Finding a venue was possibly the hardest part of planning a wedding. Living in Chicago, my husband and I had looked at hundreds of venues in Chicago, Milwaukee, central Wisconsin, and everywhere in-between. Our arduous search finally ended when... we saw Muse at Sentry. Although the other venues on this property are gorgeous, we knew as soon as we saw the Muse that this was where we needed to get married. This venue is incredibly unique and offers an art deco style that barely requires any outside decor. We were actually only the second wedding that Muse had ever hosted but we had full faith that everything would be flawless.
We worked specifically with Tawnya, who was extraordinarily helpful with every aspect of our wedding. The food is so delicious and the chef there was so accommodating with our menu tasting and changing up some items. My husband's mom has a multitude of dietary restrictions and chef worked with each restriction to create delicious meals for the rehearsal dinner, reception dinner, and even a dinner a few months earlier where our parents met for the first time.
The pergola where we had our ceremony was stunning. It was beautifully decorated with flowers surrounding the entire pergola and flowers leading up to it. We barely even needed much for decor from our florist other than flowers on the massive pergola.
Finally, on site there is a gorgeous "flower hole" with around 42,000 flowers (if I remember correctly). This site was beautiful for my husband and I to take a golf cart over to for photos. Our videographer brought his drone and I can't wait to see the footage!
Overall, my husband and I are extraordinarily pleased with how our wedding went so smoothly with all of Tawnya's excellent coordination. Our guests were all amazed at the intrinsic beauty of this venue and my husband and I were happy to not have to do much for decor! I HIGHLY recommend this venue and we will definitely be back in the future for dinners.
