I can't say enough about this venue, from the time we first came to see it, throughout the planning and the actual reception. The staff were exceptional. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and the serve staff and bartenders were friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious!! Our guests are still talking it! The venue itself was perfect! Gorgeous view of the river, great space for dancing and the huge bar had the guests in awe. I highly recommend The Music Box! Our guests said it was the best wedding they ever attended!

We had our son's wedding on July 26th at the Music Box Supper Club and it was truly fantastic and beyond our expectations! The whole process from start to finish was great. William was so easy to work with and flexible as we laid out what we wanted for that special day! We had 245 guests and we rented the total facility(upstairs and down) which was perfect! Definitely would recommend that for larger wedding. We had the cocktail hour and hor d'oeuvres and then later dancing(live band ) and late night snacks downstairs! Access to the patio by the water was beautiful. We had the dinner and all the toasts etc upstairs. tThe food was phenominal! We have never had so many compliments by everyone!! Marissa WOW, she was fantastic- so responsive and helpful on ever detail. We felt so lucky to have her to help plan and execute everything through the process and hat day. The Bartenders were amazing and so outgoing and responsive with our guests. We could not be happier with our choice for this special day!!

My husband and I got married at the Music Box Supper Club this past June and it was magical!! Throughout the entire planning process our wedding coordinator at the Music Box, Marissa Dawkins, and the rest of her team were absolutely incredible! The communication was very smooth and easy which we were so grateful for because we were planning the wedding from out of state. They made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t miss a beat! The day of the wedding was so fun, the venue was beautiful, and the staff was so attentive, sweet, and helpful! Our daughter recently got married at Music Box and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. The layout of the venue was perfect. So nice to have an outside area with a beautiful view. The giant bar staffed with 4 bartenders that knew how to hustle, meant our guests never had to wait in a line for a drink. The stage was what made the party so fun with plenty of room for a ten piece band. Marissa Dawkins was our contact through the whole planning process and was well beyond knowledgeable, professional and on top of every little detail. Her communication with us was incredible. Finally, the entire staff really knew how to put it all together. The tables looked beautiful and the food was also a winner!! We had a wonderful experience having our daughter’s wedding at The Music Box Supper Club and would highly recommend.

We loved everything about our wedding with Music Box Supper Club. Marissa, our event manager was very helpful throughout the planning process. Our favorite things about this venue were the food (!!!), sunset overlooking the second-floor deck, and how seamless it was for our band to play at the venue. MBSC was very timely and professional and we would hold an event there again.

We cannot thank Music Box enough for going absolutely above and beyond for our big day. The team through out the entire process was the best of the best. Marissa was absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with along with the day of staff members. We have received rave reviews on the food, drinks, and how kind and attentive the event staff were. The team over at Music Box Supper Club is beyond amazing, from start to finish our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and wouldn't have been able to accomplish this without them. When I first looked into this venue, I was a little put off at first since it is advertised based on packages, but those packages are so flexible! William who gave us our tour and helped us book really makes it so simple and caters everything to what we needed. Not only is the venue stunning, but Marissa and her team really made this experience so easy for me. She was so attentive with every little (probably annoying) question I had. The amount of compliments we have received about our venue, the staff, the bar, the food, just everything is incredible. If you're questioning it, just take the tour and see what they have to offer!

We had our wedding reception at Music Box in April of 2025 and our experience was incredible! From our venue tour to our tasting to wedding day, Marissa made sure that all our questions were answered and our visions came to life! She responded quickly to all emails and text messages throughout the planning process. Day of the wedding, the wait staff and bartenders were extremely attentive. Our guests were blown away with the space and how delicious the food was along with the portion sizes. Highly recommend MBSC!

Marissa and the staff at Music Box were great! Leading up to the wedding, Marissa was organized, attentive, and responsive to all our questions. They also worked well and knew all our other vendors personally which made everything very smooth. The night of, the venue was beautiful and the staff was super accommodating and professional. We got many compliments on the venue including the food and the real bar. The windows make it so the city lights glitter off the water at night and it looks really amazing. Would highly recommend Music Box for anyone looking to plan a wedding.

Music Box was amazing and made our wedding day so special. There were endless choices to make the day feel like us when it came to lay out, food, lighting, timelines, etc.

The staff at Music Box is attentive and flexible (shout out to William and Marissa). They made scheduling, planning, and celebrating the big day seamless and stress free. The food is AMAZING. All of our guests are still complimenting the menu including the hors d'oeuvres, the short ribs, the risotto, and even the vegetables. The servers and bartender were so friendly and attentive to all guests' needs and wants. They set up everything on the deck for our ceremony and decorated the space beautifully, even helping with the center pieces for the tables, for our reception. There were some last-minute additions to the ceremony music plans and Marissa coordinated everything for us, and it worked out perfectly. Thanks for helping to make our day magical and memorable!

I cannot recommend Music Box enough for a wedding reception! They made our day so special! Marissa, one of the coordinators, was so informative and professional. She answered all of our questions and was so prepared for our reception. This venue is very easy to work with and really prioritizes the married couple and their parents. Music Box is beautiful and the views make from amazing photos. I can't recommend Music Box enough!

We highly enjoyed our wedding night at the Music Box! It was the most fun we ever had and the Music Box was the right venue for it. We booked the event room on the top floor and it worked perfectly. Luckily, we had great weather in the summer time so they were able to open up the patio for guests to enjoy some fresh air and great views. We had just under 200 people, so the patio really helped out to spread some guests out and it was not crowded at all. There was still plenty of room for a big dance floor. The large bar in the middle of the venue was great to have as guests could hang out around the bar and wait for drinks as opposed to standing in a line. We received multiple compliments on the venue and surprisingly the food as well. Both us and our guests really enjoyed the food. The staff was helpful throughout the process. They will get busy during wedding season (mainly Fridays and Saturdays) so they will not be able to talk but they do a good job getting back with you when they are back. There were multiple staff designated to helping bride and groom throughout the night but all staff were readily available for anything that needed attention, making the night seamless for us. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun venue!

We got married the first weekend of June, and Music Box was the perfect venue for us! Pros: Amazingly nice, attentive staff, beautiful location, stellar food, and the best of the best sound system for our live band! Everything was checked off for us with this venue, and we’d do it all over again in a heartbeat! The 2 things we wish we would have thought of that we’d like to pass on to soon to be married couples are: 1. Confirm in detail the run through of the bridal’s entrance for the on site ceremony. Our guests didn’t even realize the bride was walking down the aisle because the musician didn’t cue for everyone to stand, and the bride was sent out almost right after the groom. 2. Request a slice of your own cake! Haha! We had 3 flavors in our cake, and didn’t get a chance to try any of it the night of.

From the amazing views to the perfect set up for the bar and music, Music Box Supper Club was the most amazing venue for our wedding. They were great to work with from the start of planning our wedding to the day of! Marissa was a complete joy to work with who was always answering my questions. I couldn’t be happier and more thankful for the staff for the day of our wedding. They were always asking us what we needed and ensured our guests were happy as well. I received endless compliments of how good the food was and how great the venue is for a wedding. We are so happy we had our wedding here and I highly recommend it for others!

We had an amazing experience using Music Box for our wedding. We were planning a wedding from abroad, and we were looking for a venue that would make the planning process as easy as possible. Music Box went above and beyond to fulfill that requirement. They are very professional and responded quickly to emails and any questions we had. They made wedding planning an easy, stress free, and enjoyable process. The food and drinks were fantastic! We received many comments from our guests about the delicious food and drinks. The staff working our event were all wonderful! Everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. The atmosphere was perfect. We are so happy we chose Music Box for our wedding.

After looking at many venues we knew almost immediately upon visiting Music Box Supper Club that that would be our wedding venue. After we signed our contract, a lot of the staff changed over and we were a little nervous about some of the verbal promises that had been made to us would not be able to happen. Lucky for us, Marissa took over and she was absolutely phenomenal to work with. From our tasting experience to our final walk through to our rehearsal and wedding day, Marissa made our dreams come true. I had ideas about how I wanted the deck set up for our ceremony, and Marissa delivered phenomenally despite it not being how the deck is normally set up. We had some questionable weather (predicted rain and hail, but not 100%) leading up to our wedding and she provided multiple rain options for us the day before, trying her very best to make it exactly what we wanted and told us they would prepare for both an indoor and outdoor ceremony and we could decide relatively last minute. This flexibility allowed us to ultimately have our outdoor ceremony that we envisioned and we are so grateful for that. The food was incredible and multiple guests told me it was the best wedding food (filet and chilean seabass) that they have ever had. If you want to have a band, this is the venue to do so. We had a 9 piece band and it was absolutely incredible. Our wedding at Music Box was better than we ever dreamed was possible and if you want a waterfront venue with incredible food that is ready to throw the biggest party of your life, this is the venue for you

We could not be happier with the Music Box Supper Club! The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the cake. The guests raved about their meals. The service was fantastic, and the staff and wedding coordinator were easy to work with and responsive. We wouldn’t change a thing. Great place to host a wedding and reception!

All of the staff working our wedding were professional, attentive and hard working. They provided exceptional service and made sure our wedding was perfect. The music box staff provided such an amazing day/evening for our daughter’s wedding. It was so beautiful and flawless. Everyone was so kind, friendly, helpful and professional as well as detailed, efficient and striving for perfection. Marissa’s leadership as the event planner was truly amazing. She eased any anxieties about the day as well as made sure everything was in place and perfect. She was so organized, detailed and responsive to all of our needs. We are truly grateful to everyone there and appreciate all that was done to make the day beyond perfect.

Marissa was fantastic and very communicative at every step in the process. Heather, Stephanie, and the rest of the wedding day staff was great. As the groom, I wasn't present for the set-up but everything was EXACTLY as we envisioned. There was one time during the reception a glass was accidentally broken by a guest and the staff jumped on the spill, cleaning it up, making sure nobody slipped, and leaving a wet-floor sign. Later, there was another spill in the middle of the dance floor and they had the same fast response. The backdrop of the river is beautiful and the staff cleaned up the outdoor space for our ceremony in MINUTES when the rain stopped literally three minutes before our ceremony was to begin. Plus, if the rain didn't stop, we had two different back-up plan options inside. The food was great and the drinks were better. Despite Music Box being on the higher-price end of the Cleveland market venues, I would 10/10 recommend all future weddings be held there. I'm an event planner myself, so I've seen some horror stories of dealing with coordinating a million different vendors and things going wrong at the last minute, but Music Box eliminates all the hassle. They handle EVERYTHING on the wedding day including food, drinks, set up, the ceremony space, coordinating the (few) vendors needed [photographer, DJ, end of list], and they even helped clean up. Top to bottom and start to finish top of the line service which amounted to the smoothest and most hassle-free wedding I've ever heard of, which, considering it was my wedding, is EXACTLY what we wanted--just to be able to relax and enjoy our wedding day.

Delicious food, professional staff, great attention to detail!

Everything about the Music Box was spectacular from planning to execution. We did not have a traditional sit down event with dinner, opting for more of a cocktail party vibe. The entire staff from kitchen to bar were amazing. I had a lot of comments afterwards about how pleasant everyone was that our friends interacted with. We got lucky and had a beautiful evening, and so the doors were opened to the outside deck. This made it very easy to move in and out of main room. (Great views of the river!) I highly recommend. Marissa was our host for the last half of our planning, and I would use her again in a heartbeat.

The Music Box was exactly what we were hoping for an more! The venue was beautiful, the food was great and the service was beyond anything we could have expected. From Marissa to the rest of the staff, everyone was so nice and accommodating. Working with everyone was so easy and all setup was exactly how we pictured it. Plenty of times the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our special day.

We traveled to Las Vegas to get married. We knew we wanted to celebrate with family and friends upon our return home. We wanted it to be a party to remember, with a live band and great food, so we spent a lot of time scouting out possibilites. I wish we would have met up with the team at Music Box first! Right away, we knew it was a win. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS (we had our reception on the lower level in the Supper Club - PERFECT), but it had the capability to provide professional live music, insanely delicious food that our guests were raving about for days afterwards, and the best customer service I could have asked for from the team. And to top it off, they worked with our budget to ensure we could have an amazing event without breaking the bank. Specifically, our coordinator, Marissa, and our server, Christina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time of our lives. Our reception was a bit unconventional, but they went with our ideas and made them even better than we could have imagined. The night was so amazing that our guests told us we should have a party just like our reception every five years. I can't recommend Music Box Supper Club any more for your event, I promise it will be a night to remember!!!

We had a great time having our wedding at the Music Box Supper Club. It was nice to be able to have the waterfront view for our out of town guests visiting Cleveland for the first time. Music Box Supper Club did a fantastic job setting up our decor, making and serving delicious food and drinks to our guests, and keeping the evening on schedule. Our coordinators, Marissa and Jordan, were very organized, professional, and maintained a positive and upbeat energy during the planning process. We hope to go back and enjoy additional events at the Music Box Supper Club in the future.

Let me start by saying - our wedding at Music Box Supper Club turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, the high turnover among staff leading up to our event created a lot of uncertainty to the point we ended up removing the onsite ceremony due to lack of confidence in the team being able to deliver. We also had a few things that were agreed to with our first point of contact change causing us to revise contracts (requiring more $) with our outside vendors. This all changed once Marissa came on board - she is truly amazing at what she does. Responsive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized. Once she took over as our main point of contact, things went seamlessly from there. I was super impressed with the team's ability to transform the space into exactly what we wanted. Our guests loved the food and enjoyed the beautiful views of Cleveland. My only negative complaint was feedback from multiple guests on one rude bartender who refused to acknowledge the signature "pet drinks" when guests ordered them. If this isn't something MBSC will accommodate, then let couples know rather than having staff snap at guests. MBSC may want to review their staff working special wedding events vs the typical concerts hosted there.

I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. We had an amazing experience. Between the amazing food, the atmosphere, the music and sound, the rooftop, and the kind and attentive staff, we had the most perfect day. We had our reception in the upstairs space, had an amazing cocktail hour and pictures on the rooftop, and had an incredible time dancing while our band was on the stage. Do not hesitate to book this venue!!! Our guests said it was one of the best and most fun weddings they have been to.

Please read this as a totally serious and honest review - I typically do not take the time to write one, but in this case it deserves our attention. We just had our daughter's reception at Music Box (upstairs) with about 180 guests and it was PERFECT. Yes, the food was tasty and plentiful; the views outside the windows stunning both day and night - but this is what you need to know - Music Box is about service. From the beginning with Marissa as our wedding manager to the day of and after, their focus was on pleasing YOU. Some noteworthy details - the setup team for the "day of" did more than we asked for and created a "wow" atmosphere - they were setting up our silverware with gloves on and making sure every detail was perfect. During the wedding the bartenders worked through the constant barrage of people with a smile and there were always servers cleaning up little messes. The lighting and sound system are of course professional due to the venue, so the atmosphere it created during the evening was exciting and fun - no one stopped dancing until last call. If you consider Music Box - you will not be disappointed!

Execution of the vision was flawless. Communication was very strong. They need for flexibility in bar, I've worked wedding bartending, it's just a matter of choice to accommodate more diverse financial plans in this area. Marissa was wonderful, new in this company but still was well versed in the needs of a couple. Staff day off was on it, no drops. Parking is hard, not the venues fault. Wish water taxi ran later, not the venues fault. They should consider different/more hotel partnerships, perhaps some on the west side of the river.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue than the Music Box. We had been looking for a venue for a while, but as soon as we found the Music Box (especially once we stayed for dinner) we knew we'd found something special. The venue itself is gorgeous, the food is consistently amazing, and the staff are incredibly helpful and talented. They worked seamlessly with our vendors and were able to make an incredibly stressful day as smooth as possible. We got the platinum package and were so happy with the value of everything included. Even when it rained causing us to have to move the ceremony inside they already had a plan in place and were able to take care of it quickly. Can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly book them in the future for any other events we might need.

From the moment Marissa became a part of our wedding team, we knew we were in good hands. Our wedding at Music Box was perfect, and she really went the extra mile to ensure that was the case. Marissa is extremely professional and courteous, while also being warm and approachable. If you're a bride with extremely limited wedding knowledge and planning skills (like me), let me break this down to tell you how much you need this venue and their incredible team. The number of out of town guests who previously made fun of us for moving to Ohio but then ended up saying "Okay, Cleveland is actually pretty cool" after our wedding weekend was astronomical, and here's why-- The venue itself-- stunning location, literal 5 minute drive from hotels and downtown which is convenient for out of town guests, really cool combination of waterfront and industrial setting which was very fun for vibes and also for photos. The food and drinks-- our guests could not stop talking about it. From the appetizers, to the main dishes, to the bar, to the dessert and late night snack, there were no duds. Short ribs in particular had people drooling. The team-- everyone was professional, courteous, and made sure our guests were well taken care of all night. Music Box has a ratio of 1 bartender per 50 guests which meant no lines at the bar and drinks flowed super easily all night. Extra shout out to the setup team for truly bringing our vision to life based off of the few photos we sent. TL; DR-- have your wedding here, especially if Marissa coordinates it.

Marissa, our coordinator was awesome. She answered emails promptly, knew all the information, planned and executed excellently. I felt so much more relaxed knowing she had things covered the day of. Music Box is the best bang for your buck and o was astonished it was so affordable and inclusive for a medium sized, semi-formal wedding. The venue was beautiful, the food amazing and the service impeccable. They accommodated everything we asked for and took care of all the details. Literally everything went right on my wedding day that was involved with Music Box. Only thing I wasn’t expecting was the main deck where we had our ceremony was a public area but most people were courteous. I wish that they would’ve been able to rope off the area as quick a few people walked through the deck while we were taking pictures. Overall, we’re super happy and I’d recommend Marissa, all the staff, and the venue to anyone.

We loved, loved, loved working with this venue. Not only was it beautiful, but the staff really went the extra mile. I was a celiac bride, and they managed to create a gluten-free brunch for me, and were careful and realistic about the limitations of my health condition. We had a brunch ceremony, and they accommodated our decoration storage and early set-up, despite staffing changes.
