If you can dream it, our preferred planners can make your dreams become a reality. Musgrove offers multiple private event location sites, each with a unique setting, allowing designers to create entirely different scenes on the same magical property. Musgrove features endless waterfront views, a backdrop of live oaks adorned with Spanish Moss, an enchanted Podocarpus one-of-a-kind maze garden, a stone koi pond fountain, ivy-draped pergolas, a 12-acre lake and much more. A list of our sites is below and showcased in our 360 Tour video in the Storefront: Our enchanted, one-of-a-kind Maze Garden will dazzle you and your guests. Riverbend Court is the perfect waterfront canvas for you to design the reception of your dreams along the river’s bend. This site is large enough for 300 guests and features a hard surface floor, electrical outlets and water. Our Magnolia Lawn is our grand lawn allowing for large and lavish receptions for up to 400 guests. This site is featured in the Emily Burton videos showcased in our Storefront. Enjoy a toast and dressing for the big day while looking towards what is yet to come out of the majestic bay window of The Grove House, our two story marquee great room overlooking the Maze Garden. The Grove House, the largest building on the premises, can hold up to 50 people inside. This home has a uniquely casual, spacious and welcoming feel. The Boat House dock boasts a waterfront setting for a rehearsal dinner under strung lights, and the library room for the Groomsmen as they prepare and wait; gathering for a game of chess, a drink of scotch or just some fun on the boat dock while taking in the incredible views. The site is suitable for 70 guests outside on the dock. Complete with countless live oaks draped in low-hanging Spanish moss, our Oaks Bluff ceremony site frames an endless marsh view for when you say “I do.” The Pool House features a dramatic poolscape adorned with stone statues and a vine-draped pergola allowing wrap around cocktail hour, intimate receptions or after-dinner drinks by the fireplace in the cooler wedding months after a long night of dancing. Village Creek Bank is a cozy and secluded and rustic site perfect for your farm-to-table vision. Village Creek bank is suitable for parties up to 150.
