He got the whole crowd on the dance floor right after dinner and made great music choices to keep people on the dance floor all night. He spent the right amount of time being a DJ and the right amount of time letting the music roll. From the preparations leading up to our wedding to the last-minute walk-throughs to the reception itself, they transcended what we thought our wedding could be. Aside from my amazing wife, Mike and Bobby (the wonderful owners) single-handedly made this day a once-in-a-lifetime memory. Let me tell you specifically why using them for any event is the best decision. I am a die-hard Patriots fan and wanted to incorporate this into my wedding. Thus, I came up with the idea to write up a funny introduction for every member of the wedding party and parents and have them run out onto the floor like the patriots storming the field. What they came up with blew me away. They crafted an introduction that had each member run out to their own unique song, using the same playlist the Patriots do on game day. The lighting, presentation, music, and the entire assembly was everyone's favorite moment of the evening. Now you may be wondering, how was the reception music? Great question, young padawans. We told them that all we wanted was for our wedding to be "not boring". Dancing and partying until they cramped. And I can confidently and say the music was the true highlight and backbone of the night. The dance floor was bumping the entire night. They were masterful in their ability to anticipate what songs would get people dancing, what music theme to play, and when. Being a DJ is so much more than selecting songs you like. You must be able to cater to the masses while incorporating your preferences. I truthfully did not fully understand the nuance that goes into making this happen. Aside from my shower jams, I have no experience choosing music for a party. Picking the music was surprisingly one of the more stressful parts of planning. But Mike and Bobby made it simple. They have an amazing app that makes it easy to pick songs. It has tons of playlists for every occasion and suggestions, which was incredibly helpful. Their library also has every song imaginable. We were also worried about was how to choose music that blended generations and created an awesome environment for everyone. For example, my dad loves jazz music, while I am more of an EDM fan. I swear they must be part of some underground marvel avenger DJ universe because they put on a masterclass. All of our guests kept coming up to us and asking who the DJ's were because it was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. As someone who relies on reviews for everything, I hope I have encapsulated how incredible Music Express is. From their dedication behind the scenes, innovative and industry-leading technology and app, seamless and streamlined communication with all the other vendors, their idiomatic approach to planning, to their unparalleled ability to get people grooving, Music express is the best vendor I have worked with at any level of my life. Mike and Bobby, you two are a gift to the entertainment industry. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, so go ahead and make the easiest decision of your life and book them now. I will give them what I believe to be the loftiest compliment I can conjure up; they are the Tom Brady of the entertainment industry.

Bob & his son Robert were our DJs, and they did a phenomenal job checking in with us throughout the evening to ensure the night was going exactly the way we wanted it to. Another example of how on top of everything Bob was, we had two small children in our wedding party who were napping just before our introductions. We told Bob that they would not be taking part in our introductions, however at the last second, they had woken up and wanted to join us. Bob noticed that they had rejoined us and without missing a beat, went back to the original plan! Music Express helped make our wedding the amazing night that it was. We are now thankful that our original DJ canceled on us.

Mike also constantly reads the room during the ceremony, to ensure everyone is having fun. Halfway though our reception (as in most receptions, people start leaving the dance floor). Another highlight of our wedding was the photobooth that Music Express also provided. It was so fun, and our guests had a blast with all of the props. Icing on the photobooth cake is that Music Express even assembles a scrap book for you live on the night of the wedding, so that by the end of the night you can take it with you and look at all of the night's memories. My fiance and I had a great time reviewing everyone's photos while reminiscing during our mini moon. Overall, we couldn't recommend Music Express highly enough. We had high expectations for our wedding night, and Mike and the crew absolutely blew them out of the water. We're so grateful for the job that they did, and we hope that other couples are able to have as much fun with their guests on their wedding day as we did!
