Thank you Muse Mirror for making our wedding a special day ! You are the best ❤️
To be blatantly honest, if I could give this service zero stars, I would. While I was planning my wedding, I started with a consultation call. It was seamless but i did feel as though I was pressured into adding in items such as the guestbook. It was not until I looked at my invoice that I noticed all of the additional items. They were not removed until just before my final payment. When it came time to design the overlay, I was told I’d halve a mock-up given to me for approval by a certain time. This deadline was missed by a week. At the wedding, the machine was often broken and NO ONE received the images sent by text. When very few received them later, the text was congratulating a completely different couple. My mother complained to the owner and I received a screenshot of the email and a slap on the wrist because I had thanked them at the end of the night. When I let them know that I was not aware of these concerns because the bride is often not made aware of mishaps, I was then told that all of the props were ruined and the rug had gotten spills. I thought this was very interesting because I had asked for neither of these things to be used as it did not match my decor and this wasn’t mentioned after the event. I then asked when all guests would receive their images and I was told that they already had. I knew this was a lie because I hadn’t gotten the photos I sent to my own phone and was hearing from many people that they also had not received them. It had to ask for the images so I could then distribute them myself. Why pay them when I had to do this on my own?! Not to mention that the files came over two weeks past my event and three days after the deadline I was given. Not worth the money. There are many more options with better professionalism and customer service! This is my one regret from my wedding.
We contracted Muse to have the Magic Mirror Photobooth service for our wedding in August 2021 (The Bellevue w/ 250 guests). Talking with Claudia she assured me, sold me on their services, and gave me a great price but this is where I went wrong. What I didn't know was she is only head person and has no involvement or full comprehension of the operations portion. She assured me throughout the planning portion that her staff were all knowledgeable, dependable, and recent graduates from college...red flag #1. Technical questions relating to the booth or templates she would have to call somebody else about and get back to me, red flag #2. Looking at their portfolio and previous clients showed me they were new and it was confirmed with Claudia they had only done a handful of weddings...red flag #3. These are all things I should've noticed and not taken the chance on. Flash forward to the day of wedding and the disaster that followed. The photo booth was down and in-operable for an hour and a half (nearly half the booked time of 4 hours), the multiple templates we created weren't even used, the dependable staff were seen on their phones and were not of any help to my guests, and worst of all I have no printouts or digital copies of the few pictures that were taken. Claudia apologized profusely and offered a refund but that does not make up for the fact that this all occurred on my biggest day. Communications with Claudia after became very sparse and she promised on several occasions to send me the saved photos but months down the line I still have not received any. Learn from my mistake…
We're almost complete with the planning of our summer wedding and decided to add a photo booth. Once we spoke with Claudia and went over packages that would fit our guest count and budget we booked them immediately. She was so easy to talk to and made us feel like we were the only ones on her schedule that day. Our guests are going to be surprised and we can't wait to see the photos!!
