Music in Motion

Sean was so great! I got married this past June at a church and reception hall that has hosted hundreds of large weddings, and I have been told by several people that this was one of the most fun weddings they've ever seen at this location. He read the crowd so well, which really kept the party going. When the crowd was tired, he'd play a slow song. When the crowd was ready, he'd play just the perfect song to get them back out there! He spent a long time prior to the wedding discussing the events of the night and the type of music/feeling I wanted the reception to have, which I very much appreciated. The music turned out perfect! The feeling of the reception was perfect! Everyone had so much fun, including us. I would highly recommend.

Sean is truly amazing! I got married in May of 2019. I really didn’t start planning the wedding until around January of 2019. I may be a last minute person. I believe I started looking for DJs around the beginning of February. A lot of the DJs I talked to were way over my budget and already booked. I sent Sean an email thinking he would probably be booked as well and there was no hope finding a Dj. He emailed me back an essay, which was awesome considering the ones who I contacted that weren’t booked replied with at most 5 sentences. He explained that he was open for the day of my wedding and described everything that he does, recommendations for a ton of different things that he has seen go wrong in all of years of experience. As you can imagine not staring planning until 5 months before I was stressed! Majorly Stressed! As soon as me and my, now husband, booked Sean and gave him all the details, it was a relief! He literally seemed to take all of the stress and throw it away with words of encouragement! We had a little change in plans due to weather because we were planning on having an outside wedding. Sean didn’t care at all. He assured us, as we were a little heartbroken, that it would still turn out to be a be a beautiful and amazing wedding. And it was with his help! He truly is an amazing Dj. Every song he played had people getting up and moving to the dance floor. He kept up with us through the night and really took control of the flow to ensure that everything stayed on track so there was nothing for us to worry about. If you have made it to the end of my review I would encourage you 100% to at least email Sean and talk to him and make your decision. He did everything g right, and was truly a big help in making our wedding wonderful and full of memories.

He was VERY rude and had an attitude the entire day of the wedding. He made very rude comments about me to my florist and people from my wedding party had to step in so he would stop. If everything is not about him or you are not constantly accommodating him he isn’t happy and throws a fit.

I had so much fun at my wedding. Sean did an amazing job keeping my guests dancing all night I’ll and my family and friends love to dance he had just the right music for all of us. Sean is very detailed oriented and not only is he a DJ but he helps you along with way with any local recommendations for vendors. He checked in on me several times throughout the year and that just made it less stressful on me. I had a destination wedding and I had no idea how successful it was going to turn out. It was the best day of my life and hands down I have to say Sean made this such a memorable day for my family and I. I highly recommend Music in Motion.
