Since the age of 8, she's been a dedicated pianist, and over the course of her career, she's become well-versed in an array of genres and musical styles. Melody delights in enhancing her clients' most precious moments through meaningful, heartfelt melodies.
Music by Melody will take great care in creating the appropriate musical expression during your ceremony as well as other meaningful moments throughout your magical day. I am friends with many musicians, but there is something about Melody's playing that just carried elegance, experience, peace, and raw emotion to create the perfect atmosphere. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony and overall experience felt, and her playing was a huge part of that. She was also professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We brought her a couple of different songs, one of which she had never played before, and she took the time to learn it and play them all for us prior to the rehearsal to verify that we liked her versions. It was beyond what we could have ever imagined.

Melody to play piano at our Dunedin ceremony in the Andrews Memorial Chapel. The chapel is a historic building with its own piano. In preparation for the day we had a call with Melody to go over all of our music choices so she could prepare arrangements but she also went to the chapel to ensure the in-house piano would be suitable. We were so grateful for her attention-to-detail. She got the contact information for our venue coordinator and officiant as well so that everyone was in lock-step.
And not to mention the music! She is so talented. The live piano was the perfect way to welcome our guests to the ceremony. She prepared a piano version of "Going to the Chapel" for our processional and "Can't Help Fallin In Love" for my walk down the aisle. Tears everywhere!
