Music For The Masses DJ

My husband and I had a BLAST at the wedding thanks to Music For The Masses! We gave a few songs to show what we wanted the vibe to be and it was above and beyond!! He made sure to stay in contact throughout the entire wedding to make sure we were ready for a game, our slow dances, cake cutting, EVERYTHING. Definitely helped immensely with all my stresses. Highly recommend!!

No doubt, I would recommend Chris for any of your DJ needs!! My husband and I were so nervous leading up to the wedding (no big surprise there), but Chris was able to put those fears at ease: from ensuring us that he would keep a solid time line and make any announcements needed, to keeping the audience engaged/happy throughout it. He was very prompt in replying to all emails and phone calls. I kid you not, this man even found us an actual officiant less than 24 hours before the ceremony started since ours had cancelled!!

Chris does an amazing job if keeping guests entertained both before the wedding party’s arrival and after. He made sure all of our wants were incorporated into the day, and he even shared ideas for some things I hadn’t thought about. My husband and I definitely recommend Music for the Masses!

I cannot begin to say how please we were with Chris! He did an amazing job at our wedding keeping things moving along. He made sure that the music faded out when he made announcements so everyone could hear and he kept us on track to make sure we got to do all the things we had wanted. My family still talks about how great our DJ was!

Can’t say enough! Chris was at the wedding venue early setting up when he saw our bride in tears. Our makeup artist was a no call/ no show. Chris contacted all his resources and posted on his Facebook page and found us someone to do our hair and makeup. He saved the day!!

When looking for a DJ, we didn't realize what sort of foundational piece of our wedding that we were in search of. My husband chose DJ Chris at Music for the Masses because of a previous positive experience his cousin had at her wedding. Chris absolutely blew us away. After meeting up with us just once and even paying for our meal, he got the exact flair we were looking for at our wedding reception. He guided us through a whole bunch of things we hadn't even considered, like the entrance into the reception, guest entertainment, etc. Chris did an amazing job feeling the crowd and playing great songs. At one point he even came out and taught everyone a dance because they were a little bit lost. He kept coming and speaking with us, making sure we were fed, had drinks in our hands, and were never blindsided by what was coming up next. The DJ choice is a make-or-break decision for a wedding reception, and Chris went above and beyond for us! You will not regret hiring Music for the Masses!

Chris is amazing! He knows what he's doing and helps out beyond his duties! We are so happy we hired him for our big day! He made everything flow so smooth and we were stress free the whole night! I couldn't be happier!!!!

We’ve known Chris’ work for several years, and after attending many weddings he’s DJ’d, we were confident in our decision. A lot of people don’t realize the value in having an experienced DJ— it’s not just about the great music selections, but you look for someone who knows how important events need to flow. He does a great job of keeping the momentum going…and during stressful times, it’s truly a blessing. We would highly recommend Music for the Masses for any event or party.

He was a very good dj. Played good music and kept people on the dance floor. Communication skills could be improved a little. Waiting until the week of wedding is too stressful for a bride. Was really high from all the comparisons I have seen now. He did provide some uplighting but it did cost more. Base price was $800 for 4 hours with uplighting costing $200 more and then we paid him for two additional hours at $100 an hour. Overall kept people on the dance floor and provided a very fun atmosphere. I would recommend for your event.

He worked well to provide dinner music that was fun and yet didn't over power the conversation. Plus, he really helped pick songs for our special songs, and had even the strangest ones that we requested.

He did a great job pulling the crowd into the dances. And helped us organize how our reception would flow. Very nice guy, he did great!
