we made (and we have both said 1,000 times now!) and we could not have pulled this off without you.

I was on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, as I thought wedding planners were meant for folks with crazy budgets, but we decided to move forward anyway. I have not ONE regret that we did. Musa Weddings is beyond amazing. Because of the pandemic, our wedding planning was almost two years in the making, and Andi helped every step of the way - from our pandemic micro-wedding (which we surprised her with a month before and she still pulled it off) to our actual celebration. Everything ran smoothly - and if it didn't - I had (and still have) no idea. I got to relax through the entire process. Every vendor was perfect. I had folks at my wedding come up to me multiple times saying it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to - and these were people who wouldn't just say that to be nice - so I really believe they meant it. We really wanted our wedding to be different and have little details that were us throughout- so when Andi asked about our vision, suffice to say we were all over the place - for example "make it modern, but still romantic. Elegant but informal", "we like all the colors," "can it feel like a Gryffindor common room and include celestial/astronomy things?" (seriously, my husband's request) and also, "include our three dogs images throughout - but we want it to be classy." Even with the chaos of us - they pulled it off. And it was classy, elegant, modern, so fun, and included ALL the personality details we asked for. The creative minds on the Musa Team are truly amazing. Lastly, Andi became a real friend. She helped me through any doubts, stress, or drama. She was so readily available for anything I needed. I truly miss talking to her as often as we used to! Don't overthink it - book Musa Weddings. ring a day of coordinator, as our venue had a reception coordinator already in place. While they were equally amazing for our reception, Andi and her team did more than we could have ever expected. As a bride, people always tell you to soak it in because the day flies by, things might not go as planned (and you have to accept it), and not every detail will turn out the way you might have expected. Well, I can tell you that by having Musa weddings, only one of those statements will be true - the day will fly by. Andi made our day an absolute dream, stress-free, the details were perfect, and the timeline was on point. Truly, everything from waking up on our wedding day to leaving our reception was incredible. From our first call to every single email, text, Zoom, meetings in person, to day of - she was truly incredible and attentive. From her helping us find a florist when our first one fell through, connecting us with Elephant Limbo, ordering all of our rental and décor items, putting together the gift bags, mailing our invites, creating the signs- I mean the list goes on and on. The biggest weight that she took off my shoulders was her and her team coordinating with all of our vendors, venue, and the Church all before the wedding- they saved me so much time and stress free weeks leading up to the wedding! Then the best part of all was their work the day of!!! Every single thing that they did to make my day go smooth- I am beyond grateful. We thought we lost one of our bouquets and boom one of the team members walked in the room with it- like magic!!! They were on their A game and always one step ahead of us. From helping with the buttons on my dress, the bustle, to making sure I ate, fixing the last minute table changes, helping with the vendors at the venue all day, helping with the receiving line at the church, helping people find their name card, helping my dad with the tips, calling the bus when they were running late and saying until the end of the night to make sure everything was perfect. I just can't find words how to properly explain how much Andi and her team did for us. Andi has a gift for making her clients feel so special on the biggest day of their lives. It is obvious how much she care s about all her clients and she will go the extra mile to make sure they are happy. In our phone calls and emails with Andi, she was responsive and diligent. With her design background and experience, Andi took our verbal vision for the wedding and translated it into a mood board that we ultimately saw come to life in our wedding through the florals, lighting, table settings, and other features. Andi also counseled us through what was a tumultuous period for wedding planning as COVID considerations and concerns seemed to fluctuate monthly – she effectively calmed our nerves throughout. She did it all with a smile and cheery attitude. We would definitely recommend Andi to our friends.

I truly don't even understand the extent of what they did the day of the wedding—but I know they were constantly moving around, communicating, orchestrating with our caterer and our band and our florist and everything in between. It was the best day ever, truly. I was able to not worry about a single thing. Andi literally held my wedding dress while I peed moments before going out for my reception entrance with my new husband, expertly made last minute changes to little decor things we had based on the reality of where outlets were and how people were using space, multiple times asked me if I needed anything. Her assistant literally fed me fruit salad during family photos when I felt lightheaded. Andi and her team were a dream. I truly can't thank her enough and ABSOLUTELY recommend her. She's lovely. She's a pro. She's worth it.

d Musa Weddings for day of coordination - but it was way more than that. When we originally decided to delay Andi offered her help in communicating with any other vendors, and she answered countless questions we had throughout the process. The whole day went so easily, the timeline Andi had created was perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day because we knew Andi and her team were on top of it. We didn't have a florist and had Andi and her team set up our decorations and centerpieces - everything was exactly how we pictured it, and they packed everything up at the end of the night. We also had disposable cameras at each table, and they went around towards the end of the night and took photos to make sure that the cameras were fully used - which seems like such a small detail but we were so happy to have those extra photos! I highly recommend using Musa Weddings, they really made our day perfect

We really enjoyed working with her. She has an amazing list of vendor recommendations that she shared that we pulled from heavily as well. My husband was a little skeptical of hiring a DoC for our wedding but admitted when everyone had gone home that we absolutely couldn't have done it without Andi and her team. Andi also checked in on us during the wedding to ensure that we ate and drank enough water. There are so many things to plan leading up to your wedding day, she was definitely there to help “cross your t’s and dot your i’s.” She does so much to plan for the unexpected.
