Mike was great to have at our reception. He met with us to talk over our plans and musical preferences, and didn't mind shuffling some of the planned stuff on the fly. Mike was also great with our guests and really accommodated their requests to keep them active.

AMAZING start to finish!
Mike was so receptive right from the start and was more than willing to work with us on some unique requests we had for the day. He made sure everything was covered (there was a lot we didn’t think of ahead of time) and ensured the day went so smooth. He kept the dance floor packed and smiles on everyone’s faces all night.

Mike was an amazing DJ, and went above and beyond to make our day amazing!! Mike was very proactive and was a great communicator- he reached out and gave me plenty of time to get information back to him! He also took time to understand our days details, and worked seamlessly with other vendors to keep the day on time. And when it came to music, we had a blast. The dance floor was packed all night, and you could tell he really listened to our wants and needs because he delivered! I could recommend Mike more as your DJ!

Mike Roy had excellent communication and listened to what recommendations we had for our wedding. He worked with us even when we didn't know exactly what we wanted and was open for questions. He supplied microphones and speakers for our ceremony as well. 100% will recommend to everyone.

We would book you 100 times over!!! Not only did you make our reception so energetic and fun, it was catered to the music we love as well as an amazing mixture of old and new. From Sinatra to The Black Eyed Peas….and George Strait, Earth Wind and Fire and Bruno Mars, it was an amazing experience! Can’t thank you enough for helping to make those memories. From the lighting and the percussion of the bass, it was such a fun night! Thank you so much!!!

Mike is an excellent DJ. He provided a professional service with planning and catering to our requests. He offered suggestions and explained why he did things a certain way. He is reliable and very knowledgeable about what works.
Would definitely recommend Mike for your DJ needs.

I cannot begin to say how incredible Mike from Music By Mike DJ service was to work with. From the very first text that was sent, to the end of the wedding reception for my daughter and son in law. He met with all of us 2 times prior to the wedding. He truly cares about his clients and makes every effort to make the reception perfect. Communication, professionalism, coordination and kindness are only a few things that we all experienced with Mike. We would highly recommend his services to anyone searching for a DJ for any event!

If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and personable DJ, Mike Roy is your only option. He helped us ring in our daughter’s New Years Eve wedding. He will be our first call when our other daughter’s get engaged. You won’t regret booking Mike Roy!

Couldn't have asked for anything better. The music volume was not loud. Mike did amazing with a shortned reception due to a ice storm rolling in. Highly recommended.

Mike was excellent! He listened to my music likes and dislikes and and absolutely nailed it. I heard all of my favorite artists at least once. My husband also really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend Mike!

Mike is fantastic! He is very professional and knowledgeable! He did an awesome job at my daughter’s wedding and everyone loved him! He played all the songs we requested and some great guest requests! I would highly recommend Mike!

Mike was absolutely amazing!! We had a last minute cancellation as our DJ ended up being someone that has multiple things happen this year and cancelled on us day of our wedding, Mike swooped in and saved the day!! He read the crowd and knew exactly what to do for the age range. He kept us dancing all night long! Absolutely would recommend him to anyone and would give 10 stars if I could!!
